Lukas 22
1 Es nahte aber das Fest der Ungesäuerten, das Passah heißt.
Now the feast of vnleauened bread drewe neere, which is called the Passeouer.
2 Und die hohen Priester und Schriftgelehrten suchten, wie sie ihn umbrächten, denn sie fürchteten das Volk.
And the hie Priests and Scribes sought how they might kill him: for they feared the people.
3 Es fuhr aber Satan in Judas, genannt Ischariot, der einer aus der Zahl der Zwölfe war.
Then entred Satan into Iudas, who was called Iscariot, and was of the nomber of the twelue.
4 Und er ging hin, und redete mit den hohen Priestern und en Hauptleuten, wie er ihn ihnen überliefern wolle.
And he went his way, and communed with the hie Priestes and captaines, how he might betray him to them.
5 Und sie freuten sich, und wurden einig, ihm Geld zu geben.
So they were glad, and agreed to giue him money.
6 Und er sagte zu, und suchte Gelegenheit, ihn ohne Auflauf ihnen zu überliefern.
And he consented, and sought opportunitie to betraye him vnto them, when the people were away.
7 Es kam aber der Tag der Ungesäuerten, an welchem man das Passah schlachten mußte.
Then came the day of vnleauened bread, when the Passeouer must be sacrificed.
8 Und er sandte Petrus und Johannes, und sprach: Gehet hin, und bereitet uns das Passah, daß wir es essen.
And he sent Peter and Iohn, saying, Go and prepare vs the Passeouer, that we may eate it.
9 Sie aber sagten ihm: Wo willst du, daß wir es bereiten?
And they saide to him, Where wilt thou, that we prepare it?
10 Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Siehe, wenn ihr hineinkommt in die Stadt, wird euch ein Mensch begegnen, der einen Wasserkrug trägt, folget ihm in das Haus, in das er geht.
Then he said vnto them, Beholde, when ye be entred into the citie, there shall a man meete you, bearing a pitcher of water: folowe him into the house that he entreth in,
11 Und ihr sollt sagen zu dem Hausherrn jenes Hauses: Der Lehrer sagt dir: Wo ist die Stätte, wo ich das Passah mit meinen Jüngern essen kann?
And say vnto the good man of the house, The Master saith vnto thee, Where is the lodging where I shall eate my Passeouer with my disciples?
12 Und derselbige wird euch einen großen, mit Polstern belegten Saal zeigen; daselbst macht bereit.
Then he shall shewe you a great hie chamber trimmed: there make it ready.
13 Als sie aber hingingen, fanden sie es, wie er ihnen gesagt hatte, und sie machten das Passah bereit.
So they went, and found as he had said vnto them, and made readie the Passeouer.
14 Und da die Stunde kam, lag er zu Tische, und die zwölf Apostel mit ihm.
And when the houre was come, hee sate downe, and the twelue Apostles with him.
15 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Mich hat herzlich verlangt, dies Passah mit euch zu essen, ehe denn ich leide.
Then he saide vnto them, I haue earnestly desired to eate this Passeouer with you, before I suffer.
16 Denn ich sage euch, daß ich nicht mehr von demselben essen werde, bis es erfüllt wird in der Gottesherrschaft.
For I say vnto you, Hencefoorth I will not eate of it any more, vntill it bee fulfilled in the kingdome of God.
17 Und er nahm einen Kelch, sprach das Dankgebet, und sagte: Nehmet diesen, und teilet ihn unter euch,
And hee tooke the cup, and gaue thankes, and said, Take this, and deuide it among you,
18 Denn ich sage euch, daß ich nicht mehr trinken werde von dem Gewächs des Weinstockes, bis daß die Gottesherrschaft kommt.
For I say vnto you, I will not drinke of the fruite of the vine, vntill the kingdome of God be come.
19 Und er nahm Brot, sprach das Dankgebet, brach, und gab es seinen Jüngern, und sprach: Dies ist mein Leib, der für euch hingegeben wird. Das tut zu meinem Gedächtnis.
And he tooke bread, and when he had giuen thankes, he brake it, and gaue to them, saying, This is my body, which is giuen for you: doe this in the remembrance of me.
