Josua 19

1 Das zweite Los aber kam heraus für Simeon, für die verschiedenen Geschlechter des Stammes der Simeoniten. Und zwar lag ihr Erbbesitz inmitten des Erbbesitzes der Judäer.

And then came forth the second lot for Simeon, for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families; and their inheritance was within the inheritance of the children of Judah.

2 Sie erhielten aber zum Erbbesitze: Beerseba, Molada,

And they obtained in their inheritance Beer-sheba', [or] Sheba', and Moladah,

3 Hazar Sual, Bala, Ezem,

And Chazar-shu'al, and Balah, and 'Ezem,

4 Eltholad, Bethul, Horma,

And Eltolad, and Bethul, and Chormah,

5 Ziklag, Beth Markaboth, Hazar Susa,

And Ziklag, and Beth-hamarcaboth, and Chazar-sussah,

6 Beth Lebaoth und Saruhen - dreizehn Städte mit den zugehörigen Dörfern;

And Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuchen: thirteen cities and their villages.

7 En Rimmon, Ether, und Asan - vier Städt mit den zugehörigen Dörfern;

'Ayin, Rimmon, and 'Ether, and 'Ashan; four cities and their villages.

8 dazu alle die Dörfer, die rings um die genannten Städte lagen bis Baalath Beer, dem Rama des Südlands. Das ist der Erbbesitz der verschiedenen Geschlechter des Stammes der Simeoniten.

And all the villages that were round about these cities up to Ba'alath-beer, South Ramah. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.

9 Vom Anteile der Judäer war der Erbbesitz der Simeoniten genommen. Denn der Anteil der Judäer war für diese zu groß, und so erhielten die Simeoniten Erbbesitz inmitten ihres Erbbesitzes.

Out of the portion of the children of Judah was the inheritance of the children of Simeon; for the portion of the children of Judah was too much for them; therefore the children of Simeon obtained their inheritance within their inheritance.

10 Das dritte Los aber kam heraus für die verschiedenen Geschlechter der Sebuloniten, und der Bereich ihres Erbbesitzes erstreckte sich bis Sarid.

And then came up the third lot for the children of Zebulun according to their families; and the boundary of their inheritance extended up to Sarid;

11 Und nach Westen zu zieht sich ihre Grenze aufwärts nach Marela, berührt Dabbeseth und stößt an den Bach, der östlich von Jokneam fließt.

And their boundary went up toward the sea, and Mar'alah, and touched on Dabbesheth, and touched on the brook that is before Yokne'am;

12 Dagegen, nach Osten, nach Sonnenaufgang, zu wendet sie sich von Sarid nach dem Gebiete von Kisloth Thabor, setzt sich fort nach Daberath und zieht sich aufwärts nach Japhia.

And turned from Sarid eastward toward the rising of the sun unto the border of Kisloth-tabor, and then went out to Daberath, and went up to Yaphia';

13 Von da zieht sie sich nach Osten, gegen Sonnenaufgang, hinüber nach Gad Hepher, nach Eth Kazin, setzt sich fort nach Rimmona und biegt um nach Nea.

And from there it passed on in front to the east unto Gath-Chepher, to 'Eth-kazin, and went out to Rimmon, whence it extended to Ne'ah;

14 Sodann wendet sich die Grenze um dasselbe herum nördlich von Hannathon und endigt im Thale von Jiphta-El.

And this boundary turned about on the north side to Channathon; and its terminations were in the valley of Yiph-thach-el;

15 ...Katath, Nahalal, Simron, Jidala und Bethlehem - zwölf Städte mit den zugehörigen Dörfern.

And Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Yidalah, and Beth-lechem: twelve cities with their villages.

16 Das ist der Erbbesitz der verschiedenen Geschlechter der Sebuloniten: die genannten Städte mit den zugehörigen Dörfern.

This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.

