Lukas 4
1 Jesus aber, voll Heiligen Geistes, kam wieder von dem Jordan und ward vom Geist in die Wüste geführet
And Jhesus ful of the Hooli Goost turnede ayen fro Jordan, and was led bi the spirit into desert fourti daies,
2 und ward vierzig Tage lang von dem Teufel versucht. Und er aß nichts in denselbigen Tagen. Und da dieselbigen ein Ende hatten, hungerte ihn danach.
and was temptid of the deuel, and eet nothing in tho daies; and whanne tho daies weren endid, he hungride.
3 Der Teufel aber sprach zu ihm: Bist du Gottes Sohn, so sprich zu dem Stein, daß er Brot werde.
And the deuel seide to him, If thou art Goddis sone, seie to this stoon, that it be maad breed.
4 Und Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Es stehet geschrieben: Der Mensch lebt nicht allein vom Brot, sondern von einem jeglichen Wort Gottes.
And Jhesus answeride to hym, It is writun, That a man lyueth not in breed aloone, but in euery word of God.
5 Und der Teufel führete ihn auf einen hohen Berg und weisete ihm alle Reiche der ganzen Welt in einem Augenblick
And the deuel ladde hym in to an hiy hil, and schewide to hym alle the rewmes of the world in a moment of tyme;
6 und sprach zu ihm: Alle diese Macht will ich dir geben und ihre HERRLIchkeit; denn sie ist mir übergeben, und ich gebe sie, welchem ich will.
and seide to hym, Y schal yyue to thee al this power, and the glorie of hem, for to me thei ben youun, and to whom Y wole, Y yyue hem;
7 So du nun mich willst anbeten, so soll es alles dein sein.
therfor if thou falle doun, and worschipe bifore me, alle thingis schulen be thine.
8 Jesus antwortete ihm und sprach: Heb' dich weg von mir, Satan! Es stehet geschrieben: Du sollst Gott, deinen HERRN, anbeten und ihm allein dienen.
And Jhesus answeride, and seide to hym, It is writun, Thou schalt worschipe thi Lord God, and to hym aloone thou schalt serue.
9 Und er führete ihn gen Jerusalem und stellete ihn auf des Tempels Zinne und sprach zu ihm: Bist du Gottes Sohn, so laß dich von hinnen hinunter;
And he ledde hym in to Jerusalem, and sette hym on the pynacle of the temple, and seide to hym, If thou art Goddis sone, sende thi silf fro hennes doun;
10 denn es stehet geschrieben: Er wird befehlen seinen Engeln von dir, daß sie dich bewahren
for it is writun, For he hath comaundide to hise aungels of thee, that thei kepe thee in alle thi weies,
11 und auf den Händen tragen, auf daß du nicht etwa deinen Fuß an einen Stein stoßest.
and that thei schulen take thee in hondis, lest perauenture thou hirte thi foote at a stoon.
12 Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Es ist gesagt: Du sollst Gott, deinen HERRN, nicht versuchen.
And Jhesus answeride, and seide to him, It is seid, Thou schalt not tempte thi Lord God.
13 Und da der Teufel alle Versuchung vollendet hatte, wich er von ihm eine Zeitlang.
And whanne euery temptacioun was endid, the feend wente a wei fro hym for a tyme.
14 Und Jesus kam wieder in des Geistes Kraft nach Galiläa; und das Gerücht erscholl von ihm durch alle umliegenden Orte.
And Jhesus turnede ayen in the vertu of the spirit in to Galilee, and the fame wente forth of hym thorou al the cuntre.
15 Und er lehrete in ihren Schulen und ward von jedermann gepreiset.
And he tauyte in the synagogis of hem, and was magnyfied of alle men.
16 Und er kam gen Nazareth, da er erzogen war, und ging in die Schule nach seiner Gewohnheit am Sabbattage und stund auf und wollte lesen.
And he cam to Nazareth, where he was norisschid, and entride aftir his custom in the sabat dai in to a synagoge, and roos to reed.
