| אֲנִי֙ חֲבַצֶּ֣לֶת הַשָּׁרֹ֔ון שֹֽׁושַׁנַּ֖ת הָעֲמָקִֽים׃ | 1 |
I crocus [the] Sharon lily [the] valley
| כְּשֹֽׁושַׁנָּה֙ בֵּ֣ין הַחֹוחִ֔ים כֵּ֥ן רַעְיָתִ֖י בֵּ֥ין הַבָּנֹֽות׃ | 2 |
like/as lily between: among [the] thistle so darling my between: among [the] daughter
| כְּתַפּ֙וּחַ֙ בַּעֲצֵ֣י הַיַּ֔עַר כֵּ֥ן דֹּודִ֖י בֵּ֣ין הַבָּנִ֑ים בְּצִלֹּו֙ חִמַּ֣דְתִּי וְיָשַׁ֔בְתִּי וּפִרְיֹ֖ו מָתֹ֥וק לְחִכִּֽי׃ | 3 |
like/as apple in/on/with tree [the] wood so beloved my between: among [the] son: descendant/people in/on/with shadow his to desire and to dwell and fruit his sweet to/for palate my
| הֱבִיאַ֙נִי֙ אֶל־בֵּ֣ית הַיָּ֔יִן וְדִגְלֹ֥ו עָלַ֖י אַהֲבָֽה׃ | 4 |
to come (in): bring me to(wards) house: home [the] wine and standard his upon me love
| סַמְּכ֙וּנִי֙ בָּֽאֲשִׁישֹׁ֔ות רַפְּד֖וּנִי בַּתַּפּוּחִ֑ים כִּי־חֹולַ֥ת אַהֲבָ֖ה אָֽנִי׃ | 5 |
to support me in/on/with raisin bun to spread me in/on/with apple for be weak: ill love I
| שְׂמֹאלֹו֙ תַּ֣חַת לְרֹאשִׁ֔י וִימִינֹ֖ו תְּחַבְּקֵֽנִי׃ | 6 |

| הִשְׁבַּ֨עְתִּי אֶתְכֶ֜ם בְּנֹ֤ות יְרוּשָׁלַ֙͏ִם֙ בִּצְבָאֹ֔ות אֹ֖ו בְּאַיְלֹ֣ות הַשָּׂדֶ֑ה אִם־תָּעִ֧ירוּ ׀ וְֽאִם־תְּעֹֽורְר֛וּ אֶת־הָאַהֲבָ֖ה עַ֥ד שֶׁתֶּחְפָּֽץ׃ ס | 7 |
to swear [obj] you daughter Jerusalem in/on/with gazelle or in/on/with doe [the] land: country if: surely no to rouse and if: surely no to rouse [obj] [the] love till which/that to delight in
| קֹ֣ול דֹּודִ֔י הִנֵּה־זֶ֖ה בָּ֑א מְדַלֵּג֙ עַל־הֶ֣הָרִ֔ים מְקַפֵּ֖ץ עַל־הַגְּבָעֹֽות׃ | 8 |

| דֹּומֶ֤ה דֹודִי֙ לִצְבִ֔י אֹ֖ו לְעֹ֣פֶר הָֽאַיָּלִ֑ים הִנֵּה־זֶ֤ה עֹומֵד֙ אַחַ֣ר כָּתְלֵ֔נוּ מַשְׁגִּ֙יחַ֙ מִן־הַֽחֲלֹּנֹ֔ות מֵצִ֖יץ מִן־הֽ͏ַחֲרַכִּֽים׃ | 9 |

| הַתְּאֵנָה֙ חָֽנְטָ֣ה פַגֶּ֔יהָ וְהַגְּפָנִ֥ים ׀ סְמָדַ֖ר נָ֣תְנוּ רֵ֑יחַ ק֥וּמִי לְכִי (לָ֛ךְ) רַעְיָתִ֥י יָפָתִ֖י וּלְכִי־לָֽךְ׃ ס | 13 |

| יֹונָתִ֞י בְּחַגְוֵ֣י הַסֶּ֗לַע בְּסֵ֙תֶר֙ הַמַּדְרֵגָ֔ה הַרְאִ֙ינִי֙ אֶת־מַרְאַ֔יִךְ הַשְׁמִיעִ֖ינִי אֶת־קֹולֵ֑ךְ כִּי־קֹולֵ֥ךְ עָרֵ֖ב וּמַרְאֵ֥יךְ נָאוֶֽה׃ ס | 14 |

| דֹּודִ֥י לִי֙ וַאֲנִ֣י לֹ֔ו הָרֹעֶ֖ה בַּשֹּׁושַׁנִּֽים׃ | 16 |
