3 Mose 25
1 Und Jahwe redete mit Mose auf dem Berge Sinai also:
And he spoke Yahweh to Moses on [the] mountain of Sinai saying.
2 Rede mit den Israeliten und sprich zu ihnen: Wenn ihr in das Land kommt, das ich euch verleihen werde, so soll das Land Jahwe eine Ruhezeit halten.
Speak to [the] people of Israel and you will say to them if you will go into the land which I [am] about to give to you and it will cease the land a sabbath to Yahweh.
3 Sechs Jahre hindurch magst du dein Feld besäen und sechs Jahre hindurch deinen Weinberg beschneiden und den Ertrag des Landes einheimsen.
Six years you will sow field your and six years you will prune vineyard your and you will gather produce its.
4 Aber das siebente Jahr soll für das Land eine Zeit unbedingter Ruhe sein, eine Ruhezeit für Jahwe. Da darfst du dein Feld nicht besäen, noch deinen Weinberg beschneiden;
And in the year seventh a sabbath of sabbath observance it will belong to the land a sabbath to Yahweh field your not you will sow and vineyard your not you will prune.
5 den Nachwuchs deiner vorigen Ernte darfst du nicht einernten und die Trauben deines unbeschnittenen Weinstocks nicht lesen - es soll ein Ruhejahr sein für das Land.
[the] self-sown grain of Harvest your not you will harvest and [the] grapes untrimmed vines your not you will gather grapes a year of sabbath observance it will belong to the land.
6 Was das Land in der Ruhezeit freiwillig trägt, soll euch zur Nahrung dienen - dir, deinem Sklaven und deiner Sklavin, sowie deinem Lohnarbeiter und deinem Beisassen, die sich bei dir aufhalten;
And it will belong [the] sabbath of the land to you to food to you and to [male] slave your and to female slave your and to hired laborer your and to resident alien your who are sojourning with you.
7 auch deinem Vieh und dem Wild in deinem Lande soll alles, was es trägt, zur Nahrung dienen.
And to livestock your and to the animal[s] which [is] in land your it will be all produce its to eat.
8 Weiter sollst du sieben Ruhejahre zählen - siebenmal sieben Jahre - so daß die Zeit der sieben Ruhejahre neunundvierzig Jahren gleichkommt.
And you will count for yourself seven sabbaths of years seven years seven times and they will be to you [the] days of seven [the] sabbaths of years nine and forty year[s].
9 Dann aber sollst du im siebenten Monat, am zehnten des Monats die Lärmposaune erschallen Iassen; am Sühntage sollt ihr überall in eurem Lande die Posaune erschallen lassen
And you will cause to pass through a ram's horn of [the] sound of a loud blast in the month seventh on the ten of the month on [the] day of atonement you will cause to pass a ram's horn in all land your.
10 und sollt so das fünfzigste Jahr weihen und im Lande Freiheit ausrufen für alle seine Bewohner. Als ein Halljahr soll es euch gelten; da sollt ihr ein jeder wieder zu seinem Besitz und zu seinem Geschlechte kommen.
And you will set apart as holy [the] year of the fifty year and you will proclaim liberty in the land for all inhabitants its a jubilee it it will be to you and you will return each one to possession his and each one to clan his you will return.
11 Als ein Halljahr soll es euch gelten, das fünfzigste Jahr; in ihm dürft ihr nicht säen und den Nachwuchs nicht einernten, noch von den unbeschnittenen Weinstöcken Trauben lesen.
A jubilee it [the] year of the fifty year it will be to you not you will sow and not you will harvest self-sown grain its and not you will gather grapes untrimmed vines its.
12 Denn ein Halljahr ist es und soll euch als geheiligt gelten; vom Felde weg sollt ihr essen, was es trägt.
For [is] a jubilee it a holy thing it will be to you from the field you will eat produce its.
13 In solchem Halljahre sollt ihr ein jeder wieder zu seinem Besitze kommen.
In [the] year of the jubilee this you will return each one to possession his.
14 Wenn du deinem Nächsten etwas verkaufst oder von deinem Nächsten kaufst, so sollt ihr nicht einer den andern übervorteilen.
And if you will sell a thing sold to fellow citizen your or you will buy from [the] hand of fellow citizen your may not you maltreat each brother his.
