יְשַׁעְיָהוּ 16

1 שִׁלְחוּ־כַ֥ר מֹשֵֽׁל־אֶ֖רֶץ מִסֶּ֣לַע מִדְבָּ֑רָה אֶל־הַ֖ר בַּת־צִיֹּֽון׃

to send: depart ram to rule land: country/planet from Sela wilderness [to] to(wards) mountain: mount daughter Zion

2 וְהָיָ֥ה כְעֹוף־נֹודֵ֖ד קֵ֣ן מְשֻׁלָּ֑ח תִּֽהְיֶ֙ינָה֙ בְּנֹ֣ות מֹואָ֔ב מַעְבָּרֹ֖ת לְאַרְנֹֽון׃

and to be like/as bird to wander nest to send: depart to be daughter Moab ford to/for Arnon

3 הָבִיאוּ (הָבִ֤יאִי) עֵצָה֙ עֲשׂ֣וּ פְלִילָ֔ה שִׁ֧יתִי כַלַּ֛יִל צִלֵּ֖ךְ בְּתֹ֣וךְ צָהֳרָ֑יִם סַתְּרִי֙ נִדָּחִ֔ים נֹדֵ֖ד אַל־תְּגַלִּֽי׃

(to come (in): bring *Qk) counsel to make: offer judge to set: make like/as night shadow your in/on/with midst midday to hide to banish to wander not to reveal: reveal

4 יָג֤וּרוּ בָךְ֙ נִדָּחַ֔י מֹואָ֛ב הֱוִי־סֵ֥תֶר לָ֖מֹו מִפְּנֵ֣י שֹׁודֵ֑ד כִּֽי־אָפֵ֤ס הַמֵּץ֙ כָּ֣לָה שֹׁ֔ד תַּ֥מּוּ רֹמֵ֖ס מִן־הָאָֽרֶץ׃

to sojourn in/on/with you to banish me Moab to be secrecy to/for them from face: before to ruin for to end [the] extortioner to end: finish violence to finish to trample from [the] land: country/planet

5 וְהוּכַ֤ן בַּחֶ֙סֶד֙ כִּסֵּ֔א וְיָשַׁ֥ב עָלָ֛יו בֶּאֱמֶ֖ת בְּאֹ֣הֶל דָּוִ֑ד שֹׁפֵ֛ט וְדֹרֵ֥שׁ מִשְׁפָּ֖ט וּמְהִ֥ר צֶֽדֶק׃

and to establish: establish in/on/with kindness throne and to dwell upon him in/on/with truth: faithful in/on/with tent David to judge and to seek justice and quick righteousness

6 שָׁמַ֥עְנוּ גְאֹון־מֹואָ֖ב גֵּ֣א מְאֹ֑ד גַּאֲוָתֹ֧ו וּגְאֹונֹ֛ו וְעֶבְרָתֹ֖ו לֹא־כֵ֥ן בַּדָּֽיו׃ ס

to hear: hear pride Moab proud much pride his and pride his and fury his not right bluster his

7 לָכֵ֗ן יְיֵלִ֥יל מֹואָ֛ב לְמֹואָ֖ב כֻּלֹּ֣ה יְיֵלִ֑יל לַאֲשִׁישֵׁ֧י קִיר־חֲרֶ֛שֶׂת תֶּהְגּ֖וּ אַךְ־נְכָאִֽים׃

to/for so to wail Moab to/for Moab all his to wail to/for raisin bun Kir-hareseth Kir-hareseth to mutter surely stricken

8 כִּ֣י שַׁדְמֹות֩ חֶשְׁבֹּ֨ון אֻמְלָ֜ל גֶּ֣פֶן שִׂבְמָ֗ה בַּעֲלֵ֤י גֹויִם֙ הָלְמ֣וּ שְׂרוּקֶּ֔יהָ עַד־יַעְזֵ֥ר נָגָ֖עוּ תָּ֣עוּ מִדְבָּ֑ר שְׁלֻ֣חֹותֶ֔יהָ נִטְּשׁ֖וּ עָ֥בְרוּ יָֽם׃

9 עַל־כֵּ֡ן אֶבְכֶּ֞ה בִּבְכִ֤י יַעְזֵר֙ גֶּ֣פֶן שִׂבְמָ֔ה אֲרַיָּ֙וֶךְ֙ דִּמְעָתִ֔י חֶשְׁבֹּ֖ון וְאֶלְעָלֵ֑ה כִּ֧י עַל־קֵיצֵ֛ךְ וְעַל־קְצִירֵ֖ךְ הֵידָ֥ד נָפָֽל׃

upon so to weep in/on/with weeping Jazer vine Sibmah to quench you tears my Heshbon and Elealeh for upon summer your and upon harvest your shout to fall: fall

10 וְנֶאֱסַ֨ף שִׂמְחָ֤ה וָגִיל֙ מִן־הַכַּרְמֶ֔ל וּבַכְּרָמִ֥ים לֹֽא־יְרֻנָּ֖ן לֹ֣א יְרֹעָ֑ע יַ֗יִן בַּיְקָבִ֛ים לֹֽא־יִדְרֹ֥ךְ הַדֹּרֵ֖ךְ הֵידָ֥ד הִשְׁבַּֽתִּי׃

and to gather joy and rejoicing from [the] plantation and in/on/with vineyard not to sing not to shout wine in/on/with wine not to tread [the] to tread shout to cease

11 עַל־כֵּן֙ מֵעַ֣י לְמֹואָ֔ב כַּכִּנֹּ֖ור יֶֽהֱמ֑וּ וְקִרְבִּ֖י לְקִ֥יר חָֽרֶשׂ׃

upon so belly my to/for Moab like/as lyre to roar and entrails: inner parts my to/for Kir-hareseth Kir-hareseth

12 וְהָיָ֧ה כִֽי־נִרְאָ֛ה כִּֽי־נִלְאָ֥ה מֹואָ֖ב עַל־הַבָּמָ֑ה וּבָ֧א אֶל־מִקְדָּשֹׁ֛ו לְהִתְפַּלֵּ֖ל וְלֹ֥א יוּכָֽל׃

13 זֶ֣ה הַדָּבָ֗ר אֲשֶׁ֨ר דִּבֶּ֧ר יְהוָ֛ה אֶל־מֹואָ֖ב מֵאָֽז׃

14 וְעַתָּ֗ה דִּבֶּ֣ר יְהוָה֮ לֵאמֹר֒ בְּשָׁלֹ֤שׁ שָׁנִים֙ כִּשְׁנֵ֣י שָׂכִ֔יר וְנִקְלָה֙ כְּבֹ֣וד מֹואָ֔ב בְּכֹ֖ל הֶהָמֹ֣ון הָרָ֑ב וּשְׁאָ֥ר מְעַ֛ט מִזְעָ֖ר לֹ֥וא כַבִּֽיר׃ ס

and now to speak: speak LORD to/for to say in/on/with three year like/as year hired and to dishonor glory Moab in/on/with all [the] crowd [the] many and remnant little little not mighty
