3 Mose 27
1 Und Jahwe redete mit Mose also:
And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
2 Rede mit den Israeliten und sprich zu ihnen: Wenn jemand Jahwe ein Gelübde abträgt, und zwar ein solches von Personen nach dem Schätzungswert,
Speak to [the] people of Israel and you will say to them anyone if he will make hard a vow by valuation of your persons to Yahweh.
3 so soll der Schätzungswert eines Mannes von zwanzig bis zu sechzig Jahren fünfzig Silbersekel nach dem heiligen Gewichte betragen; ist es aber ein Weib, so soll der Schätzungswert dreißig Sekel betragen.
And it will be valuation of your the male from a son of twenty year[s] and to a son of sixty year[s] and it will be valuation your fifty shekel[s] silver by [the] shekel of the holy place.
4 Ist es jemand von fünf bis zu zwanzig Jahren,
And if [is] female she and it will be valuation your thirty shekel[s].
5 so soll der Schätzungswert der männlichen Person zwanzig Sekel, der weiblichen zehn SekeI betragen.
And if from a son of five years and to a son of twenty year[s] and it will be valuation of your the male twenty shekels and of the female ten shekels.
6 Ist es jemand von einem Monat bis zu fünf Jahren, so soll der Schätzungswert des Knaben fünf Silbersekel, der Schätzungswert des Mädchens drei Silbersekel betragen.
And if from a son of a month and to a son of five years and it will be valuation of your the male five shekels silver and of the female valuation your three shekels silver.
7 Ist es jemand von sechzig Jahren und darüber, so soll der Schätzungswert des Mannes fünfzehn Sekel betragen, der des Weibes zehn Sekel.
And if from a son of sixty year[s] and up-wards if male and it will be valuation your fif-teen shekel[s] and of the female ten shekels.
8 Und wenn der Betreffende zu arm ist, um den Schätzungswert zu entrichten, so stelle man ihn vor den Priester, und der Priester möge ihn abschätzen; mit Rücksicht darauf, wie viel der Gelobende zu leisten vermag, soll ihn der Priester abschätzen.
And if [is too] impoverished he for valuation your and he will station him before the priest and he will evaluate him the priest on [the] mouth of [that] which it will reach [the] hand of the [one who] vows he will evaluate him the priest.
9 Und wenn es Vieh ist, von welchem man Jahwe Opfer bringen kann, so soll alles, was einer Jahwe davon giebt, als geheiligt gelten.
And if an animal which people will present from it a present to Yahweh all that someone will give from it to Yahweh it will be a holy thing.
10 Er darf es nicht umwechseln, noch vertauschen - ein gutes für ein schlechtes oder ein schlechtes für ein gutes; und wenn er dennoch ein Stück Vieh mit einem anderen vertauschen sollte, so soll das eine wie das andere dem Heiligtume verfallen sein.
Not he will substitute it and not he will exchange it good for bad or bad for good and if ever he will exchange an animal for an animal and it will be it and substitute its it will be a holy thing.
11 Ist es aber irgend welches unreines Vieh, von dem man Jahwe keine Opfer bringen kann, so soll man das Vieh dem Priester darstellen,
And if any animal unclean which not people will present from it a present to Yahweh and he will station the animal before the priest.
12 und der Priester soll es abschätzen, je nachdem es schön oder gering ist; bei dem Schätzungswerte, den der Priester festsetzt, soll es verbleiben.
And he will evaluate the priest it between good and between bad according to valuation of your the priest so it will be.
13 Will er es aber einlösen, so hat er noch ein Fünftel von dem Schätzungswerte darauf zu legen.
And certainly [if] he will redeem it and he will add fifth its to valuation your.
14 Und wenn jemand Jahwe sein Haus als heilige Gabe weiht, so soll es der Priester abschätzen, je nachdem es schön oder gering ist; so, wie es der Priester abschätzt, soll es zu stehen kommen.
And anyone if he will set apart as holy house his a holy thing to Yahweh and he will evaluate it the priest between good and between bad just as he will evaluate it the priest so it will stand.
15 Falls aber der, der sein Haus geweiht hat, es wieder einlösen will, so hat er noch ein Fünftel der Schätzungssumme darauf zu legen; dann gehört es ihm.
And if the [one who] sets apart as holy he will redeem house his and he will add [the] fifth part of [the] silver of valuation your to it and it will belong to him.
16 Wenn jemand etwas von seinem erblichen Grundbesitze Jahwe weiht, so richtet sich der Schätzungswert nach dem Maße der Aussaat; ein Feld von einem Gomer Gerste Aussaat ist auf fünfzig Silbersekel zu schätzen.
And if - some of [the] field of possession his he will set apart as holy anyone to Yahweh and it will be valuation your to [the] mouth of seed its seed of a homer of barley for fifty shekel[s] of silver.
17 Weiht er sein Feld vom Halljahr ab, so soll es nach dem Schätzungswerte zu stehen kommen.
If from [the] year of the jubilee he will set apart as holy field his according to valuation your it will stand.
18 Weiht er aber sein Feld nach dem Halljahr, so muß ihm der Priester den Betrag berechnen mit Rücksicht auf die Zahl der Jahre, die noch bis zum Halljahre fehlen, und es ist dann von dem vollen Schätzungswert ein Abzug zu machen.
