1 Mose 8

1 Und Gott gedachte Noachs und alles Wildes und alles Viehs, das mit ihm in der Arche war, und Gott ließ einen Wind hingehen über die Erde und die Wasser legten sich.

Now God remembred Noah and euery beast, and all the cattell that was with him in the Arke: therefore God made a winde to passe vpon the earth, and the waters ceased.

2 Und die Brunnquellen des Abgrundes und die Fenster des Himmels wurden verstopft, und dem Regen vom Himmel ward gewehrt.

The fountaines also of the deepe and the windowes of heauen were stopped and the raine from heauen was restrained,

3 Und die Wasser kehrten zurück von der Erde, sie gingen und kehrten zurück, und die Wasser verringerten sich am Ende von hundertfünfzig Tagen.

And the waters returned from aboue the earth, going and returning: and after the ende of the hundreth and fiftieth day the waters abated.

4 Und die Arche ruhte im siebenten Monat am siebzehnten Tage des Monats auf den Bergen Ararat.

And in the seuenth moneth, in the seuenteenth day of the moneth, the Arke rested vpon the mountaines of Ararat.

5 Und die Wasser gingen und verringerten sich bis zum zehnten Monat. Am ersten des zehnten Monats wurden die Spitzen der Berge gesehen.

And the waters were going and decreasing vntill the tenth moneth: in the tenth moneth, and in the first day of the moneth were the toppes of the mountaines seene.

6 Und es geschah am Ende von vierzig Tagen, daß Noach öffnete das Fenster der Arche, das er gemacht hatte.

So after fourtie dayes, Noah opened the windowe of the Arke, which he had made,

7 Und er sandte den Raben aus. Und er ging aus, ausgehend und zurückkehrend, bis die Wasser von der Erde vertrockneten.

And sent forth a rauen, which went out going forth and returning, vntill the waters were dried vp vpon the earth.

8 Und er sandte die Taube von sich fort, um zu sehen, ob die Wasser auf dem Boden leichter wären.

Againe he sent a doue from him, that he might see if the waters were diminished from off the earth.

9 Aber die Taube fand keine Ruhe für die Sohle ihres Fußes; und sie kehrte zu ihm zurück zur Arche; denn die Wasser waren auf dem Angesichte der ganzen Erde, und er streckte seine Hand aus und nahm sie und brachte sie herein zu sich in die Arche.

But the doue found no rest for the sole of her foote: therefore she returned vnto him into the Arke (for the waters were vpon the whole earth) and he put forth his hand, and receiued her, and tooke her to him into the Arke.

10 Und er wartete noch sieben andere Tage und sandte die Taube wieder aus der Arche.

And he abode yet other seuen dayes, and againe he sent forth the doue out of the Arke.

11 Und die Taube kam herein zu ihm um die Abendzeit, und siehe, sie hatte ein abgepflücktes Blatt vom Ölbaum in ihrem Munde. Und Noach wußte, daß die Wasser auf der Erde leichter geworden.

And the doue came to him in ye euening, and loe, in her mouth was an oliue leafe that she had pluckt: whereby Noah knewe that the waters were abated from off the earth.

12 Und er wartete noch sieben andere Tage und entsandte die Taube; und sie kam nicht abermals wieder zu ihm zurück.

Notwithstanding he wayted yet other seuen dayes, and sent forth the doue, which returned not againe vnto him any more.

13 Und es geschah im sechshundert und ersten Jahre, im Anfang, am ersten des Monats, waren die Wasser von der Erde aufgetrocknet. Und Noach nahm die Decke weg von der Arche, und sah, und siehe, die Angesichte des Bodens waren aufgetrocknet.

And in the sixe hundreth and one yeere, in the first day of the first moneth the waters were dryed vp from off the earth: and Noah remoued the couering of the Arke and looked, and beholde, the vpper part of the ground was drie.

14 Und im zweiten Monat am siebenundzwanzigsten Tage des Monats ward die Erde trocken.

And in the second moneth, in the seuen and twentieth day of the moneth was the earth drie.

15 Und Gott redete zu Noach und sprach:

Then God spake to Noah, saying,

16 Geh aus von der Arche du und dein Weib, und deine Söhne und deiner Söhne Weiber mit dir.

Goe forth of the Arke, thou and thy wife, and thy sonnes and thy sonnes wiues with thee.

17 Alles Wild, das mit dir ist, von allem Fleisch, an Gevögel und an Vieh, und an allem Kriechtiere, das kriecht auf der Erde, laß herausgehen mit dir, und laß sie wimmeln auf der Erde und fruchtbar sein und sich mehren auf der Erde.

Bring forth with thee euery beast that is with thee, of all flesh, both foule and cattell, and euery thing that creepeth and moueth vpon the earth, that they may breede abundantly in ye earth, and bring forth fruite and increase vpon ye earth.

18 Und Noach ging heraus, und seine Söhne und sein Weib und seiner Söhne Weiber mit ihm.

So Noah came forth, and his sonnes, and his wife, and his sonnes wiues with him.

19 Alles Wild, alles Kriechtier und alles Gevögel, alles, was kriecht auf der Erde, nach ihren Familien gingen sie heraus aus der Arche.

Euery beast, euery creeping thing, and euery foule, all that moueth vpon the earth after their kindes went out of the Arke.

20 Und Noach baute dem Jehovah einen Altar, und nahm von allem reinen Vieh und von allem reinen Gevögel und opferte Brandopfer auf auf dem Altare.

Then Noah built an altar to the Lord and tooke of euery cleane beast, and of euery cleane foule, and offered burnt offerings vpon the altar.

21 Und Jehovah roch den Geruch der Ruhe, und Jehovah sprach in Seinem Herzen: Ich will fortan dem Boden nicht mehr fluchen um des Menschen halben; denn das Gebilde des Menschen Herzens ist böse von seiner Jugend auf, und Ich will hinfort nicht mehr alles Lebendige schlagen, wie Ich getan habe.

And the Lord smellled a sauour of rest, and the Lord said in his heart, I will hencefoorth curse the ground no more for mans cause: for the imagination of mans heart is euill, euen from his youth: neither will I smite any more all things liuing, as I haue done.

22 Forthin, während aller Tage der Erde soll nimmermehr aufhören Samen und Ernte und Frost und Hitze und Sommer und Winter, und Tag und Nacht.

Hereafter seede time and haruest, and colde and heate, and sommer and winter, and day and night shall not cease, so long as ye earth remaineth.