20 Desgleichen auch den Kelch nach dem Abendmahl, und sprach: Dieser Kelch ist der neue Bund in meinem Blute, das für euch vergossen wird.
Likewise also after supper he tooke the cup, saying, This cup is that newe Testament in my blood, which is shed for you.
21 Doch siehe, die Hand meines Verräters ist mit mir auf dem Tische.
Yet beholde, the hand of him that betrayeth me, is with me at the table.
22 Zwar der Menschensohn geht dahin, wie es bestimmt ist, doch wehe jenem Menschen, durch welchen er verraten wird.
And truely the Sonne of man goeth as it is appointed: but woe be to that man, by whom he is betrayed.
23 Und sie fingen an sich untereinander zu befragen, wer es doch wäre von ihnen, der das tun würde?
Then they began to enquire among themselues which of them it should be, that should do that.
24 Es entstund aber auch ein Streit unter ihnen, wer von ihnen für den Größern zu halten sei.
And there arose also a strife among them, which of them should seeme to be ye greatest.
25 Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Die Könige der Heiden herrschen über sie, und ihre Gewalthaber nennt man gnädige Herrn.
But hee saide vnto them, The Kings of the Gentiles reigne ouer them, and they that beare rule ouer them, are called bountifull.
26 Ihr aber nicht also; sondern der Größere bei euch, der werde wie der Jüngere, und Der Vornehmste wie der Dienende.
But yee shall not be so: but let the greatest among you be as the least: and the chiefest as he that serueth.
27 Denn wer ist größer, der zu Tische liegt, oder der bedient? Ist es nicht der zu Tische Liegende? Ich aber bin in eurer Mitte wie der Dienende.
For who is greater, he that sitteth at table, or he that serueth? Is not he that sitteth at table? And I am among you as he that serueth.
28 Ihr aber seid es, die mit mir ausgeharrt haben in meinen Versuchungen,
And yee are they which haue continued with me in my tentations.
29 Und ich vermache euch, gleichwie mein Vater mir vermacht hat, eine Königsherrschaft,
Therefore I appoint vnto you a kingdome, as my Father hath appointed vnto me,
30 Daß ihr esset und trinket an meinem Tische in meiner Königsherrschaft, und sitzen sollt auf Thronen, und richten die zwölf Stämme Israels.
That ye may eate, and drinke at my table in my kingdome, and sit on seates, and iudge the twelue tribes of Israel.
31 Es sprach aber der Herr: Simon, Simon, siehe der Satan hat verlangt, euch zu sichten, wie den Weizen.
And the Lord saide, Simon, Simon, beholde, Satan hath desired you, to winowe you as wheate.
32 Ich aber habe für dich gebetet, daß dein Glaube nicht aufhöre; und wenn du einst zurückgekehrt bist, so befestige deine Brüder.
But I haue prayed for thee, that thy faith faile not: therefore when thou art conuerted, strengthen thy brethren.
33 Er aber sprach zu ihm: Herr, mit dir bin ich bereit ins Gefängnis und in den Tod zu gehen.
And he said vnto him, Lord, I am ready to goe with thee into prison, and to death.
34 Er aber sprach: Ich sage dir, Petrus: Der Hahn wird heute nicht krähen, ehe du dreimal verleugnet hast, daß du mich kennest.
But he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cocke shall not crowe this day, before thou hast thrise denied that thou knewest me.
35 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Als ich euch aussandte ohne Beutel und Tasche und Schuhe, habt ihr an etwas Mangel gehabt? Sie aber sprachen: An nichts.
And he saide vnto them, When I sent you without bagge, and scrip, and shooes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing.
36 Nun sprach er zu ihnen: Aber jetzt, wer einen Beutel hat, der nehme ihn, und ebenso auch die Tasche, und wer nicht hat, der verkaufe sein Kleid, und kaufe ein Schwert.
Then he said to them, But nowe he that hath a bagge, let him take it, and likewise a scrip: and hee that hath none, let him sell his coate, and buy a sworde.
