Jesaja 7
1 Es begab sich zur Zeit Ahas, des Sohns Jothams, des Sohns Usias, des Königs Judas, zog herauf: Rezin, der König zu Syrien, und Pekah, der Sohn Remaljas, der König Israels, gen Jerusalem, wider sie zu streiten, konnten sie aber nicht gewinnen.
And it was don in the daies of Achas, the sone of Joathan, the sone of Osias, kyng of Juda, Rasyn, the kyng of Sirie, and Facee, the sone of Romelie, the kyng of Israel, stieden to Jerusalem, for to fiyte ayens it; and thei myyten not ouercome it.
2 Da ward dem Hause David angesagt: Die Syrer verlassen sich auf Ephraim. Da bebete ihm das Herz und das Herz seines Volks, wie die Bäume im Walde beben vom Winde.
And thei telden to the hous of Dauid, and seiden, Sirie hath restid on Effraym, and the herte of hym and of his puple was mouyd togidere, as the trees of wodis ben mouyd of the face of the wynd.
3 Aber der HERR sprach zu Jesaja: Gehe hinaus, Ahas entgegen; du und dein Sohn Sear-Jasub, an das Ende der Wasserröhren am obern Teiche, am Wege beim Acker des Färbers,
And the Lord seide to Isaie, Go thou out, and Jasub, thi sone, which is left, in to the meetyng of Achas, at the laste ende of the water cundijt of the hiyere cisterne, in the weie of the feeld of the fullere.
4 und sprich zu ihm: Hüte dich und sei stille! Fürchte dich nicht, und dein Herz sei unverzagt vor diesen zween rauchenden Löschbränden, nämlich vor dem Zorn Rezins samt den Syrern und des Sohns Remaljas,
And thou schalt seie to hym, Se thou, that thou be stille; nyle thou drede, and thin herte be not aferd of twei tailis of these brondis smokynge in the wraththe of woodnesse, of Rasyn, kynge of Sirie, and of the sone of Romelye.
5 daß die Syrer wider dich einen bösen Ratschlag gemacht haben samt Ephraim und dem Sohn Remaljas und sagen:
For Sirie, and Effraym, and the sone of Romelie, han bigunne yuel councel ayens thee, and seien, Stie we to Juda,
6 Wir wollen hinauf zu Juda und sie aufwecken und unter uns teilen und zum Könige drinnen machen den Sohn Tabeals.
and reise we hym, and drawe we hym out to vs; and sette we a kyng in the myddis therof, the sone of Tabeel.
7 Denn also spricht der HERR HERR: Es soll nicht bestehen noch also gehen,
The Lord God seith these thingis, This schal not be, and it schal not stonde;
8 sondern wie Damaskus das Haupt ist in Syrien, so soll Rezin das Haupt zu Damaskus sein. Und über fünfundsechzig Jahre soll es mit Ephraim aus sein, daß sie nicht mehr ein Volk seien.
but Damask schal be the heed of Sirie, and Rasyn `schal be the heed of Damask; and yit sixti yeer and fiue, and Effraym schal faile to be a puple;
9 Und wie Samaria das Haupt ist in Ephraim, so soll der Sohn Remaljas das Haupt zu Samaria sein. Glaubt ihr nicht, so bleibt ihr nicht.
and Samarie shal faile to be the heed of Effraym, and the sone of Romelie `schal faile to be heed of Samarie. Forsothe if ye schulen not bileue, ye schulen not dwelle.
10 Und der HERR redete abermal zu Ahas und sprach:
And the Lord addide to speke to Achas,
11 Fordere dir ein Zeichen vom HERRN, deinem Gott, es sei unten in der Hölle oder droben in der Höhe. (Sheol h7585)
and seide, Axe thou to thee a signe of thi Lord God, in to the depthe of helle, ethir in to heiythe aboue. (Sheol h7585)
12 Aber Ahas sprach: Ich will's nicht fordern, daß ich den HERRN nicht versuche.
And Achas seide, Y schal not axe, and Y schal not tempte the Lord.
