3 Mose 27
1 Und der HERR redete mit Mose und sprach:
And the Lord spak to Moises and seide, Speke thou to the sones of Israel,
2 Rede mit den Kindern Israel und sprich zu ihnen: Wenn jemand dem HERRN ein besonder Gelübde tut, daß er seinen Leib schätzet,
and thou schalt seye to hem, A man that makith avow, and bihetith his soule to God, schal yyue the priys vndur valu, ether preisyng.
3 so soll das die Schätzung sein: Ein Mannsbild, zwanzig Jahre alt, bis ins sechzigste Jahr, sollst du schätzen auf fünfzig silberne Sekel nach dem Sekel des Heiligtums;
If it is a male, fro the twentithe yeer `til to the sixtithe yeer, he schal yyue fifti siclis of siluer, at the mesure of seyntuarie, if it is a womman,
4 ein Weibsbild auf dreißig Sekel.
sche schal yyue thretti siclis;
5 Von fünf Jahren bis auf zwanzig Jahre sollst du ihn schätzen auf zwanzig Sekel, wenn's ein Mannsbild ist; ein Weibsbild aber auf zehn Sekel.
forsothe fro the fifthe yeer `til to the twentithe yeer, a male schal yyue twenti cyclis, a womman schal yyue ten ciclis;
6 Von einem Monden an bis auf fünf Jahre sollst du ihn schätzen auf fünf silberne Sekel, wenn's ein Mannsbild ist; ein Weibsbild aber auf drei silberne Sekel.

7 Ist er aber sechzig Jahre alt und drüber, so sollst du ihn schätzen auf fünfzehn Sekel, wenn's ein Mannsbild ist; ein Weibsbild aber auf zehn Sekel.
a male of sixti yeer and ouer schal yyue fiftene ciclis, a womman schal yyue ten cyclis.
8 Ist er aber zu arm zu solcher Schätzung, so soll er sich vor den Priester stellen, und der Priester soll ihn schätzen; er soll ihn aber schätzen, nachdem seine Hand, des, der gelobet hat, erwerben kann.
If it is a pore man, and may not yelde the valu, he schal stonde bifor the preest, and as myche as the preest preisith, and seeth that the pore man may yelde, so myche he schal yyue.
9 Ist's aber ein Vieh, das man dem HERRN opfern kann: alles, was man des dem HERRN gibt, ist heilig.
Forsothe if ony man avowith a beeste, that may be offrid to the Lord, it schal be hooli,
10 Man soll's nicht wechseln noch wandeln, ein gutes um ein böses, oder ein böses um ein gutes. Wird's aber jemand wechseln; ein Vieh um das andere, so sollen sie beide dem HERRN heilig sein.
and schal not mow be chaungid, that is, nethir a betere for `an yuel, nether `a worse for a good; and if he chaungith it, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord.
11 Ist aber das Tier unrein, daß man's dem HERRN nicht opfern darf, so soll man's vor den Priester stellen.
Sotheli if ony man avowith an vncleene beeste, that may not be offrid to the Lord, it schal be brouyt bifor the preest,
12 Und der Priester soll es schätzen, ob's gut oder böse sei; und es soll bei des Priesters Schätzen bleiben.
and the preest schal deme whether it is good ether yuel, and schal sette the prijs;
13 Will's aber jemand lösen, der soll den Fünften über die Schätzung geben.
which prijs if he that offrith wole yyue, he schal adde the fifthe part ouer the valu.
14 Wenn jemand sein Haus heiliget, daß es dem HERRN heilig sei, das soll der Priester schätzen, ob's gut oder böse sei; und danach es der Priester schätzet, so soll's bleiben.
If a man avowith his hows, and halewith it to the Lord, the preest schal biholde, `whether it is good ether yuel, and bi the prijs, which is ordeyned of hym, it schal be seld;
15 So es aber der, so es geheiliget hat, will lösen, so soll er den fünften Teil des Geldes, über das es geschätzet ist, drauf geben, so soll's sein werden.
sotheli if he that avowide wole ayen-bie it, he schal yyue the fifthe part of the valu aboue, and he schal haue the hows.
16 Wenn jemand ein Stück Ackers von seinem Erbgut dem HERRN heiliget, so soll er geschätzet werden, nachdem er trägt. Trägt er ein Homor Gerste, so soll er fünfzig Sekel Silbers gelten.
That if he avowith the feeld of his possessioun, and halewith to the Lord, the prijs schal be demed bi the mesure of seed; if the feeld is sowun with thritti buyschels of barli, it schal be seeld for fifti siclys of siluer.
17 Heiliget er aber seinen Acker vom Halljahr an, so soll er nach seiner Würde gelten.
If he auowith the feeld anoon for the yeer of the iubilee bigynnynge, as myche as it may be worth, bi so myche it schal be preisid;
18 Hat er ihn aber nach dem Halljahr geheiliget, so soll ihn der Priester rechnen nach den übrigen Jahren zum Halljahr und danach geringer schätzen;
but if it be after `sum part of tyme, the preest schal rykene the money bi the noumbre of yeeris that ben residue `til to the iubilee, and it schal be withdrawun of the prijs.