17 Da ward ihm das Buch des Propheten Jesaja gereicht. Und da er das Buch herumwarf, fand er den Ort, da geschrieben stehet:
And the book of Ysaye, the prophete, was takun to hym; and as he turnede the book, he foond a place, where it was wrytun,
18 Der Geist des HERRN ist bei mir, derhalben er mich gesalbet hat und gesandt, zu verkündigen das Evangelium den Armen, zu heilen die zerstoßenen Herzen, zu predigen den Gefangenen, daß sie los sein sollen, und den Blinden das Gesicht und den Zerschlagenen, daß sie frei und ledig sein sollen,
The Spirit of the Lord on me, for which thing he anoyntide me; he sente me to preche to pore men, to hele contrite men in herte,
19 und zu predigen das angenehme Jahr des HERRN.
and to preche remyssioun to prisoneris, and siyt to blynde men, and to delyuere brokun men in to remissioun; to preche the yeer of the Lord plesaunt, and the dai of yeldyng ayen.
20 Und als er das Buch zutat, gab er's dem Diener und setzte sich. Und aller Augen, die in der Schule waren, sahen auf ihn.
And whanne he hadde closid the book, he yaf ayen to the mynystre, and sat; and the iyen of alle men in the synagoge were biholdynge in to hym.
21 Und er fing an, zu sagen zu ihnen: Heute ist diese Schrift erfüllet vor euren Ohren.
And he bigan to seie to hem, For in this dai this scripture is fulfillid in youre eeris.
22 Und sie gaben alle Zeugnis von ihm und wunderten sich der holdseligen Worte, die aus seinem Munde gingen, und sprachen: Ist das nicht Josephs Sohn?
And alle men yauen witnessyng to hym, and wondriden in the wordis of grace, that camen forth of his mouth. And thei seiden, Whether this is not the sone of Joseph?
23 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Ihr werdet freilich zu mir sagen dies Sprichwort: Arzt, hilf dir selber! Denn wie große Dinge haben wir gehört zu Kapernaum geschehen? Tue auch also hier in deinem Vaterlande!
And he seide to hem, Sotheli ye schulen seie to me this liknesse, Leeche, heele thi silf. The Farisees seiden to Jhesu, Hou grete thingis han we herd don in Cafarnaum, do thou also here in thi cuntre.
24 Er aber sprach: Wahrlich, ich sage euch, kein Prophet ist angenehm in seinem Vaterlande.
And he seide, Treuli Y seie to you, that no profete is resseyued in his owne cuntre.
25 Aber in der Wahrheit sage ich euch: Es waren viel Witwen in Israel zu Elias Zeiten, da der Himmel verschlossen war drei Jahre und sechs Monden, da eine große Teurung war im ganzen Lande;
In treuthe Y seie to you, that many widowis weren in the daies of Elie, the prophete, in Israel, whanne heuene was closid thre yeer and sixe monethis, whanne greet hungur was maad in al the erthe;
26 und zu der keiner ward Elia gesandt denn allein gen Sarepta der Sidonier, zu einer Witwe.
and to noon of hem was Elye sent, but in to Sarepta of Sydon, to a widowe.
27 Und viel Aussätzige waren in Israel zu des Propheten Elisa Zeiten; und der keiner ward gereiniget denn allein Naeman aus Syrien.
And many meseles weren in Israel, vndur Helisee, the prophete, and noon of hem was clensid, but Naaman of Sirye.
28 Und sie wurden voll Zorns alle, die in der Schule waren, da sie das höreten,
And alle in the synagoge herynge these thingis, weren fillid with wraththe.
29 und stunden auf und stießen ihn zur Stadt hinaus und führeten ihn auf einen Hügel des Berges, darauf ihre Stadt gebauet war, daß sie ihn hinabstürzeten.
And thei risen vp, and drouen hym out with out the citee, and ledden hym to the cop of the hil on which her citee was bildid, to caste hym doun.