15 Mit Rücksicht auf die Anzahl der Jahre seit dem letzten Halljahre sollst du deinem Nächsten abkaufen, und mit Rücksicht auf die Anzahl der Erntejahre soll er dir verkaufen.
By [the] number of years after the jubilee you will buy from with fellow citizen your by [the] number of [the] years of produce he will sell [it] to you.
16 Für eine größere Zahl von Jahren hast du einen entsprechend höheren Kaufpreis zu zahlen, wie für eine geringere Zahl von Jahren einen entsprechend geringeren; denn eine Anzahl von Ernten verkauft er dir.
To [the] mouth of - [the] abundance of the years you will increase purchase price its and to [the] mouth of [the] being small of the years you will make small purchase price its for [the] number of produce he [is] selling to you.
17 So übervorteilt nun keiner seinen Nächsten, sondern fürchte dich vor deinem Gotte, denn ich bin Jahwe, euer Gott.
And not you will maltreat anyone fellow citizen his and you will fear from God your for I [am] Yahweh God your.
18 Darum sollt ihr nach meinen Satzungen thun und meine Rechte beobachten und nach ihnen thun, damit ihr sicher im Lande wohnt.
And you will do statutes my and judgments my you will keep and you will do them and you will dwell on the land to security.
19 Da wird dann das Land seine Frucht hergeben, daß ihr euch satt essen könnt und sicher darin wohnt.
And it will give the land fruit its and you will eat to abundance and you will dwell to security on it.
20 Und falls ihr sprächet: Was sollen wir essen im siebenten Jahre, wenn wir nicht säen und uns keine Früchte einsammeln dürfen?
And if you will say what? will we eat in the year seventh here! not we will sow and not we will gather produce our.
21 So wisset: Ich werde im sechsten Jahre meinen Segen zu euren Gunsten aufbieten, daß es für alle drei Jahre den nötigen Ertrag abwerfen soll.
And I will command blessing my for you in the year sixth and it will make the produce for [the] three the years.
22 Und wenn ihr im achten Jahre säet, werdet ihr noch immer von dem Ertrag altes Getreide essen; bis zum neunten Jahre - bis der Ertrag desselben zu Gebote steht - werdet ihr altes essen.
And you will sow the year eighth and you will eat from the produce old harvest until - the year ninth until comes produce its you will eat old harvest.
23 Grund und Boden darf nicht endgiltig verkauft werden, denn mein ist das Land; denn ihr seid nur Fremdlinge und Beisassen bei mir.
And the land not it will be sold to perpetuity for [belongs] to me the land for [are] sojourners and resident aliens you with me.
24 Daher sollt ihr in dem Lande, das ihr zu eigen habt, überall eine Wiedereinlösung von Grund und Boden gestatten.
And in all [the] land of possession your [the] right of redemption you will give of the land.
25 Wenn dein Bruder verarmt und etwas von seinem Besitztume verkauft, so soll sein nächster Verwandter als Löser für ihn eintreten und das, was sein Verwandter verkauft hat, wieder einlösen.
If he will become impoverished brother your and he will sell some of possession his and he will come kinsman-redeemer his near to him and he will redeem [the] thing sold of brother his.
26 Und wenn jemand keinen Löser hat, aber so viel zu beschaffen vermag, als er zur Wiedereinlösung bedarf,
And anyone if not he will belong to him a kinsman-redeemer and it will reach hand his and he will find according to [the] sufficiency of redemption its.
27 so soll er die Jahre, die seit dem Verkaufe verflossen sind, in Anrechnung bringen; was darüber ist, soll er demjenigen, an den er verkauft hat, zurückerstatten, damit er wieder zu seinem Besitztum komme.
And he will calculate [the] years of sale its and he will repay the surplus to the person whom he sold [it] to him and he will return to possession his.
28 Beschafft er aber nicht so viel, als er zur Rückerstattung bedarf, so bleibt das von ihm Verkaufte im Besitze des Käufers bis zum Halljahr; im Halljahr aber soll es unentgeltlich heimfallen, so daß er wieder zu seinem Besitztume kommt.
And if not it has found hand his sufficiency to repay to him and it will be thing sold his in [the] hand of the [one who] bought it until [the] year of the jubilee and it will go out in the jubilee and he will return to possession his.
29 Und wenn jemand ein Wohnhaus in einer ummauerten Stadt verkauft, so soll er es wieder einlösen dürfen bis zum Abschlusse des Jahres, in welchem er es verkauft hat; für seine Wiedereinlösung ist damit eine Frist gesetzt.
