Jesaja 15
1 Dies ist die Last über Moab: Des Nachts kommt Verstörung über Ar in Moab; sie ist dahin. Des Nachts kommt Verstörung über Kir in Moab; sie ist dahin.
The birthun of Moab. For Ar was destried in niyt, Moab was stille; for the wal was distried in the niyt, Moab was stille.
2 Sie gehen hinauf gen Baith und Dibon zu den Altären, daß sie weinen und heulen über Nebo und Medba in Moab. Aller Haupt ist beschoren, aller Bart ist abgeschnitten.
The kingis hous, and Dybon stieden to hiy places, in to weilyng; on Nabo, and on Medaba Moab schal yelle. In alle hedis therof schal be ballidnesse, and ech beerd schal be schauun.
3 Auf ihren Gassen gehen sie mit Säcken umgürtet; auf ihren Dächern und Straßen heulen sie alle und gehen weinend herab.
In the meetyng of thre weies therof thei ben gird in a sak, alle yellyng on the housis therof and in the stretis therof; it schal go doun in to wepyng.
4 Hesbon und Eleale schreien, daß man's zu Jahza höret. Darum wehklagen die Gerüsteten in Moab; denn es gehet ihrer Seele übel.
Esebon schal crie, and Eleale, the vois of hem is herd `til to Jasa; on this thing the redi men of Moab schulen yelle, the soule therof schal yelle to it silf.
5 Mein Herz schreiet zu Moab; ihre Flüchtigen fliehen von der dreijährigen Kuh, bis gen Zoar; denn sie gehen gen Luhith hinan und weinen; und auf dem Wege zu Horonaim zu erhebt sich ein Jammergeschrei.
Myn herte schal crie to Moab, the barris therof `til to Segor, a cow calf of thre yeer. For whi a wepere schal stie bi the stiyng of Luith, and in the weie of Oronaym thei schulen reise cry of sorewe.
6 Denn die Wasser zu Nimrim versiegen, daß das Heu verdorret, und das Gras verwelket, und wächset kein grün Kraut.
For whi the watris of Nemrym schulen be forsakun; for the eerbe dried up, buriownyng failide, al grenenesse perischide.
7 Denn das Gut, das sie gesammelt, und das Volk, das sie gerüstet haben, führet man über den Weidenbach.
Bi the greetnesse of werk, and the visityng of hem, to the stronde of salewis thei schulen lede hem.
8 Geschrei gehet um in den Grenzen Moabs; sie heulen bis gen Eglaim und heulen bei dem Born Elim.
For whi cry cumpasside the ende of Moab; `til to Galym the yellyng therof, and the cry therof `til to the pit of Helym.
9 Denn die Wasser zu Dimon sind voll Bluts. Dazu will ich über Dimon noch mehr kommen lassen, beide über die erhalten sind in Moab des Löwen, und über die Übrigen im Lande.
For the watris of Dibon ben fillid with blood; for Y schal sette encreessyngis on Dibon, to tho men of Moab that fledden fro the lioun, and to the relifs of the lond.