30 Aber er ging mitten durch sie hinweg.
But Jhesus passide, and wente thorou the myddil of hem; and cam doun in to Cafarnaum,
31 Und kam gen Kapernaum, in die Stadt Galiläas, und lehrete sie an den Sabbaten.
a citee of Galilee, and there he tauyte hem in sabotis.
32 Und sie verwunderten sich seiner Lehre; denn seine Rede war gewaltig.
And thei weren astonyed in his techyng, for his word was in power.
33 Und es war ein Mensch in der Schule, besessen mit einem unsaubern Teufel. Und der schrie laut
And in her synagoge was a man hauynge an vnclene feend, and he criede with greet vois,
34 und sprach: Halt, was haben wir mit dir zu schaffen, Jesus von Nazareth? Du bist kommen, uns zu verderben. Ich weiß, wer du bist, nämlich der Heilige Gottes.
and seide, Suffre, what to vs and to thee, Jhesu of Nazareth? art thou comun to leese vs? Y knowe, that thou art the hooli of God.
35 Und Jesus bedräuete ihn und sprach: Verstumme und fahre aus von ihm! Und der Teufel warf ihn mitten unter sie und fuhr von ihm aus und tat ihm keinen Schaden.
And Jhesus blamede hym, and seide, Wexe doumbe, and go out fro hym. And whanne the feend hadde cast hym forth in to the myddil, he wente a wei fro hym, and he noyede hym no thing.
36 Und es kam eine Furcht über sie alle, und redeten miteinander und sprachen: Was ist das für ein Ding? Er gebeut mit Macht und Gewalt den unsaubern Geistern, und sie fahren aus.
And drede was maad in alle men, and thei spaken togider, and seiden, What is this word, for in power and vertu he comaundith to vnclene spiritis, and thei gon out?
37 Und es erscholl sein Geschrei in alle Örter des umliegenden Landes.
And the fame was pupplischid of him in to ech place of the cuntre.
38 Und er stund auf aus der Schule und kam in Simons Haus. Und Simons Schwieger war mit einem harten Fieber behaftet; und sie baten ihn für sie.
And Jhesus roos vp fro the synagoge, and entride in to the hous of Symount; and the modir of Symountis wijf was holdun with grete fyueris, and thei preieden hym for hir.
39 Und er trat zu ihr und gebot dem Fieber, und es verließ sie. Und bald stund sie auf und dienete ihnen.
And Jhesus stood ouer hir, and comaundide to the feuer, and it lefte hir; and anoon sche roos vp, and seruede hem.
40 Und da die Sonne untergegangen war, alle die, so Kranke hatten mit mancherlei Seuchen, brachten sie zu ihm. Und er legte auf einen jeglichen die Hände und machte sie gesund.
And whanne the sunne wente doun, alle that hadden sijke men with dyuerse langours, ledden hem to hym; and he sette his hoondis on ech bi `hem silf, and heelide hem.
41 Es fuhren auch die Teufel aus von vielen, schrieen und sprachen: Du bist Christus, der Sohn Gottes. Und er bedräuete sie und ließ sie nicht reden; denn sie wußten, daß er Christus war.
And feendis wenten out fro manye, and crieden, and seiden, For thou art the sone of God. And he blamede, and suffride hem not to speke, for thei wisten hym, that he was Crist.
42 Da es aber Tag ward, ging er hinaus an eine wüste Stätte; und das Volk suchte ihn, und kamen zu ihm und hielten ihn auf, daß er nicht von ihnen ginge.
And whanne the dai was come, he yede out, and wente in to a desert place; and the puple souyten hym, and thei camen to hym, and thei helden hym, that he schulde not go a wei fro hem.
43 Er aber sprach. zu ihnen: Ich muß auch andern Städten das Evangelium predigen vom Reich Gottes; denn dazu bin ich gesandt
To whiche he seide, For also to othere citees it bihoueth me to preche the kyngdom of God, for therfor Y am sent.
44 Und er predigte in den Schulen Galiläas.
And he prechide in the synagogis of Galilee.