And anyone if he will sell a house of dwelling of a city of a wall and it will be right of redemption its until is finished [the] year of sale its days it will be right of redemption its.
30 Wenn es aber bis zum Ablauf eines vollen Jahres nicht eingelöst wird, so wird das Haus, das in einer ummauerten Stadt liegt, dem Käufer und seinen Nachkommen endgiltig als Besitz bestätigt und fällt im Halljahre nicht heim.
And if not it will be redeemed until is completed to it a year complete and it will stand the house which [is] in the city which ([belongs] to it *QK) a wall to perpetuity to the [one who] bought it to generations his not it will go out in the jubilee.
31 Dagegen die Häuser in den Dörfern, welche nicht ringsum eine Mauer haben, sind als ein Teil des Ackerbesitzes zu betrachten; sie dürfen wieder eingelöst werden und fallen im Halljahre heim.
And [the] houses of the villages which not [belongs] to them a wall round about to [the] field of the land it will be reckoned a right of redemption it will belong to it and in the jubilee it will go out.
32 Was aber die Häuser der Leviten betrifft - die Häuser in den Städten, die ihr Eigentum sind -, so steht den Leviten jederzeit die Wiedereinlösung zu.
And [the] cities of the Levites [the] houses of [the] cities of possession their a right of redemption of perpetuity it will belong to the Levites.
33 Und wenn jemand von den Leviten seinen Besitz nicht wieder einlöst, so fällt das von ihm - und zwar in der Stadt, wo er seinen Erbbesitz hat - verkaufte Haus im Halljahre heim; denn die Häuser in den Städten der Leviten sind ihr Erbbesitz inmitten der Israeliten.
And that he will redeem one of the Levites and it will go out [the] sale of [the] house and [the] city of possession his in the jubilee for [the] houses of [the] cities of the Levites it [is] possession their in among [the] people of Israel.
34 Das zu ihren Städten gehörende Weideland aber darf nicht verkauft werden; denn es gehört ihnen für alle Zeiten als Erbbesitz.
And [the] field of [the] pasture land of cities their not it will be sold for [is] a possession of perpetuity it to them.
35 Und wenn dein Bruder verarmt, daß er sich neben dir nicht halten kann, so sollst du ihn aufrecht erhalten als Fremdling und Beisassen, daß er seinen Unterhalt neben dir habe.
And if he will become impoverished brother your and it will slip hand his with you and you will strengthen him a sojourner and a resident alien and he will live with you.
36 Du darfst nicht Zins und Wucher von ihm nehmen, sondern sollst dich fürchten vor deinem Gotte, daß dein Bruder seinen Unterhalt neben dir habe.
May not you take from with him interest and profit and you will fear from God your and he will live brother your with you.
37 Du darfst ihm dein Geld nicht um Zins geben, noch deine Nahrungsmittel um Wucher.
Silver your not you will give to him for interest and for profit not you will give food your.
38 Ich bin Jahwe, euer Gott, der euch aus Ägypten weggeführt hat, um euch das Land Kanaan zu verleihen, um euer Gott zu sein.
I [am] Yahweh God your who I brought out you from [the] land of Egypt to give to you [the] land of Canaan to become for you God.
39 Und wenn dein Bruder neben dir verarmt und sich dir verkauft, so sollst du ihn nicht Sklavendienst thun lassen.
And if he will become impoverished brother your with you and he will sell himself to you not you will labor by him [the] labor of a slave.
40 Gleich einem Lohnarbeiter, einem Beisassen, soll er bei dir sein; bis zum Halljahre soll er bei dir dienen.
Like a hired laborer like a resident alien he will be with you until [the] year of the jubilee he will serve with you.
41 Dann aber soll er samt seinen Kindern frei von dir ausgehen und zu seinem Geschlechte zurückkehren und wieder zu seinem väterlichen Besitztume kommen.
And he will go out from with you he and sons his with him and he will return to clan his and to [the] possession of ancestors his he will return.
42 Denn meine Knechte sind sie, die ich aus Ägypten weggeführt habe; sie dürfen nicht verkauft werden, wie man Sklaven verkauft.
For [are] servants my they whom I brought out them from [the] land of Egypt not they will be sold a sale of a slave.
43 Du sollst nicht mit Härte über ihn herrschen, sondern dich fürchten vor deinem Gotte.
Not you will rule over him with harshness and you will fear from God your.
