יְשַׁעְיָהוּ 15

1 מַשָּׂ֖א מֹואָ֑ב כִּ֠י בְּלֵ֞יל שֻׁדַּ֨ד עָ֤ר מֹואָב֙ נִדְמָ֔ה כִּ֗י בְּלֵ֛יל שֻׁדַּ֥ד קִיר־מֹואָ֖ב נִדְמָֽה׃

oracle Moab for in/on/with night to ruin Ar Moab to cease for in/on/with night to ruin Kir Moab to cease

2 עָלָ֨ה הַבַּ֧יִת וְדִיבֹ֛ן הַבָּמֹ֖ות לְבֶ֑כִי עַל־נְבֹ֞ו וְעַ֤ל מֵֽידְבָא֙ מֹואָ֣ב יְיֵלִ֔יל בְּכָל־רֹאשָׁ֣יו קָרְחָ֔ה כָּל־זָקָ֖ן גְּרוּעָֽה׃

3 בְּחוּצֹתָ֖יו חָ֣גְרוּ שָׂ֑ק עַ֣ל גַּגֹּותֶ֧יהָ וּבִרְחֹבֹתֶ֛יהָ כֻּלֹּ֥ה יְיֵלִ֖יל יֹרֵ֥ד בַּבֶּֽכִי׃

4 וַתִּזְעַ֤ק חֶשְׁבֹּון֙ וְאֶלְעָלֵ֔ה עַד־יַ֖הַץ נִשְׁמַ֣ע קֹולָ֑ם עַל־כֵּ֗ן חֲלֻצֵ֤י מֹואָב֙ יָרִ֔יעוּ נַפְשֹׁ֖ו יָ֥רְעָה לֹּֽו׃

and to cry out Heshbon and Elealeh till Jahaz to hear: hear voice their upon so to arm Moab to shout soul his be ill to/for him

5 לִבִּי֙ לְמֹואָ֣ב יִזְעָ֔ק בְּרִיחֶ֕הָ עַד־צֹ֖עַר עֶגְלַ֣ת שְׁלִשִׁיָּ֑ה כִּ֣י ׀ מַעֲלֵ֣ה הַלּוּחִ֗ית בִּבְכִי֙ יַֽעֲלֶה־בֹּ֔ו כִּ֚י דֶּ֣רֶךְ חֹורֹנַ֔יִם זַעֲקַת־שֶׁ֖בֶר יְעֹעֵֽרוּ׃

6 כִּֽי־מֵ֥י נִמְרִ֖ים מְשַׁמֹּ֣ות יִֽהְי֑וּ כִּֽי־יָבֵ֤שׁ חָצִיר֙ כָּ֣לָה דֶ֔שֶׁא יֶ֖רֶק לֹ֥א הָיָֽה׃

7 עַל־כֵּ֖ן יִתְרָ֣ה עָשָׂ֑ה וּפְקֻדָּתָ֔ם עַ֛ל נַ֥חַל הָעֲרָבִ֖ים יִשָּׂאֽוּם׃

upon so abundance to make: offer and punishment their upon Brook [the] (Brook of) Willows to lift: bear them

8 כִּֽי־הִקִּ֥יפָה הַזְּעָקָ֖ה אֶת־גְּב֣וּל מֹואָ֑ב עַד־אֶגְלַ֙יִם֙ יִלְלָתָ֔הּ וּבְאֵ֥ר אֵילִ֖ים יִלְלָתָֽהּ׃

for to surround [the] outcry [obj] border: area Moab till Eglaim wailing her and Beer-elim Beer-elim wailing her

9 כִּ֣י מֵ֤י דִימֹון֙ מָ֣לְאוּ דָ֔ם כִּֽי־אָשִׁ֥ית עַל־דִּימֹ֖ון נֹוסָפֹ֑ות לִפְלֵיטַ֤ת מֹואָב֙ אַרְיֵ֔ה וְלִשְׁאֵרִ֖ית אֲדָמָֽה׃

for water Dibon to fill blood for to set: put upon Dibon to add to/for survivor Moab lion and to/for remnant land: soil
