Lukas 18
1 Er legte ihnen dann ein Gleichnis vor, um sie darauf hinzuweisen, daß man allezeit beten müsse und nicht müde darin werden dürfe.
He was speaking then (and *ko) a parable to them about it needing always to pray (they *no) and not to lose heart
2 »In einer Stadt«, so sagte er, »lebte ein Richter, der Gott nicht fürchtete und auf keinen Menschen Rücksicht nahm.
saying; A judge certain there was in a certain city God not fearing and man not respecting.
3 Nun wohnte in jener Stadt eine Witwe, die (immer wieder) zu ihm kam mit dem Anliegen: ›Schaffe mir Recht gegen meinen Widersacher!‹
A widow then there was in the city that and she was coming to him saying; do avenge me of the adversary of mine.
4 Lange Zeit wollte er nicht; schließlich aber dachte er bei sich: ›Wenn ich auch Gott nicht fürchte und auf keinen Menschen Rücksicht nehme,
And not (he was desiring [to do] *N+kO) for a time. afterward however he said within himself; If even God not I fear (nor *N+kO) man respect,
5 will ich dieser Witwe doch zu ihrem Recht verhelfen, weil sie mir lästig fällt; sonst kommt sie schließlich noch und wird handgreiflich gegen mich.‹«
because yet it occasioning me trouble widow this I will avenge her, so that not to end coming she may exhaust me.
6 Dann fuhr der Herr fort: »Hört, was (hier) der ungerechte Richter sagt!
Said then the Lord; do hear what the judge unrighteous says;
7 Sollte nun Gott nicht auch seinen Auserwählten Recht schaffen, die Tag und Nacht zu ihm rufen, auch wenn er Langmut bei ihnen übt?
And God certainly not (may do *N+kO) the avenging of the elect of Him the [ones] crying out (to *k) (to Him *N+kO) day and night, and (be patient *N+kO) in regard to them?
8 Ich sage euch: Er wird ihnen gar bald ihr Recht schaffen! Doch wird wohl der Menschensohn bei seinem Kommen den Glauben auf Erden vorfinden?«
I say to you that He will carry out the avenging of them with speed. Nevertheless the Son of Man having come surely not will He find faith on the earth?
9 Er legte dann auch einigen, die von ihrer eigenen Gerechtigkeit überzeugt waren und auf die anderen mit Geringschätzung herabsahen, folgendes Gleichnis vor:
He spoke now also to some having trusted in themselves that they are righteous and (despising *NK+o) the others parable this.
10 »Zwei Männer gingen in den Tempel hinauf, um zu beten, der eine ein Pharisäer, der andere ein Zöllner.
Men two went up into the temple to pray, the one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector.
11 Der Pharisäer trat hin und betete bei sich so: ›O Gott, ich danke dir, daß ich nicht bin wie die anderen Menschen, Räuber, Betrüger, Ehebrecher oder auch wie der Zöllner dort.
The Pharisee having stood toward himself these things was praying; O God, I thank You that not I am (like *NK+o) the rest of the men — swindlers, unrighteous, adulterers — or even like this tax collector.
12 Ich faste zweimal in der Woche und gebe den Zehnten von allem, was ich erwerbe.‹
I fast twice in the week, I tithe all things as much as I gain.
13 Der Zöllner dagegen stand von ferne und mochte nicht einmal die Augen zum Himmel erheben, sondern schlug sich an die Brust und sagte: ›Gott, sei mir Sünder gnädig!‹
(and *ko) (but *no) the tax collector afar off having stood not was willing not even the eyes to lift up to heaven but was striking (into *k) the breast (of him *NK+o) saying: O God, do be merciful to me to the sinner!
14 Ich sage euch: Dieser ging gerechtfertigt in sein Haus hinab, ganz anders, als es bei jenem der Fall war! Denn wer sich selbst erhöht, wird erniedrigt werden; wer sich aber selbst erniedrigt, wird erhöht werden.«
I say to you; went down this one justified to the house of him (rather than *k) (compared with *n+o) (that [one]. *N+kO) For everyone who is exalting himself will be humbled, the [one] however humbling himself will be exalted.
15 Die Leute brachten aber auch ihre kleinen Kinder zu ihm, damit er sie anrühre; als die Jünger das sahen, verwiesen sie es ihnen in barscher Weise.
They were bringing then to Him also the infants that them He may touch; having seen however the disciples (were rebuking *N+kO) them.
16 Jesus aber rief sie zu sich heran und sagte: »Laßt die Kinder zu mir kommen und hindert sie nicht daran,
But Jesus (called *N+kO) them (speaking; *N+kO) do permit the little children to come to Me and not do forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God.
17 denn für ihresgleichen ist das Reich Gottes bestimmt. Wahrlich ich sage euch: Wer das Reich Gottes nicht wie ein Kind annimmt, wird sicherlich nicht hineinkommen.«
Amen I say to you; who[ever] (maybe *N+kO) not shall receive the kingdom of God as a child, certainly not shall enter into it.
18 Hierauf richtete ein Oberster die Frage an ihn: »Guter Meister, was muß ich tun, um ewiges Leben zu ererben?« (aiōnios g166)
And asked a certain Him ruler saying; Teacher good, what having done life eternal will I inherit? (aiōnios g166)
19 Jesus antwortete ihm: »Was nennst du mich gut? Niemand ist gut als Gott allein.
Said then to him Jesus; Why Me you call good? No [one is] good only except one God.