44 Und wenn du Sklaven und Sklavinnen haben willst: Von den Völkern, die euch rings umgeben, - von denen mögt ihr Sklaven und Sklavinnen kaufen.
And [male] slave your and female slave your who they will belong to you from with the nations which [are] around you from them you will buy a [male] slave and a female slave.
45 Auch von den Kindern der Beisassen, die sich bei euch aufhalten, mögt ihr welche kaufen, sowie aus ihrer Sippschaft, die sich bei euch befindet, die in eurem Lande geboren ist; sie sollen euer Besitztum sein,
And also some of [the] children of the resident aliens who sojourn with you from them you will buy and from clan their which [is] with you which they have fathered in land your and they will belong to you to a possession.
46 und ihr mögt sie auf eure Kinder nach euch vererben, daß sie ihr Eigentum seien, und mögt sie so dauernd zu Sklaven haben. Aber über eure Brüder, die Israeliten, - da darfst du nicht, einer über den andern, mit Härte herrschen.
And you will give as an inheritance them to sons your after you to take possession of a possession for ever by them you will labor and over brothers your [the] people of Israel each over brother his not you will rule over him with harshness.
47 Und wenn ein Fremdling oder Beisaß neben dir zu Besitz gelangt, dagegen dein Bruder neben ihm verarmt und sich einem Fremdling oder Beisassen oder einem Abkömmling von der Sippschaft eines Fremdlings neben dir verkauft,
And if it will reach [the] hand of a sojourner and a resident alien with you and he will become impoverished brother your with him and he will sell himself to a sojourner a resident alien with you or to a member of [the] clan of a sojourner.
48 so soll er, nachdem er sich verkauft hat, wieder ausgelöst werden können. Einer seiner Brüder mag ihn auslösen,
After he has sold himself a right of redemption it will belong to him one of brothers his he will redeem him.
49 oder sein Oheim oder der Sohn seines Oheims mag ihn auslösen, oder sonst einer von seinen nächsten Blutsverwandten aus seinem Geschlechte mag ihn auslösen; oder, wenn er selbst wieder zu Besitz gelangt, so mag er sich auslösen.
Or uncle his or [the] son of uncle his he will redeem him or any of [the] relative[s] of flesh his from clan his he will redeem him or it has reached hand his and he will redeem himself.
50 Und zwar soll er mit dem, der ihn gekauft hat, die Zeit berechnen von dem Jahr ab, wo er sich ihm verkaufte, bis zum Halljahr. Der Preis, um den er sich verkauft, soll der Anzahl der Jahre entsprechen; gleich einem Lohnarbeiter ist er eine bestimmte Zeit bei ihm.
And he will calculate with [the] [one who] bought him from [the] year he sold himself to him until [the] year of the jubilee and it will be [the] silver of sale his by [the] number of years according to [the] days of a hired laborer he will be with him.
51 Wenn noch viele Jahre fehlen, so hat er zum Behufe seiner Auslösung einen dementsprechenden Betrag von der Kaufsumme zurückzuerstatten.
If still many in the years to mouth their he will repay redemption his some of [the] silver of purchase his.
52 Wenn aber nur noch wenige Jahre bis zum Halljahre fehlen, so muß er sie ihm auch berechnen; nach seinen Dienstjahren richtet es sich, wie viel er zum Behufe seiner Auslösung zurückzuerstatten hat.
And if few it remains in the years until [the] year of the jubilee and he will calculate for himself according to [the] mouth of years his he will repay redemption his.
53 Gleich einem, der Jahr um Jahr für Lohn arbeitet, soll er bei ihm sein; du darfst nicht ruhig mit ansehen, daß er mit Härte über ihn herrscht.
Like a hired laborer of a year in a year he will be with him not he will rule over him with harshness to eyes your.
54 Falls er aber nicht in dieser Weise ausgelöst wird, so soll er samt seinen Kindern im Halljahre frei ausgehen.
And if not he will be redeemed in these [ways] and he will go out in [the] year of the jubilee he and sons his with him.
55 Denn die Israeliten gehören mir als Knechte zu; meine Knechte sind sie, der ich sie aus Ägypten weggeführt habe, ich, Jahwe, ihr Gott!
For of me [the] people of Israel [are] servants [are] servants my they whom I brought out them from [the] land of Egypt I [am] Yahweh God your.
