3 Mose 20
1 Und Jahwe redete mit Mose also:
And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
2 Und zu den Israeliten sollst du sprechen: Jedermann von den Israeliten und von den Fremden, die sich in Israel aufhalten, der eines von seinen Kindern dem Melech hingiebt, soll mit dem Tode bestraft werden; die Landesbewohner sollen ihn steinigen.
And to [the] people of Israel you will say a person a person from [the] people of Israel and of the sojourner[s] - who sojourns in Israel who he will give any of offspring his to Molech certainly he will be put to death [the] people of the land they will stone him with stone[s].
3 Und ich selbst will gegen einen solchen mein Antlitz richten und ihn hinwegtilgen mitten aus seinem Volke, darum daß er eines von seinen Kindern dem Melech hingegeben hat, um mein Heiligtum zu verunreinigen und meinen heiligen Namen zu entweihen.
And I I will set face my on the person that and I will cut off him from among people his for one of offspring his he has given to Molech so as to make unclean sanctuary my and to profane [the] name of holiness my.
4 Und wenn etwa die Landesbewohner einem solchen durch die Finger sehen wollten, wenn er eines von seinen Kindern dem Melech hingiebt, daß Sie ihn nicht töten wollen,
And if certainly they will hide [the] people of the land eyes their from the person that when gives he one of offspring his to Molech to not to put to death him.
5 so will doch ich mein Antlitz wider einen solchen richten und wider sein Geschlecht und will ihn und alle, die es ihm in der Abgötterei nachthun, indem sie mit dem Melech Abgötterei treiben, mitten aus ihrem Volk hinwegtilgen.
And I will set I face my on the person that and on clan his and I will cut off him and - all those [who] act as prostitutes after him by acting as prostitutes after Molech from among people their.
6 Derjenige aber, der sich an die Totenbeschwörer- und die Wahrsagegeister wendet und so Abgötterei mit ihnen treibt, wider einen solchen will ich mein Antlitz richten und ihn mitten aus seinem Volk hinwegtilgen.
And the person who it will turn to the necromancers and to the soothsayers to act as a prostitute after them and I will set face my on the person that and I will cut off him from among people his.
7 Und ihr sollt euch heilig erweisen und sollt heilig sein, denn ich bin Jahwe, euer Gott.
And you will keep yourselves holy and you will be holy for I [am] Yahweh God your.
8 Darum sollt ihr meine Satzungen beobachten und nach ihnen thun; ich bin Jahwe der euch heiligt.
And you will keep statutes my and you will do them I [am] Yahweh [who] sets apart as holy you.
9 Denn jedermann, der seinem Vater und seiner Mutter flucht, soll mit dem Tode bestraft werden; seinem Vater und seiner Mutter hat er geflucht - Blutschuld haftet auf ihm.
If a person a person who he will curse father his and mother his certainly he will be put to death father his and mother his he has cursed blood his [are] on him.
10 Und wenn jemand Ehebruch treibt mit einem Eheweibe, wenn jemand Ehebruch treibt mit dem Weibe seines Nächsten, soll sowohl der Ehebrecher als die Ehebrecherin mit dem Tode bestraft werden.
And a man who he will commit adultery a wife of a man who he will commit adultery [the] wife of neighbor his certainly he will be put to death the adulterer and the adulteress.
11 Und wenn jemand bei dem Weibe seines Vaters liegt, so hat er die Scham seines Vaters entblößt; sie sollen beide mit dem Tode bestraft werden, Blutschuld haftet auf ihnen.
And a man who he will lie with [the] wife of father his [the] nakedness of father his he has uncovered certainly they will be put to death both of them blood their [are] on them.
12 Und wenn jemand bei seiner Schwiegertochter liegt, so sollen beide mit dem Tode bestraft werden; sie haben eine schwere Schandthat verübt, Blutschuld haftet auf ihnen.
And a man who he will lie with daughter-in-law his certainly they will be put to death both of them confusion they have done blood their [are] on them.
13 Und wenn jemand bei einem Manne liegt, wie man beim Weibe liegt, so haben beide eine Greuelthat verübt; mit dem Tode sollen sie bestraft werden, Blutschuld haftet auf ihnen.
And a man who he will lie with a male [the] lyings of a woman an abomination they have done both of them certainly they will be put to death blood their [are] on them.
14 Und wenn jemand ein Weib nimmt und dazu ihre Mutter, so ist dies grobe Unzucht; man soll ihn und sie beide verbrennen, daß nicht Unzucht unter euch im Schwange gehe.
And a man who he will take a woman and mother her [is] wickedness it with fire people will burn him and them and not it will be wickedness in midst of you.
15 Und wenn sich jemand mit einem Tiere fleischlich vermischt, so soll er mit dem Tode bestraft werden, und auch das Tier sollt ihr töten.
