1 Mose 8
1 Da gedachte Gott an Noah und an alle die wilden Tiere und an all das Vieh, welches bei ihm im Kasten war, und Gott ließ Wind über die Erde wehen, so daß die Gewässer fielen.
And he remembered God Noah and every animal and all the livestock which [were] with him in the ark and he made to pass God a wind over the earth and they subsided the waters.
2 Da schlossen sich die Sprudel der Meerestiefe und die Gitter des Himmels, und dem Regen vom Himmel wurde Einhalt gethan.
And they were shut up [the] springs of [the] deep and [the] floodgates of the heavens and it was restrained the rain from the heavens.
3 Da verliefen sich die Gewässer immer mehr von der Erde und die Gewässer nahmen ab nach Verlauf der hundertundfünfzig Tage.
And they turned back the waters from on the earth going and turning back and they decreased the waters from [the] end of fifty and one hundred day[s].
4 Und im siebenten Monat, am siebzehnten Tage des Monats, ließ sich der Kasten nieder auf einem der Berge Ararats.
And it rested the ark in the month seventh on [the] seven-teen day of the month on [the] mountains of Ararat.
5 Und die Gewässer nahmen immer weiter ab bis zum zehnten Monat; im zehnten Monat, am ersten des Monats, wurden die Gipfel der Berge sichtbar.
And the waters they were going and decreasing until the month tenth in the tenth [month] on [day] one of the month they were seen [the] tops of the mountains.
6 Nach Verlauf von vierzig Tagen aber öffnete Noah das Fenster des Kastens, das er gemacht hatte,
And it was from [the] end of forty day[s] and he opened Noah [the] window of the ark which he had made.
7 und schickte den Raben aus; der flog hin und wieder, bis das Wasser auf Erden vertrocknete.
And he sent out the raven and it went out continuously and returned until dried up the waters from on the earth.
8 Hierauf ließ er die Taube von sich ausfliegen, um zu erfahren, ob sich die Gewässer von der Erde verlaufen hätten.
And he sent out the dove from with him to see ¿ were they abated the waters from on [the] surface of the ground.
9 Aber die Taube fand keinen Ort, wo ihr Fuß ruhen konnte; da kehrte sie zu ihm in den Kasten zurück, denn noch war Gewässer auf dem ganzen Erdboden; und er streckte seine Hand aus und holte sie zu sich herein in den Kasten.
And not found the dove a resting place for [the] sole of foot its and it returned to him into the ark for water [was] on [the] surface of all the earth and he stretched out hand his and he took it and he brought it to him into the ark.
10 Hierauf wartete er noch weitere sieben Tage, dann ließ er abermals die Taube aus dem Kasten ausfliegen.
And he waited again seven days other and he repeated to send out the dove from the ark.
11 Da kam die Taube zur Abendzeit zu ihm und zwar mit einem frischen Ölblatt im Schnabel. Da erkannte Noah, daß sich die Gewässer von der Erde verlaufen hatten.
And it came to him the dove to [the] time of evening and there! a leaf of olive freshly plucked [was] in mouth its and he knew Noah that they were abated the waters from on the earth.
12 Hierauf wartete er noch weitere sieben Tage und ließ die Taube ausfliegen; diesmal aber kehrte sie nicht wieder zu ihm zurück.
And he waited again seven days other and he sent out the dove and not it repeated to return to him again.
13 Und im sechshundertersten Jahre, am ersten Tage des ersten Monats, waren die Gewässer auf Erden versiegt. Da entfernte Noah das Dach des Kastens und schaute aus: da war der Erdboden trocken geworden.
And it was in one and six hundred year in the first [month] on [day] one of the month they were dried up the waters from on the earth and he removed Noah [the] covering of the ark and he saw and there! they were dried up [the] surface of the ground.
14 Und im zweiten Monat, am siebenundzwanzigsten Tage des Monats, war die Erde ganz trocken.
And in the month second on [the] seven and twenty day of the month was dry the earth.
15 Da redete Gott zu Noah und sprach:
And he spoke God to Noah saying.
16 Gehe heraus aus dem Kasten, du und dein Weib und deine Söhne und die Weiber deiner Söhne mit dir.
Go out from the ark you and wife your and sons your and [the] wives of sons your with you.
17 Alle Tiere, welche bei dir sind, von allem Fleisch, an Vögeln und Vieh und an allem Gewürm, das auf der Erde kriecht, laß mit dir herausgehn, damit sie sich auf der Erde tummeln und fruchtbar seien und sich vermehren auf der Erde.
Every animal which [is] with you some of all flesh among the bird[s] and among the livestock and among every creeping thing which creeps on the earth (bring out *Qk) with you and they will swarm on the earth and they will be fruitful and they will multiply on the earth.
18 Da ging Noah heraus und seine Söhne und sein Weib und die Weiber seiner Söhne mit ihm.
And he went out Noah and sons his and wife his and [the] wives of sons his with him.
19 Alle vierfüßigen Tiere, alles Gewürm und alle Vögel, alles was sich auf Erden regt, nach ihren verschiedenen Arten, gingen heraus aus dem Kasten.
Every animal every creeping thing and every bird every creeping [thing] on the earth to families their they went out from the ark.
20 Da erbaute Noah Jahwe einen Altar und nahm von allen reinen Tieren und von allen reinen Vögeln und brachte Brandopfer dar auf dem Altar.
And he built Noah an altar to Yahweh and he took some of all - the livestock clean and some of every bird clean and he offered up burnt offerings on the altar.
21 Als nun Jahwe den lieblichen Duft roch, da sprach er bei sich selbst: Ich will hinfort die Erde nicht mehr verfluchen um der Menschen willen. Denn das Dichten des menschlichen Herzens ist böse von Jugend auf; und ich will hinfort nicht mehr alles Lebendige schlagen, wie ich gethan habe.
And he smelled Yahweh [the] odor of soothing and he said Yahweh to heart his not I will repeat to curse again the ground for sake of humankind for [the] inclination of [the] heart of humankind [is] evil since youth his and not I will repeat again to strike down every living [thing] just as I have done.
22 Fortan sollen, so lange die Erde steht, nicht aufhören Säen und Ernten, Frost und Hitze, Sommer und Winter und Tag und Nacht.
Again all [the] days of the earth seed and harvest and cold and heat and summer and winter and day and night not they will cease.
A Dove is Sent Forth from the Ark