20 Du kennst die Gebote: Du sollst nicht ehebrechen, nicht töten, nicht stehlen, nicht falsches Zeugnis ablegen, ehre deinen Vater und deine Mutter!«
The commandments You know: Not shall you commit adultery, not shall you murder, not shall you steal, not shall you bear false witness, do honor the father of you and the mother (of you. *k)
21 Darauf erwiderte jener: »Dies alles habe ich von Jugend an gehalten.«
And he said; These all (I kept *N+kO) from [the] youth (of mine. *ko)
22 Als Jesus das hörte, sagte er zu ihm: »Eins fehlt dir noch: Verkaufe alles, was du besitzest, und verteile den Erlös an die Armen, so wirst du einen Schatz im Himmel haben; dann komm und folge mir nach.«
Having heard then (these things *k) Jesus said to him; Yet one thing to you is lacking: All as much as you have do sell and do distribute to [the] poor, and you will have treasure in (the *no) (heavens; *N+kO) and come, do follow Me.
23 Als jener das hörte, wurde er tief betrübt; denn er war sehr reich.
And having heard these things very sorrowful (he became; *N+kO) he was for rich extremely.
24 Als Jesus ihn so sah, sagte er: »Wie schwer ist es doch für die Begüterten, in das Reich Gottes einzugehen!
Having seen then him Jesus sorrowful became saying; How difficult [for] those riches having [when] into the kingdom of God (they enter. *N+kO)
25 Ja, es ist leichter, daß ein Kamel durch ein Nadelöhr hindurchgeht, als daß ein Reicher in das Reich Gottes eingeht.«
Easier for it is a camel through (an eye of a needle *N+kO) to go than a rich man into the kingdom of God to enter.
26 Da sagten die Zuhörer: »Ja, wer kann dann gerettet werden?«
Said then those having heard; Then who is able to be saved?
27 Jesus aber antwortete: »Was bei Menschen unmöglich ist, das ist bei Gott möglich.«
But He said; The [things] impossible with men possible with God are.
28 Darauf sagte Petrus: »Siehe, wir haben alles Unsrige verlassen und sind dir nachgefolgt.«
Said then Peter; Behold we ourselves (having abandoned *N+kO) ([our] own [things] *N+kO) (and *k) followed You.
29 Da sagte Jesus zu ihnen: »Wahrlich ich sage euch: Niemand hat Haus oder Weib, Geschwister, Eltern oder Kinder um des Reiches Gottes willen verlassen,
And He said to them; Amen I say to you that no [one] there is who has left house or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God,
31 Er nahm dann die Zwölf zu sich (abseits) und sagte zu ihnen: »Wir ziehen jetzt nach Jerusalem hinauf, und es wird alles in Erfüllung gehen, was durch die Propheten von dem Menschensohn geschrieben ist.
Having taken aside then the Twelve He said to them; Behold we go up to (Jerusalem, *N+kO) and will be accomplished all things which written through the prophets about the Son of Man;
32 Denn er wird den Heiden überliefert und verspottet, mißhandelt und angespien werden,
He will be betrayed for to the Gentiles and will be mocked and will be insulted and will be spit upon,
33 und sie werden ihn geißeln und töten, und am dritten Tage wird er auferstehen.«
And having flogged [Him] they will kill Him, and on the day third He will rise again.
34 Doch sie verstanden nichts hiervon, sondern dieser Ausspruch war ihnen dunkel, und sie begriffen nicht, was er mit diesem Wort hatte sagen wollen.
And they themselves no [thing] of these things understood, and was declaration this hidden from them, and neither they were knowing the [things] being spoken.
35 Als er dann in die Nähe von Jericho kam, saß da ein Blinder am Wege und bettelte.
It came to pass then in the drawing near by Him to Jericho a blind [man] certain was sitting beside the road (begging. *N+kO)
36 Als dieser nun die vielen Leute vorüberziehen hörte, erkundigte er sich, was das zu bedeuten habe.
Having heard now a crowd passing along he was asking what (maybe *o) would be this.
37 Man teilte ihm mit, daß Jesus von Nazareth vorübergehe.
They told then to him that Jesus of Nazareth is passing by.
38 Da rief er laut: »Jesus, Sohn Davids, erbarme dich meiner!«
And he called out saying; Jesus Son of David, do have mercy on me.
39 Die an der Spitze des Zuges Gehenden riefen ihm drohend zu, er solle still sein; doch er rief nur noch lauter: »Sohn Davids, erbarme dich meiner!«
And those going before were rebuking him that (he may be silent. *N+kO) He himself however much more was crying out; Son of David, do have mercy on me.
40 Da blieb Jesus stehen und ließ ihn zu sich führen. Als er nun nahe herangekommen war, fragte Jesus ihn:
Having stopped then Jesus commanded him to be brought to Him. When was approaching then he He asked him;
41 »Was wünschest du von mir?« Er antwortete: »Herr, ich möchte sehen können.«
(saying *ko) What to you desire you I may do? And he said; Lord, that I may receive sight.
42 Jesus erwiderte ihm: »Werde sehend! Dein Glaube hat dir Rettung verschafft.«
And Jesus said to him; do receive sight: The faith of you has healed you.
43 Da konnte er augenblicklich sehen und schloß sich ihm an, indem er Gott pries; auch das gesamte Volk, das zugesehen hatte, gab Gott die Ehre durch Lobpreis.
And immediately he received sight and was following Him glorifying God. And all the people having seen [it] gave praise to God.