And a man who he will give copulation his in an animal certainly he will be put to death and the animal you will kill.
16 Und wenn sich ein Weib irgend einem Tiere naht, daß es sich mit ihr begatte, so sollst du das Weib samt dem Tiere töten; mit dem Tode sollen sie bestraft werden, Blutschuld haftet auf ihnen.
And a woman who she will draw near to any animal to stretch out with with it and you will kill the woman and the animal certainly they will be put to death blood their [are] on them.
17 Und wenn einer seine Schwester, die Tochter seines Vaters oder die Tochter seiner Mutter, nimmt, so daß er ihre Scham sieht, und sie seine Scham sieht, so ist dies Blutschande, und sie sollen hinweggetilgt werden vor den Augen ihrer Volksgenossen; die Scham seiner Schwester hat er entblößt und Verschuldung auf sich geladen.
And a man who he will take sister his [the] daughter of father his or [the] daughter of mother his and he will see nakedness her and she she will see nakedness his [is] a shame it and they will be cut off to [the] eyes of [the] sons of people their [the] nakedness of sister his he has uncovered iniquity his he will bear.
18 Und wenn jemand bei einem Weibe liegt zur Zeit ihrer monatlichen Krankheit und ihre Scham entblößt, ihren Brunnen aufgedeckt hat, und sie so den Brunnen ihres Bluts entblößt hat, so sollen beide mitten aus ihrem Volk hinweggetilgt werden.
And a man who he will lie with a woman menstruating and he will uncover nakedness her spring her he has made naked and she she has uncovered [the] spring of blood her and they will be cut off both of them from among people their.
19 Die Scham der Schwester deiner Mutter und der Schwester deines Vaters darfst du nicht entblößen; denn wer es thut, der hat seine nächste Blutsverwandte aufgedeckt und sie haben Verschuldung auf sich geladen.
And [the] nakedness of [the] sister of mother your and [the] sister of father your not you will uncover for relative his he has made naked iniquity their they will bear.
20 Und wenn jemand bei dem Weibe des Bruders seines Vaters liegt, so hat er die Scham seines Oheims entblößt und sie haben Sünde auf sich geladen - ohne Kinder sollen sie sterben.
And a man who he will lie with aunt his [the] nakedness of uncle his he has uncovered sin their they will bear childless they will die.
21 Und wenn jemand das Weib seines Bruders nimmt, so ist dies Blutschande; die Scham seines Bruders hat er entblößt - sie sollen ohne Kinder sein.
And a man who he will take [the] wife of brother his [is] impurity it [the] nakedness of brother his he has uncovered childless they will be.
22 So beobachtet denn alle meine Satzungen und alle meine Rechte und thut darnach, daß euch das Land nicht ausspeie, in das ich euch bringen will, daß ihr darin wohnen sollt.
And you will keep all statutes my and all judgments my and you will do them and not it will vomit up you the land where I [am] about to bring you there towards to dwell in it.
23 Ihr dürft nicht wandeln nach den Satzungen des Volks, welches ich vor euch ausstoße, weil sie alles das verübt haben, so daß es mich vor ihnen ekelte.
And not you will walk in [the] statutes of the nation which I [am] about to send away from before you for all these [things] they have done and I loathed them.
24 Darum sprach ich zu euch: Ihr sollt ihren Boden zu eigen bekommen, und ich will ihn euch zum Besitze geben - ein Land, das von Milch und Honig überfließt, ich, Jahwe, euer Gott, der euch ausgesondert hat von den Völkern.
And I have said to you you you will take possession of ground their and I I will give it to you to take possession of it a land flowing of milk and honey I [am] Yahweh God your who I have separated you from the peoples.
25 So macht denn einen Unterschied zwischen den reinen und den unreinen Vierfüßlern, sowie zwischen den unreinen und den reinen Vögeln, und macht euch nicht selbst abscheulich durch Vierfüßler oder Vögel oder irgend etwas, das sich auf Erden regt, was ich abgesondert habe, damit es euch als unrein gelte.
And you will separate between the animal[s] pure and unclean and between the bird[s] unclean and pure and not you will make detestable selves your by animal[s] and by bird[s] and by all that it creeps the ground which I have separated for you to declare unclean.
26 Und ihr sollt mir heilig sein, denn ich, Jahwe, bin heilig und habe euch abgesondert von den Völkern, daß ihr mir angehören sollt.
And you will be to me holy for [am] holy I Yahweh and I have separated you from the peoples to belong to me.
27 Und wenn sich in einem Mann oder Weib ein Totenbeschwörer- oder Wahrsagegeist befinden wird, so sollen sie mit dem Tode bestraft werden; man soll sie steinigen, Blutschuld lastet auf ihnen.
And a man or a woman that he will be among them a necromancer or a soothsayer certainly they will be put to death with stone[s] people will stone them blood their [are] on them.
