Job 15
1 Dann antwortete Eliphas von Theman:
And he answered Eliphaz the Temanite and he said.
2 Wird wohl ein Weiser windige Ansicht als Antwort vortragen und sein Inneres mit Ostwind füllen -
¿ A wise [person] does he answer knowledge of wind so may he fill? east wind belly his.
3 mit Rede strafend, die nichts taugt, und mit Worten, durch die er nichts fördert?
Does he argue? with a word [which] not it is of use and words [which] not anyone profits by them.
4 Dazu zerstörst du die Gottesfurcht und thust die Andacht ab, die Gott gebührt.
Also you you annul fear so you may diminish meditation before God.
5 Denn deine Schuld macht deinen Mund gelehrig, und du erwählst die Sprache Verschmitzter.
For it teaches iniquity your mouth your so you may choose [the] tongue of crafty [people].
6 Dein Mund verurteilt dich, nicht ich, und deine Lippen zeugen wider dich.
It condemns as guilty you own mouth your and not I and own lips your they testify against you.
7 Bist du als der erste der Menschen geboren und noch vor den Hügeln hervorgebracht?
¿ First human being were you born and before [the] hills were you brought forth?
8 Hast du im Rate Gottes zugehört und die Weisheit an dich gerissen?
¿ In [the] council of God do you listen and you may restrain? to yourself wisdom.
9 Was weißt du, daß wir nicht wüßten, was verstehst du, das uns nicht auch bewußt wäre?
What? do you know and not we know do you understand? and not [is] with us it.
10 Auch unter uns sind Greise, sind Ergraute, reicher als dein Vater an Lebenstagen!
Both [the] gray haired as well as [the] aged [are] among us [those] old more than father your days.
11 Sind dir Gottes Tröstungen zu gering, und ein Wort, das sanft mit dir verfuhr?
¿ [too] little For you [are] [the] consolations of God and a word to gentleness with you.
12 Was reißt dein Unmut dich fort, und was rollen deine Augen,
Why? does it carry away you heart your and why? do they flash! eyes your.
13 daß du gegen Gott dein Schnauben kehrst und deinem Munde solche Worte entfahren lässest?
That you will turn against God spirit your and you will bring out from mouth your words.
14 Was ist der Mensch, daß er rein sein könnte, und daß gerecht dastände der Weibgeborene?
What? [is] a person that he will be pure and that he will be righteous [one] born of a woman.
15 Selbst seinen Heiligen traut er nicht, und der Himmel ist nicht rein in seinen Augen,
There! (in holy [ones] his *QK) not he trusts and [the] heavens not they are pure in eyes his.
16 geschweige der Abscheuliche, Verderbte - der Mensch, der Unrecht wie Wasser trinkt!
Indeed? for [one who] is abhorrent and [one who] is corrupt a person [who] drinks like water unrighteousness.
17 Ich will dich unterweisen, höre mir zu, und was ich geschaut, das will ich erzählen,
I will tell you listen to me and what I have seen and I will recount.
18 was die Weisen berichten unverhohlen von ihren Vätern her.
[that] which Wise [people] they have told and not they have hidden from ancestors their.
19 Ihnen war noch das Land allein gegeben, und noch kein Fremdling unter ihnen umhergezogen.
To them to alone them it was given the land and not he passed a stranger in midst their.
20 “Sein Leben lang ängstigt sich der Frevler und alle die Jahre hindurch, die dem Wüterich aufgespart sind.
All [the] days of a wicked [person] he [is] writhing in pain and [the] number of years [which] they have been stored up for ruthless [person].
21 “Schreckenslaute tönen in seinen Ohren, mitten im Frieden überfällt ihn der Verwüster.
[the] sound of Dread [is] in ears his in peace a destroyer he will come to him.
22 “Er giebt die Hoffnung auf, dem Dunkel zu entrinnen, für das Schwert ist er ausersehen.
Not he believes to return from darkness (and [is] watched *Qk) he to [the] sword.
23 “Er schweift nach Brot umher - wo ist's zu finden? - er weiß, daß ihm bereit gestellt der Unglückstag.
[is] wandering He for food where? he knows - that [has been] prepared in hand his a day of darkness.
24 “Ihn schrecken Not und Angst; sie packt ihn wie ein König, der zum Sturm bereit,
They terrify him anxiety and distress it overpowers him like a king - ready for battle.
25 “weil er seine Hand gegen Gott ausgereckt und dem Allmächtigen Trotz geboten hat.
For he has stretched out against God hand his and to [the] Almighty he behaves proudly.
26 Er stürmte gegen ihn an mit dem Halse, mit den dichten Buckeln seiner Schilde,
He runs against him with a neck with [the] thickness of [the] bosses of shields his.
27 “weil er sein Gesicht mit Schmeer bedeckte und Fett ansetzte an der Lende,
For he has covered face his with fat his and he has made fat on loins.
28 “sich ansiedelte in verfehmden Städten, in Häusern, die niemand bewohnen sollte, die zu Steinhaufen bestimmt waren.
And he dwelt - cities destroyed houses [which] not people will dwell themselves which they are destined for heaps of stones.
29 “Er wird nicht reich, noch hat seine Habe Bestand, und seine Ähre neigt sich nicht zur Erde.
Not he will be rich and not it will endure wealth his and not it will stretch out to the land property their.
30 “Er entgeht nicht der Umfinsterung; seine Schößlinge dörrt die Flamme aus, und durch seinen Zornhauch vergeht er.
Not he will depart - from darkness young shoot[s] his it will dry up a flame so he may depart by [the] breath of mouth his.
31 “Er vertraue nicht auf Trug, er irrt sich: denn Trug wird sein Eintausch sein.
May not he trust (in worthlessness *QK) he has been led astray for worthlessness it will be recompense his.
32 “Ehe noch sein Tag kommt, erfüllt es sich, und sein Palmenzweig grünt nicht mehr.
On not day his it will be completed and palm branch his not it will grow luxuriant.
33 “Wie der Weinstock stößt er seine Herlinge ab, wirft, wie der Ölbaum, seine Blüte hin.
He will wrong like vine unripe grape[s] his and he will shed like olive tree blossom his.
34 “Denn des Ruchlosen Rotte ist unfruchtbar, und Feuer verzehrt die Zelte der Bestechung.
For a company of [the] godless [is] barren and fire it consumes [the] tents of a bribe.
35 “Mit Mühsal schwanger gebaren sie Unheil, und ihr Schoß bereitet Trug!”
They conceive trouble and they give birth to wickedness and belly their it prepares deceit.
