3 Mose 24
1 Und Jahwe redete mit Mose also:
And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
2 Gebiete den Israeliten, daß sie dir lauteres Öl aus zerstoßenen Oliven für den Leuchter herbeibringen, damit man beständig Lampen aufstecken kann.
Command [the] people of Israel so they may bring to you oil of olive[s] pure pressed for the light to lift up a lamp continually.
3 Außerhalb des Vorhangs vor dem Gesetz im Offenbarungszelte soll ihn Aaron herrichten, daß er beständig vor Jahwe brenne vom Abend bis zum Morgen. Das ist eine für alle Zeiten geltende Satzung, die ihr beobachten sollt von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht.
From [the] outside of [the] curtain of the testimony in [the] tent of meeting he will arrange it Aaron from evening until morning before Yahweh continually a statute of perpetuity to generations your.
4 Auf dem Leuchter von gediegenem Golde soll er die Lampen herrichten, daß sie beständig vor Jahwe brennen.
On the lampstand pure he will arrange the lamps before Yahweh continually.
5 Ferner sollst du Feinmehl nehmen und daraus zwölf Kuchen backen - zwei Zehntel sollen auf jeden Kuchen kommen -
And you will take fine flour and you will bake it two plus ten round perforated breads two tenths it will be the round perforated bread one.
6 und sollst sie in zwei Reihen, je sechs in einer Reihe, auf dem Tisch von gediegenem Golde vor Jahwe auflegen.
And you will place them two rows six the row on the table pure before Yahweh.
7 Jeder Schicht aber sollst du reinen Weihrauch beigeben; dieser soll dann als Duftteil von dem Brote dienen als ein Jahwe dargebrachtes Feueropfer.
And you will put on the row frankincense pure and it will belong to the bread to a memorial offering a fire offering to Yahweh.
8 Jedesmal am Sabbattage soll er es beständig vor Jahwe aufschichten, kraft einer den Israeliten obliegenden, für alle Zeiten geltenden Verpflichtung.
On [the] day of the sabbath on [the] day of the sabbath he will arrange it before Yahweh continually from with [the] people of Israel a covenant of perpetuity.
9 Und es soll Aaron und seinen Söhnen zufallen, daß sie es verzehren an heiliger Stätte; denn es gehört ihm als ein Hochheiliges unter den Feueropfern, kraft eines für alle Zeiten geltenden Rechts.
And it will belong to Aaron and to sons his and they will eat it in a place holy for [is] a holy thing of holy things it for him from [the] fire offerings of Yahweh a prescribed portion of perpetuity.
10 Und der Sohn einer Israelitin - er stammte aber von einem ägyptischen Manne - ging aus mitten unter die Israeliten; da gerieten sie im Lager in Streit, der Sohn der Israelitin und ein israelitischer Mann.
And he went out a son of a woman Israelite and he [was] a son of a man Egyptian in among [the] people of Israel and they struggled together in the camp [the] son of the Israelite [woman] and [the] man of the Israelite[s].
11 Da lästerte der Sohn der Israelitin den heiligen Namen und fluchte; da brachten sie ihn zu Mose (seine Mutter aber hieß Selomith, die Tochter Dibris, vom Stamme Dan).
And he slandered [the] son of the woman Israelite the name and he cursed and people brought him to Moses and [the] name of mother his [was] Shelomith [the] daughter of Dibri of [the] tribe of Dan.
12 Und sie legten ihn in Gewahrsam, bis ihnen Weisung zukäme auf Grund eines Ausspruchs Jahwes.
And they placed him in custody to decide for themselves on [the] mouth of Yahweh.
13 Und Jahwe redete mit Mose also:
And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
14 Laß den Flucher hinaus vor das Lager führen, und alle, die es gehört haben, sollen ihm die Hände auf daß Haupt aufstemmen, und sodann soll ihn die ganze Gemeinde steinigen.
Bring out the [one who] cursed to from [the] outside of the camp and they will lean all those [who] heard hands their on head his and they will stone him all the congregation.
15 Zu den Israeliten aber sollst du also sprechen: Wer irgend seinem Gotte flucht, der lädt Sünde auf sich.
And to [the] people of Israel you will speak saying a person a person if he will curse God his and he will bear sin his.
16 Und wer den Namen Jahwes lästert, soll mit dem Tode bestraft werden; die ganze Gemeinde soll ihn unfehlbar steinigen. Es sei ein Fremder oder ein Landeseingeborner - wenn er den heiligen Namen lästert, soll er getötet werden.
And [one who] slanders [the] name of Yahweh certainly he will be put to death certainly they will stone him all the congregation as the sojourner as the native-born when slanders he [the] name he will be put to death.
17 Wenn jemand irgend einen Menschen erschlägt, soll er mit dem Tode bestraft werden.
And anyone if he will strike down any life of humankind certainly he will be put to death.
18 Und wer ein Stück Vieh erschlägt, hat er es zu ersetzen - Leben um Leben.
And [one who] strikes down [the] life of an animal he will repay it a life for a life.
19 Wenn jemand seinem Nächsten einen Leibesschaden zufügt, dem soll man thun, wie er gethan hat:
And anyone if he will make a blemish on fellow citizen his just as he has done so it will be done to him.
20 Bruch um Bruch, Auge um Auge, Zahn um Zahn; derselbe Leibesschaden, den er einem andern zufügt, soll ihm zugefügt werden.
A fracture for a fracture an eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth just as he will make a blemish on person so it will be made on him.
21 Wer ein Stück Vieh erschlägt, hat es zu ersetzen; wer aber einen Menschen erschlägt, der soll getötet werden.
And [one who] strikes down an animal he will repay it and [one who] strikes down a person he will be put to death.
22 Einerlei Recht soll unter euch gelten, für den Fremden, wie für den Landeseingebornen, denn ich bin Jahwe, euer Gott.
Judgment one it will belong to you as the sojourner as the native-born it will be for I [am] Yahweh God your.
23 Und Mose redete mit den Israeliten; da führten sie den Flucher hinaus vor das Lager und steinigten ihn. Und die Israeliten thaten, wie Jahwe Mose befohlen hatte.
And he spoke Moses to [the] people of Israel and they brought out the [one who] had cursed to from [the] outside of the camp and they stoned him stone[s] and [the] people of Israel they did just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.