17 Für Issachar kam das vierte Los heraus, für die verschiedenen Geschlechter der Issachariten.

For Issachar came out the fourth lot, for the children of Issachar according to their families.

18 Und ihr Gebiet erstreckte sich über Jesreel, Kesulloth, Sunem,

And their boundary went to Yizre'el, and Kessulloth, and Shunem,

19 Hapharaim, Sion, Anaharath,

And Chapharayim, and Shion, and Anacharath,

20 Rabbith, Kisjon, Ebez,

And Rabbith, and Kishyon, and Abez,

21 Remeth, En Gannim, En Hadda und Beth Pazzez.

And Remeth, and 'En-gannim, and 'En-chaddah, and Beth-pazazz;

22 Und die Grenze berührt Thabor, Sahazima und Beth Semes und ihre Grenze endigt am Jordan - sechzehn Städte mit den zugehörigen Dörfern.

And the boundary touched on Tabor, and Shachazimah, and Beth-shemesh; and the terminations of their boundaries were at the Jordan: sixteen cities with their villages.

23 Das ist der Erbbesitz der verschiedenen Geschlechter des Stammes der Issachariten, die Städte mit den zugehörigen Dörfern.

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families, the cities and their villages.

24 Das fünfte Los aber kam heraus für die verschiedenen Geschlechter des Stammes der Asseriten.

And then came out the fifth lot for the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families.

25 Und ihr Gebiet erstreckte sich über Helkath, Hali, Beten, Achsaph,

And their boundary was Chelkath, and Chali, and Beten, and Achshaph,

26 Allammelech, Amead und Miseal und stößt an den Karmel am Meer und an den Sihor von Libnath.

And Allammelech, and 'Am'ad, and Mishal; and it touched on Carmel at the sea, and on Shichor-libnath;

27 Sodann wendet sich die Grenze nach Sonnenaufgang nach Beth Dagon, berührt Sebulon und das Thal Jiphthah-El im Norden, Beth Emek und Regiel und setzt sich nordwärts fort nach Kabul,

And it turned toward the rising of the sun to Beth-dagon, and touched on Zebulun, and on the valley of Yiphthach-el at the north, on Beth-ha'emek, and Ne'iel, and went out to Cabul on the left,

28 Ebron, Rehob, Ammon und Kana bis zur großen Stadt Sidon.

And 'Ebron, and Rechob, and Chammon, and Kanah, up to Zidon the great city,

29 Sodann wendet sich die Grenze zurück bis nach Rama und bis zur festen Stadt Tyrus. Sodann wendet sich die Grenze nach Hos und ihre Ausläufer sind das Meer, Mahleb, Achsib,

And then the boundary turned back to Ramah, and to the city of Mibzar-zor; and then the boundary turned back to Chossah; and the terminations were by the sea in the district toward Achzib;

30 Akko, Aphek und Rehob - zweiundzwanzig Städte mit den zugehörigen Dörfern.

And 'Ummah and Aphek, and Rechob: twenty and two cities with their villages.

31 Das ist der Erbbesitz der verschiedenen Geschlechter des Stammes der Asseriten: die genannten Städte mit den zugehörigen Dörfern.

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families, these cities with their villages.

32 Für die Naphthaliten kam das sechste Los heraus, für die verschiedenen Geschlechter der Naphthaliten.

Unto the children of Naphtali came out the sixth lot, for the children of Naphtali according to their families.

33 Und ihre Grenze lief von Heleph, von den Terebinthen bei Zaanannim, Adami Nekeb und Jabneel an bis Lakkum und endigte am Jordan.

And their boundary was from Cheleph, from Allon-beza-'anannim, and Adami-hanekeb, and Yabneel, as far as Lakkum; and its terminations were at the Jordan;

34 Sodann wendet sich die Grenze westwärts nach Asnoth Thabor und von da setzt sie sich fort nach Hukkok, stößt nach Süden zu an Sebulon und an Asser stößt sie nach Westen zu und an Juda, während der Jordan im Osten fließt.

