איוב 26
| ויען איוב ויאמר׃ | 1 |
And he answered Job and he said.
| מה עזרת ללא כח הושעת זרוע לא עז׃ | 2 |
How! you have helped not power you have saved [the] arm not strength.
| מה יעצת ללא חכמה ותושיה לרב הודעת׃ | 3 |
How! you have counseled not wisdom and sound wisdom for abundance you have made known.
| את מי הגדת מלין ונשמת מי יצאה ממך׃ | 4 |
Whom? have you told words and [the] breath of whom? has it gone out from you.
| הרפאים יחוללו מתחת מים ושכניהם׃ | 5 |
The shades they are made to tremble under [the] waters and [those which] dwell in them.
| ערום שאול נגדו ואין כסות לאבדון׃ (Sheol h7585) | 6 |
[is] naked Sheol before him and not a covering [belongs] to Abaddon. (Sheol h7585)
| נטה צפון על תהו תלה ארץ על בלי מה׃ | 7 |
[he] stretches out [the] north Over emptiness [he] hangs [the] earth on not whatever.
| צרר מים בעביו ולא נבקע ענן תחתם׃ | 8 |
[he] binds up Waters in clouds his and not it is split open [the] cloud under them.
| מאחז פני כסה פרשז עליו עננו׃ | 9 |
[he] covers [the] presence of [the] throne He spreads over it cloud his.
| חק חג על פני מים עד תכלית אור עם חשך׃ | 10 |
A limit he has drawn a circle on [the] surface of [the] waters to [the] end of light with darkness.
| עמודי שמים ירופפו ויתמהו מגערתו׃ | 11 |
[the] pillars of Heaven they shake and they may be astonished from rebuke his.
| בכחו רגע הים ובתובנתו מחץ רהב׃ | 12 |
By power his he stirred up the sea (and by understanding his *Qk) he shattered Rahab.
| ברוחו שמים שפרה חללה ידו נחש בריח׃ | 13 |
By wind his [the] heavens [are] clearness it pierced hand his [the] snake fleeing.
| הן אלה קצות דרכו ומה שמץ דבר נשמע בו ורעם גבורתו מי יתבונן׃ | 14 |
There! these - [are] [the] ends of (ways his *QK) and what! a whisper of a word we hear in it and [the] thunder of (mighty deeds his *QK) who? will he understand.