37 Denn ich sage euch, daß noch dieses, was geschrieben ist, an mir erfüllt werden muß, nämlich: "Und er ist unter die Übeltäter gerechnet." Denn was von mir geschrieben ist, geht auch in Erfüllung.
For I say vnto you, That yet the same which is written, must be perfourmed in me, Euen with the wicked was he nombred: for doubtlesse those things which are written of me, haue an ende.
38 Sie aber sprachen: Herr, siehe, hier sind zwei Schwerter. Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Es ist genug!
And they said, Lord, beholde, here are two swordes. And he said vnto them, It is ynough.
39 Und er ging hinaus, und begab sich nach seiner Gewohnheit an den Ölberg; es folgten ihm aber auch seine Jünger.
And he came out, and went (as he was wont) to the mount of Oliues: and his disciples also followed him.
40 Als er aber an den Ort gekommen war, sprach er zu ihnen: Betet, damit ihr nicht in Versuchung fallet.
And when hee came to the place, hee said to them, Pray, lest ye enter into tentation.
41 Und er entfernte sich von ihnen etwa einen Steinwurf weit, und fiel auf die Kniee, und betete,
And he was drawen aside from them about a stones cast, and kneeled downe, and prayed,
42 Und sprach: Vater, willst du diesen Kelch an mir vorübergehen lassen? Doch nicht mein Wille, sondern der deinige geschehe!
Saying, Father, if thou wilt, take away this cuppe from mee: neuerthelesse, not my will, but thine be done.
43 Es erschien ihm aber ein Engel vom Himmel, der ihn stärkte.
And there appeared an Angell vnto him from heauen, comforting him.
44 Und in schwerem Kampfe betete er inbrünstiger. Es ward aber sein Schweiß wie auf die Erde fallende Blutstropfen.
But being in an agonie, hee prayed more earnestly: and his sweate was like drops of blood, trickling downe to the ground.
45 Und er stund auf vom Gebet, und kam zu seinen Jüngern, und fand sie schlafend vor Traurigkeit.
And he rose vp from prayer, and came to his disciples, and found them sleeping for heauinesse.
46 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Warum schlafet ihr? Stehet auf, und betet damit ihr nicht in Versuchung kommet.
And he said vnto them, Why sleepe ye? rise and pray, least ye enter into tentation.
47 Als er aber noch redete, siehe, da kam ein Volkshaufe; und der Judas heißt, einer von den Zwölfen, ging vor ihnen her, und nahte sich Jesus, ihn zu küssen.
And while he yet spake, beholde, a companie, and he that was called Iudas one of the twelue, went before them, and came neere vnto Iesus to kisse him.
48 Jesus aber sprach zu ihm: Judas, mit einem Kusse verrätst du den Menschensohn?
And Iesus saide vnto him, Iudas, betrayest thou the Sonne of man with a kisse?
49 Da aber, die um ihn waren, sahen, was werden wollte, sprachen sie zu ihm: Herr, sollen wir mit dem Schwert dreinhauen?
Now when they which were about him, saw what would follow, they said vnto him, Lord, shall we smite with sworde?
50 Und es hieb einer von ihnen den Knecht des Hohenpriesters, und schlug ihm sein rechtes Ohr ab.
And one of them smote a seruant of the hie Priest, and strooke off his right eare.
51 Jesus aber antwortete, und sprach: Lasset mich so lange! und rührte sein Ohr an, und heilte ihn.
Then Iesus answered, and said, Suffer them thus farre: and he touched his eare, and healed him.
52 Jesus aber sprach zu den gegen ihn gekommenen hohen Priestern und Hauptleuten des Tempels und Ältesten: Wie gegen einen Räuber seid ihr aufgezogen, mit Schwertern und mit Knütteln.
Then Iesus said vnto the hie Priests, and captaines of the Temple, and the Elders which were come to him, Bee ye come out as vnto a theefe with swordes and staues?
53 Täglich war ich bei euch in dem Tempel, da habt ihr die Hände nicht gegen mich ausgestreckt. Aber dies ist eure Stunde und die Macht der Finsternis.
When I was dayly with you in the Temple, yee stretched not foorth the handes against mee: but this is your very houre, and the power of darkenesse.