And then the boundary turned westward to Aznoth-tabor, and went out from there to Chukkok, and touched on Zebulun on the south, and touched on Asher on the west, and on Judah upon the Jordan toward the rising of the sun.

35 Und feste Städte waren: Ziddim, Zer, Hammath, Rakkath, Kinnereth,

And fortified cities, Ziddim, Zer, and Chammath, Rakkath, and Kinnereth,

36 Adama; Rama; Hazor;

And Adamah, and Ramah, and Chazor,

37 Kedes, Edrei, En Hazor,

And Kedesh, and Edre'i, and 'En-chazor,

38 Jireon, Migdal El, Horem, Beth Annath und Beth Semes - neunzehn Städte mit den zugehörigen Dörfern.

And Yiron, and Migdal-el, Chorem, and Beth-'anath, and Beth-shemesh: nineteen cities with their villages.

39 Das ist der Erbbesitz der verschiedenen Geschlechter des Stammes der Naphthaliten: die Städte mit den zugehörigen Dörfern.

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families, the cities and their villages.

40 Für die verschiedenen Geschlechter des Stammes der Daniten kam das siebente Los heraus.

For the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families came out of the seventh lot.

41 Und der Bereich ihres Erbbesitzes erstreckte sich über Zorea, Esthaol, Ir Semes,

And the boundary of their inheritance was Zor'ah, and Eshtaol, and 'Ir-shemesh,

42 Saalabin, Ajalon, Jithla,

And Sha'alabbin, and Ayalon, and Yithlah,

43 Elon, Thimnath, Ekron,

And Elon, and Thimnathah, and 'Ekron,

44 Eltheke, Gibbethon, Baalath,

And Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Ba'alath,

45 Jehud, Bene Barak, Gath Rimmon,

And Yehud, and Bene-berak, and Gathrimmon.

46 Me Jarkon und Rakkon samt dem Gebiete gegen Japho hin....

And Me-hayarkon, and Rakkon, with the boundary before Yapho.

47 So ging das Gebiet der Daniten für sie verloren. da zogen die Daniten hin und kämpften mit Lesem, eroberten es und bezwangen es in blutigem Kampfe; sodann nahmen sie es in Besitz und ließen sich darin nieder und nannten Lesem Dan nach dem Namen ihres Ahnherrn Dan.

And the territory of the children of Dan went out beyond these; for the children of Dan went up and fought against Leshem, and captured it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and took possession of it, and dwelt therein, and they called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father.

48 Das ist der Erbbesitz der verschiedenen Geschlechter des Stammes der Daniten: die genannten Städte mit den zugehörigen Dörfern.

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages.

49 Als sie nun die Verteilung des Landes nach seiner ganzen Ausdehnung beendigt hatten, verliehen die Israeliten Josua, dem Sohne Nuns, Erbbesitz in ihrer Mitte.

And they made an end of dividing the land for inheritance after its boundaries; and the children of Israel gave an inheritance to Joshua the son of Nun among them;

50 Nach dem Geheiße Jahwes verliehen sie ihm die Stadt, die er erbeten hatte, Thimnath Serah auf dem Gebirge Ephraim. Und er befestigte die Stadt und ließ sich darin nieder.

By the order of the Lord did they give him the city which he had asked, Timnathserach on the mountain of Ephraim: and he built the city, and dwelt therein.

51 Das sind die Erbteile, die Eleasar, der Priester, und Josua, der Sohn Nuns, und die Stammhäupter der israelitischen Stämme zu Silo vor Jahwe, an der Thüre des Offenbarungszeltes, mittels des Loses austeilten. Und so hatten sie die Verteilung des Landes beendigt.

These are the inheritances, which Elazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the divisions of the tribes of the children of Israel, divided for an inheritance by lot, at Shiloh before the Lord, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. So they made an end of dividing the country.