And if after the jubilee he will set apart as holy field his and he will calculate for himself the priest the money on [the] mouth of the years which remain until [the] year of the jubilee and it will be deducted from valuation your.
19 Will aber der, der das Feld geweiht hat, es doch wieder einlösen, so hat er ein Fünftel der Schätzungssumme darauf zu legen; dann verbleibt es ihm.
And certainly [if] he will redeem the field the [one who] set apart as holy it and he will add [the] fifth part of [the] silver of valuation your to it and it will stand to him.
20 Löst er das Feld nicht ein, verkauft aber trotzdem das Feld an einen anderen, so kann es nicht wiederum eingelöst werden,
And if not he will redeem the field and if he has sold the field to a man another not it will be redeemed again.
21 sondern das Feld hat, wenn es im Halljahre frei wird, als etwas Jahwe Geweihtes zu gelten, wie ein dem Banne verfallenes Feld; das Eigentumsrecht daran fällt dem Priester zu.
And it will be the field when goes out it in the jubilee a holy thing to Yahweh like [the] field of total destruction to the priest it will belong possession his.
22 Weiht er dagegen Jahwe ein von ihm erkauftes Feld, welches nicht zu seinem erblichen Grundbesitze gehört,
And if field of purchase his which not [is] from [the] field of possession his he will set apart as holy to Yahweh.
23 so muß ihm der Priester ausrechnen, wie hoch sich der Schätzungswert für den Zeitraum bis zum Halljahre beläuft, und er soll diesen Schätzungswert am gleichen Tag als eine Jahwe geweihte Gabe entrichten.
And he will calculate for himself the priest [the] amount of valuation your until [the] year of the jubilee and he will give valuation your on the day that a holy thing to Yahweh.
24 Im Halljahr aber kommt das Feld wieder an den, von dem er es gekauft hatte, dem es als Erbbesitz gehörte.
In [the] year of the jubilee it will return the field to [the one] whom he bought it from with him to [the one] whom [belongs] to him [the] possession of the land.
25 Alle Schätzungen haben nach heiligem Gewichte zu geschehen; zwanzig Gera machen einen Sekel.
And every valuation your it will be by [the] shekel of the holy place twenty gerah[s] it will be the shekel.
26 Jedoch Erstgeburten unter dem Vieh, die als erstgeborne Jahwe verfallen, darf niemand weihen; es sei Rind oder Schaf - es gehört Jahwe.
Nevertheless a firstborn which it will be born a firstling [belongs] to Yahweh among livestock not he will set apart as holy anyone it whether an ox or a sheep [belongs] to Yahweh it.
27 Handelt es sich aber um unreines Vieh, so muß man es loskaufen nach dem Schätzungswert und ein Fünftel des Betrags darauf legen; falls es aber nicht eingelöst wird, ist es nach dem Schätzungswerte zu verkaufen.
And if among the livestock unclean and he will redeem [it] by valuation your and he will add fifth its to it and if not it will be redeemed and it will be sold by valuation your.
28 Gebanntes jedoch, welches jemand Jahwe mittels des Bannes weiht von allem, was ihm gehört, es seien Menschen oder Vieh oder erblicher Grundbesitz, darf niemals verkauft oder eingelöst werden; alles Gebannte ist Jahwe hochheilig.
Nevertheless every devoted thing which he will dedicate to destruction anyone to Yahweh from all that [belongs] to him from humankind and livestock and from [the] field of possession his not it will be sold and not it will be redeemed every devoted thing [is] a holy thing of holy things it to Yahweh.
29 Wenn irgend Menschen mit dem Banne belegt werden, so dürfen sie nicht losgekauft werden, sondern müssen getötet werden.
Every dedicated person who he will be dedicated to destruction from humankind not he will be redeemed certainly he will be put to death.
30 Alle Zehnten vom Boden, von der Saatfrucht, wie von den Baumfrüchten, gehören Jahwe, sind Jahwe geheiligt.
And all [the] tithe of the land from [the] seed of the land from [the] fruit of the tree[s] [belongs] to Yahweh it [it is] a holy thing to Yahweh.
31 Sollte aber jemand einen Teil seines Zehnten einlösen wollen, so hat er ein Fünftel des Betrags darauf zu legen.
And certainly [if] he will redeem anyone any of tithe his fifth its let him add to it.
32 Was aber den Zehnten von den Rindern und Schafen anlangt, so soll von allem, was unter dem Hirtenstab hindurchgeht, das je zehnte Stück Jahwe geheiligt sein.
And all [the] tithe of [the] herd and [the] flock all that it will pass by under the rod the tenth it will be a holy thing to Yahweh.
33 Man soll nicht untersuchen, ob es gut oder schlecht sei, und darf es nicht mit einem anderen vertauschen. Sollte es einer aber doch vertauschen, so ist das eine wie das andere dem Heiligtume verfallen und darf nicht eingelöst werden.
Not he will scrutinize between good and the bad and not he will exchange it and if ever he will exchange it and it will be it and substitute its it will be a holy thing not it will be redeemed.
34 Das sind die Gebote, die Jahwe Mose auf dem Berge Sinai für die Israeliten auftrug.
These [are] the commandments which he commanded Yahweh Moses to [the] people of Israel on [the] mountain of Sinai.