54 Da sie ihn aber gefangen hatten, führten sie ihn ab, und hin in das Haus des Hohenpriesters. Petrus aber folgte nach von ferne.
Then tooke they him, and led him, and brought him to the hie Priestes house. And Peter followed afarre off.
55 Sie hatten aber ein Feuer angezündet im Hofe, und sich darum gesetzt, und Petrus setzte sich unter sie.
And when they had kindled a fire in the middes of the hall, and were set downe together, Peter also sate downe among them.
56 Als ihn aber eine Magd am Feuer sitzen sah, betrachtete sie ihn, und sprach: Dieser war auch mit ihm.
And a certaine mayde behelde him as hee sate by the fire, and hauing well looked on him, said, This man was also with him.
57 Er aber verleugnete ihn, und sprach: Weib, ich kenne ihn nicht.
But he denied him, saying, Woman, I know him not.
58 Und bald darauf sah ihn ein anderer, und sprach: Auch du bist einer von ihnen. Petrus aber sprach: Mensch, ich bin es nicht,
And after a little while, another man sawe him, and saide, Thou art also of them. But Peter said, Man, I am not.
59 Und nachdem etwa eine Stunde verflossen war, bekräftigte es ein anderer, und sprach: In Wahrheit, dieser war auch mit ihm, denn er ist auch ein Galiläer.
And about the space of an houre after, a certaine other affirmed, saying. Verely euen this man was with him: for he is also a Galilean.
60 Petrus aber sprach: Mensch, ich weiß nicht, was du sagst. Und sogleich, als er noch redete, krähte der Hahn.
And Peter saide, Man, I knowe not what thou sayest. And immediatly while hee yet spake, the cocke crewe.
61 Und der Herr wandte sich um, und blickte Petrus an, und Petrus erinnerte sich des Wortes des Herrn, wie er ihm gesagt hatte: Ehe der Hahn kräht. wirst du mich dreimal verleugnen.
Then the Lord turned backe, and looked vpon Peter: and Peter remembred the worde of the Lord, how he had said vnto him, Before the cocke crowe, thou shalt denie me thrise.
62 Und er ging hinaus, und weinte bitterlich.
And Peter went out, and wept bitterly.
63 Und die Männer, welche Jesus festhielten, verspotteten und schlugen ihn.
And the men that helde Iesus, mocked him, and strooke him.
64 Und sie verhüllten ihn, schlugen ihn ins Angesicht, und frugen ihn, und sagten: Weissage uns, wer ist´s, der dich schlug.
And when they had blindfolded him, they smote him on the face, and asked him, saying, Prophecie who it is that smote thee.
65 Und viele andere Lästerungen sagten sie wider ihn.
And many other thinges blasphemously spake they against him.
66 Und als es Tag ward, da versammelte sich das Ältestenkollegium des Volkes, die hohen Priester und Schriftgelehrten, und führten ihn vor ihren hohen Rat,
And assoone as it was day, the Elders of the people, and the hie Priests and the Scribes came together, and led him into their councill,
67 Und sprachen: Bist du der Messias? sage es uns. Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Wenn ich es euch sagte, so würdet ihr doch nicht glauben.
Saying, Art thou that Christ? tell vs. And he said vnto them, If I tell you, ye wil not beleeue it.
68 Wenn ich aber euch fragte, so würdet ihr doch nicht antworten, noch mich loslassen.
And if also I aske you, you will not answere me, nor let me goe.
69 Von nun an aber wird der Menschensohn sitzen zur Rechten der Kraft Gottes.
Hereafter shall the Sonne of man sit at the right hand of the power of God.
70 Sie sprachen aber alle: So bist du denn Gottes Sohn? Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Ihr saget es, denn ich bin´s.
Then sayd they all, Art thou then ye Sonne of God? And he sayd to them, Ye say, that I am.
71 Sie aber sprachen: Was haben wir noch Zeugnis nötig? Denn wir haben es selbst gehört aus seinem Munde.
Then sayd they, What neede we any further witnes? for we our selues haue heard it of his owne mouth.
