תְהִלִּים 61

1 לַמְנַצֵּ֬חַ ׀ עַֽל־נְגִינַ֬ת לְדָוִֽד׃ שִׁמְעָ֣ה אֱ֭לֹהִים רִנָּתִ֑י הַ֝קְשִׁ֗יבָה תְּפִלָּתִֽי׃

Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.

2 מִקְצֵ֤ה הָאָ֨רֶץ ׀ אֵלֶ֣יךָ אֶ֭קְרָא בַּעֲטֹ֣ף לִבִּ֑י בְּצוּר־יָר֖וּם מִמֶּ֣נִּי תַנְחֵֽנִי׃

From the end of the earth will I cry unto you, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

3 כִּֽי־הָיִ֣יתָ מַחְסֶ֣ה לִ֑י מִגְדַּל־עֹ֝֗ז מִפְּנֵ֥י אֹויֵֽב׃

For you have been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.

4 אָג֣וּרָה בְ֭אָהָלְךָ עֹולָמִ֑ים אֶֽחֱסֶ֨ה בְסֵ֖תֶר כְּנָפֶ֣יךָ סֶּֽלָה׃

I will abide in your tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of your wings. (Selah)

5 כִּֽי־אַתָּ֣ה אֱ֭לֹהִים שָׁמַ֣עְתָּ לִנְדָרָ֑י נָתַ֥תָּ יְ֝רֻשַּׁ֗ת יִרְאֵ֥י שְׁמֶֽךָ׃

For you, O God, have heard my vows: you have given me the heritage of those that fear your name.

6 יָמִ֣ים עַל־יְמֵי־מֶ֣לֶךְ תֹּוסִ֑יף שְׁ֝נֹותָ֗יו כְּמֹו־דֹ֥ר וָדֹֽר׃

You will prolong the king's life: and his years as many generations.

7 יֵשֵׁ֣ב עֹ֭ולָם לִפְנֵ֣י אֱלֹהִ֑ים חֶ֥סֶד וֶ֝אֱמֶ֗ת מַ֣ן יִנְצְרֻֽהוּ׃

He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him.

8 כֵּ֤ן אֲזַמְּרָ֣ה שִׁמְךָ֣ לָעַ֑ד לְֽשַׁלְּמִ֥י נְדָרַ֗י יֹ֣ום ׀ יֹֽום׃

So will I sing praise unto your name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.
