Offenbarung 4
1 Danach sah ich, und siehe, eine Tür hatte sich im Himmel aufgetan. Und die erste Stimme, die ich wie eine Posaune mit mir reden hörte, sagte: Steige hier herauf, und ich will dir zeigen, was nach diesem geschehen soll.
After these things I saw, and behold, a door opened in the sky, and the first voice that I heard—as of a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you what must come to pass after these things”;
2 Und alsbald war ich im Geiste; und siehe! ein Thron war gestellt im Himmel, und auf dem Throne saß Einer.
and immediately I was in [the] Spirit, and behold, a throne was set in Heaven, and on the throne is [One] sitting,
3 Und Der da saß, war ähnlich im Ansehen wie der Stein Jaspis und Sarder, und rings um den Thron ein Farbenbogen, ähnlich einem Smaragd im Ansehen.
and He who is sitting was in appearance like a stone, jasper and sardine: and a rainbow was around the throne in appearance like an emerald.
4 Und rings um den Thron vierundzwanzig Throne; und auf den Thronen sah ich sitzen die vierundzwanzig Ältesten; diese waren umkleidet mit weißen Kleidern und hatten goldene Kronen auf ihren Häuptern.
And around the throne [are] twenty-four thrones, and sitting on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders, having been clothed in white garments, and on their heads golden garlands;
5 Und aus dem Thron gehen Blitze und Stimmen und Donner aus, und vor dem Throne brennen sieben Fackeln von Feuer, welche die sieben Geister Gottes sind.
and out of the throne proceed lightnings, and thunders, and voices; and seven lamps of fire are burning before the throne, which are the Seven Spirits of God,
6 Und vor dem Throne ein gläsern Meer, ähnlich dem Kristall. Und inmitten des Throns und rings um den Thron vier Tiere voller Augen vorn und hinten.
and before the throne—a sea of glass like to crystal, and in the midst of the throne, and around the throne—four living creatures, full of eyes before and behind;
7 Und das erste Tier glich einem Löwen, und das zweite Tier glich einem Kalb, und das dritte Tier hatte das Angesicht wie ein Mensch, und das vierte Tier glich einem fliegenden Adler.
and the first living creature—like a lion; and the second living creature—like a calf; and the third living creature has the face as a man; and the fourth living creature—like an eagle flying.
8 Und die vier Tiere hatten, jedes für sich, je sechs Flügel ringsum, und waren innen voller Augen und hatten keine Ruhe Tag und Nacht, und sagten: Heilig, heilig, heilig ist der Herr, Gott, der Allmächtige, Der da war und Der da ist und Der da kommt.
And the four living creatures, one by one of them had six wings respectively, around and within [are] full of eyes, and they have no rest day and night, saying, “HOLY, HOLY, HOLY, the LORD God, the Almighty, who was, and who is, and who is coming”;
9 Und da die Tiere Herrlichkeit und Ehre und Danksagung gaben Dem, Der auf dem Throne sitzt, Der da lebt in die Zeitläufe der Zeitläufe, (aiōn g165)
and when the living creatures give glory, and honor, and thanksgiving, to the [One] sitting on the throne, the [One] living through the ages of the ages, (aiōn g165)
10 Fielen die vierundzwanzig Ältesten vor dem auf dem Throne Sitzenden nieder und beteten an Ihn, Der in die Zeitläufe der Zeitläufe lebt, und warfen ihre Kronen vor den Thron und sprachen: (aiōn g165)
the twenty-four elders will fall down before the [One] sitting on the throne, and worship the [One] living through the ages of the ages, and they will cast their garlands before the throne, saying, (aiōn g165)
11 Herr, Du bist würdig, zu nehmen die Herrlichkeit und die Ehre und die Kraft, denn Du hast alle Dinge geschaffen, und durch Deinen Willen sind sie und wurden sie geschaffen.
“Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive the glory, and the honor, and the power, because You created all things, and because of Your will they existed and were created.”