19 Will aber der, so ihn geheiliget hat, den Acker lösen, so soll er den fünften Teil des Geldes, über das er geschätzet ist, drauf geben, so soll er sein werden.
That if he that avowide wole ayenbie the feeld, he schal adde the fyuethe part of the money preisid, and he schal welde it;
20 Will er ihn aber nicht lösen, sondern verkauft ihn einem andern, so soll er ihn nicht mehr lösen,
but if he nyle ayenbie, but it is seeld to ony othir man, he that avowide schal `no more mowe ayenbie it;
21 sondern derselbe Acker, wenn er im Halljahr los ausgehet, soll dem HERRN heilig sein, wie ein verbannter Acker; und soll des Priesters Erbgut sein.
for whanne the dai of iubilee cometh, it schal be halewid to the Lord, and the possessioun halewid perteyneth to the riyt of preestis.
22 Wenn aber jemand einen Acker dem HERRN heiliget, den er gekauft hat, und nicht sein Erbgut ist,
If the feeld is bouyt, and is not of the possessioun of grettere men,
23 so soll ihn der Priester rechnen, was er gilt, bis an das Halljahr; und er soll desselben Tages solche Schätzung geben, daß er dem HERRN heilig sei.
and is halewid to the Lord, the preest schal determyne the prijs bi the noumbre of yeeris `til to the iubilee, and he that avowide the feeld schal yyue the prijs to the Lord;
24 Aber im Halljahr soll er wieder gelangen an denselben, von dem er ihn gekauft hat, daß er sein Erbgut im Lande sei.
forsothe in the iubilee it schal turne ayen to the formere lord that seelde it, and `haue he in to the eritage of his possessioun.
25 AlLE Würderung soll geschehen nach dem Sekel des Heiligtums. Ein Sekel aber macht zwanzig Gera.
`Ech preisyng schal be peisid bi the sicle of seyntuarie; a sicle hath twenti halpens.
26 Die Erstgeburt unter dem Vieh, die dem HERRN sonst gebühret, soll niemand dem HERRN heiligen, es sei ein Ochse oder Schaf; denn es ist des HERRN.
No man may halewe and avowe the firste gendrid thingis that perteynen to the Lord, whether it is oxe, whether scheep, tho ben the Lordis part.
27 Ist aber an dem Vieh etwas Unreines, so soll man's lösen nach seiner Würde und drüber geben den Fünften. Will er's nicht lösen, so verkaufe man's nach seiner Würde.
That if the beeste is vncleene, he that offride schal ayenbie by his valu, and he schal adde the fyuethe part of prijs; if he nyle ayenbie, it schal be seeld to another man, as myche euer as it is `set at valu.
28 Man soll kein Verbanntes verkaufen, noch lösen, das jemand dem HERRN verbannet von allem, das sein ist, es seien Menschen Vieh oder Erbacker; denn alles Verbannte ist das Allerheiligste dem HERRN.
Al thing which is halewid to the Lord, whether it is man, whether beeste, whether feeld, it schal not be seeld, nether it schal mow be ayenbouyt; whateuer thing is halewid onys, it schal be hooli of the noumbre of hooli thingis to the Lord,
29 Man soll auch keinen verbannten Menschen lösen, sondern er soll des Todes sterben.
and ech halewyng which is offrid of man, schal not be ayenbouyt, but it schal die bi deeth.
30 AlLE Zehnten im Lande, beide von Samen des Landes und von Früchten der Bäume, sind des HERRN und sollen dem HERRN heilig sein.
Alle the tithis of erthe, whether of fruytis, whether of applis of trees, ben the Lordis part, and ben halewid to hym;
31 Will aber jemand seinen Zehnten lösen, der soll den Fünften drüber geben.
sotheli if ony man wole ayenbie hise tithis, he schal adde the fyuethe part of tho; of alle tithis,
32 Und alLE Zehnten von Rindern und Schafen, und was unter der Rute gehet, das ist ein heiliger Zehnte dem HERRN.
of scheep, and of oxen, and of geet, that passen vndur the `yerde of scheepherde, whateuer thing cometh to the tenthe part, it schal be halewid to the Lord;
33 Man soll nicht fragen, ob's gut oder böse sei; man soll's auch nicht wechseln. Wird es aber jemand wechseln, so soll beides heilig sein und nicht gelöset werden.
it schal not be chosun, nether good, nether yuel; nethir it schal be chaungid for another; if ony man chaungith, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord, and it schal not be ayenbouyt.
34 Dies sind die Gebote, die der HERR gebot an die Kinder Israel auf dem Berge Sinai.
These ben the comaundementis whiche the Lord comaundide to Moises, and to the sones of Israel, in the hil of Synay.