13 Da sprach er: Wohlan, so höret, ihr vom Hause David: Ist's euch zu wenig, daß ihr die Leute beleidiget; ihr müsset auch meinen Gott beleidigen?
And Ysaie seide, Therfor the hous of Dauid, here ye; whether it is litil to you to be diseseful to men, for ye ben diseseful also to my God?
14 Darum so wird euch der HERR selbst ein Zeichen geben: Siehe, eine Jungfrau ist schwanger und wird einen Sohn gebären, den wird sie heißen Immanuel.
For this thing the Lord hym silf schal yyue a signe to you. Lo! a virgyn schal conseyue, and schal bere a sone; and his name schal be clepid Emanuel.
15 Butter und Honig wird er essen, daß er wisse Böses zu verwerfen und Gutes zu erwählen.
He schal ete botere and hony, that he kunne repreue yuel, and cheese good.
16 Denn ehe der Knabe lernet Böses verwerfen und Gutes erwählen, wird das Land, davor dir grauet, verlassen sein von seinen zween Königen.
For whi bifore that the child kunne repreue yuel, and chese good, the lond, which thou wlatist, schal be forsakun of the face of her twei kyngis.
17 Aber der HERR wird über dich, über dein Volk und über deines Vaters Haus Tage kommen lassen, die nicht kommen sind, seit der Zeit, da Ephraim von Juda geschieden ist, durch den König zu Assyrien;
The Lord schal brynge on thee, and on thi puple, and on the hous of thi fadir, daies that camen not fro the daies of departyng of Effraym fro Juda, with the kyng of Assiriens.
18 denn zu der Zeit wird der HERR zischen der Fliege am Ende der Wasser in Ägypten und der Biene im Lande Assur,
And it schal be, in that dai the Lord schal hisse to a flie, which is in the laste parte of the floodis of Egipt; and to a bee, which is in the lond of Assur;
19 daß sie kommen und alle sich legen an die trockenen Bäche und in die Steinklüfte und in alle Hecken und in alle Büsche.
and `alle so schulen come, and schulen reste in the strondis of valeis, and in caues of stoonis, and in alle places of buyschis, and in alle hoolis.
20 Zur selbigen Zeit wird der HERR das Haupt und die Haare an Füßen abscheren und den Bart abnehmen durch ein gemietet Schermesser, nämlich durch die, so jenseit des Wassers sind, als durch den König von Assyrien.
And in that dai the Lord schal schaue with a scharp rasour in these men, that ben biyendis the flood, in the kyng of Assiriens, the heed, and heeris of the feet, and al the beerd.
21 Zur selbigen Zeit wird ein Mann einen Haufen Kühe und zwo Herden ziehen
And it schal be, in that day a man schal nurische a cow of oxis, and twei scheep,
22 und wird so viel zu melken haben, daß er Butter essen wird; denn Butter und Honig wird essen, wer übrig im Lande bleiben wird.
and for the plentee of mylk he schal ete botere; for whi ech man that schal be left in the myddis of the lond, schal ete boter and hony.
23 Denn es wird zu der Zeit geschehen, daß, wo jetzt tausend Weinstöcke stehen, tausend Silberlinge wert, da werden Dornen und Hecken sein,
And it schal be, in that dai ech place where a thousand vyneris schulen be worth a thousynde platis of siluer, and schulen be in to thornes and breeris,
24 daß man mit Pfeilen und Bogen dahin gehen muß. Denn im ganzen Lande werden Dornen und Hecken sein,
men schulen entre thidur with bouwis and arowis; for whi breris and thornes schulen be in al the lond.
25 daß man auch zu all den Bergen, so man mit Hauen pflegt umzuhacken, nicht kann kommen vor Scheu der Dornen und Hecken, sondern man wird Ochsen daselbst gehen und Schafe drauf treten lassen.
And alle hillis that schulen be purgid with a sarpe, the drede of thornes and of breris schal not come thidir; and it schal be in to lesewe of oxen, and in to treding of scheep.
