2 २ हे यहोवा, मैं तेरी कीर्ति सुनकर डर गया। हे यहोवा, वर्तमान युग में अपने काम को पूरा कर; इसी युग में तू उसको प्रगट कर; क्रोध करते हुए भी दया करना स्मरण कर।
Lord, it is thi werk, in the myddil of yeeris quykene thou it. In the middil of yeeris thou schalt make knowun; whanne thou schalt be wrooth, thou schalt haue mynde of mercy.
3 ३ परमेश्वर तेमान से आया, पवित्र परमेश्वर पारान पर्वत से आ रहा है। (सेला) उसका तेज आकाश पर छाया हुआ है, और पृथ्वी उसकी स्तुति से परिपूर्ण हो गई है।
God schal come fro the south, and the hooli fro the mount of Faran. The glorie of hym kyueride heuenes, and the erthe is ful of his heriyng.
4 ४ उसकी ज्योति सूर्य के तुल्य थी, उसके हाथ से किरणें निकल रही थीं; और इनमें उसका सामर्थ्य छिपा हुआ था।

There the strengthe of hym was hid, deth schal go bifore his face; the deuel schal go out bifore hise feet.
6 ६ वह खड़ा होकर पृथ्वी को नाप रहा था; उसने देखा और जाति-जाति के लोग घबरा गए; तब सनातन पर्वत चकनाचूर हो गए, और सनातन की पहाड़ियाँ झुक गईं उसकी गति अनन्तकाल से एक सी है।

8 ८ हे यहोवा, क्या तू नदियों पर रिसियाया था? क्या तेरा क्रोध नदियों पर भड़का था, अथवा क्या तेरी जलजलाहट समुद्र पर भड़की थी, जब तू अपने घोड़ों पर और उद्धार करनेवाले विजयी रथों पर चढ़कर आ रहा था?
Lord, whether in floodis thou art wrooth, ether in floodis is thi strong veniaunce, ether in the see is thin indignacioun? Which shalt stie on thin horsis; and thi foure horsid cartis is saluacioun.
9 ९ तेरा धनुष खोल में से निकल गया, तेरे दण्ड का वचन शपथ के साथ हुआ था। (सेला) तूने धरती को नदियों से चीर डाला।
Thou reisynge schalt reise thi bouwe, othis to lynagis whiche thou hast spoke; thou schalt departe the floodis of erthe.
10 १० पहाड़ तुझे देखकर काँप उठे; आँधी और जल-प्रलय निकल गए; गहरा सागर बोल उठा और अपने हाथों अर्थात् लहरों को ऊपर उठाया।
Watris saien thee, and hillis sorewiden, the goter of watris passide; depnesse yaf his vois, hiynesse reiside hise hondis.
11 ११ तेरे उड़नेवाले तीरों के चलने की ज्योति से, और तेरे चमकीले भाले की झलक के प्रकाश से सूर्य और चन्द्रमा अपने-अपने स्थान पर ठहर गए।
The sunne and moone stoden in her dwellyng place; in the liyt of thin arowis thei schulen go, in the schynyng of thi spere glisnynge.
In gnastyng thou schalt defoule erthe, and in strong veniaunce thou schalt astonye folkis.
13 १३ तू अपनी प्रजा के उद्धार के लिये निकला, हाँ, अपने अभिषिक्त के संग होकर उद्धार के लिये निकला। तूने दुष्ट के घर के सिर को कुचलकर उसे गले से नींव तक नंगा कर दिया। (सेला)
Thou art gon out in to helthe of thi puple, in to helthe with thi crist; thou hast smyte the heed of the hous of the vnpitouse man, thou hast maad nakid the foundement til to the necke.
14 १४ तूने उसके योद्धाओं के सिरों को उसी की बर्छी से छेदा है, वे मुझ को तितर-बितर करने के लिये बवंडर की आँधी के समान आए, और दीन लोगों को घात लगाकर मार डालने की आशा से आनन्दित थे।
Thou cursidist the ceptris, ether powers, of hym, the heed of hise fiyteris, to men comynge as whirlewynde for to scatere me; the ioiyng withoutforth of hem, as of hym that deuourith a pore man in hidlis.
Thou madist a weie in the see to thin horsis, in clei of many watris.
16 १६ यह सब सुनते ही मेरा कलेजा काँप उठा, मेरे होंठ थरथराने लगे; मेरी हड्डियाँ सड़ने लगीं, और मैं खड़े-खड़े काँपने लगा। मैं शान्ति से उस दिन की बाट जोहता रहूँगा जब दल बाँधकर प्रजा चढ़ाई करे।
Y herde, and my wombe is troblid togidere; my lippis trembliden togidere of the vois. Rot entre in my boonys, and sprenge vndur me; that Y reste ayen in the dai of tribulacioun, and Y schal stie vp to oure puple gird togidere.
17 १७ क्योंकि चाहे अंजीर के वृक्षों में फूल न लगें, और न दाखलताओं में फल लगें, जैतून के वृक्ष से केवल धोखा पाया जाए और खेतों में अन्न न उपजे, भेड़शालाओं में भेड़-बकरियाँ न रहें, और न थानों में गाय बैल हों,
For the fige tre schal not floure, and buriownyng schal not be in vynyerdis; the werk of olyue tre schal lie, and feeldis schulen not brynge mete; a scheep schal be kit awei fro the fold, and droue schal not be in cratchis.
18 १८ तो भी मैं यहोवा के कारण आनन्दित और मगन रहूँगा, और अपने उद्धारकर्ता परमेश्वर के द्वारा अति प्रसन्न रहूँगा
Forsothe Y schal haue ioye in the Lord, and Y schal make ioie with outforth in God my Jhesu.
19 १९ यहोवा परमेश्वर मेरा बलमूल है, वह मेरे पाँव हिरनों के समान बना देता है, वह मुझ को मेरे ऊँचे स्थानों पर चलाता है।
God the Lord is my strengthe, and he schal putte my feet as of hertis; and on myn hiye thingis, the ouercomere schal lede forth me, syngynge in salmes.
