1 Mose 49
1 Da berief Jakob seine Söhne und sprach: versammelt euch, damit ich euch verkündige, was euch in der Folgezeit widerfahren wird!
And he summoned Jacob sons his and he said gather yourselves so let me tell to you [that] which it will happen to you at [the] end of the days.
2 Schart euch zusammen und hört zu, ihr Söhne Jakobs, ja höret zu eurem Vater Israel!
Assemble and listen O sons of Jacob and listen to Israel father your.
3 Ruben! Mein Erstgeborener bist du, meine Kraft und der Erstling meiner Stärke - der erste an Hoheit und der erste an Macht.
O Reuben [are] firstborn my you strength my and [the] beginning of manly vigor my excellence of dignity and excellence of power.
4 Du braustest auf wie Wasser - du sollst nicht der erste sein! Denn du bestiegst das Bett deines Vaters, verübtest damals Entweihung - mein Lager hat er bestiegen!
Destructiveness like water may not you excel for you went up [the] bed of father your then you profaned [it] couch my he went up.
5 Simeon und Levi, die Brüder, - Werkzeuge des Frevels sind ihre Schwerter.
Simeon and Levi [are] brothers [are] weapons of violence swords their.
6 Ich will nichts zu schaffen haben mit ihren Entwürfen, nichts gemein haben mit ihren Beschlüssen. Denn in ihrem Zorn haben sie Männer gemordet und in ihrem Übermut Stiere verstümmelt.
In council their may not it enter self my in assembly their may not it be united honor my for in anger their they slew a man and for pleasure their they hamstrung ox[en].
7 Verflucht sei ihr Zorn, daß er so heftig war, und ihr Grimm, daß er sich grausam erzeigte! Ich will sie verteilen in Jakob und will sie zerstreuen in Israel.
[be] cursed Anger their for fierce and wrath their for it is hard I will divide them in Jacob and I will scatter them in Israel.
8 Juda, dich, dich werden preisen deine Brüder! Es packt deine Hand das Genick deiner Feinde; vor dir werden sich beugen die Söhne deines Vaters.
O Judah you they will praise you brothers your hand your [will be] on [the] neck of enemies your they will bow down to you [the] sons of father your.
9 Ein Löwenjunges ist Juda - vom Raube bist du, mein Sohn, hinaufgestiegen. Er hat sich gestreckt, gelagert, wie ein Löwe und wie eine Löwin: wer darf ihn aufreizen?
[is] a cub of A lion Judah from prey O son my you have gone up he bows down he lies down like a lion and like a lion who? will he rouse him.
10 Nicht wird das Scepter von Juda weichen, noch der Herrscherstab aus seinen Händen, bis der kommt, dem es bestimmt ist, und die Völker sich ihm unterwerfen.
Not it will depart a scepter from Judah and a ruler's staff from between feet his until that he will come (Shiloh *Qk) and [will belong] to him [the] obedience of peoples.
11 Er bindet an den Weinstock sein Eselsfüllen und an die Edelrebe das Junge seiner Eselin. Er wäscht in Wein sein Kleid und in Traubenblut sein Gewand,
Binding to the vine (donkey his *Qk) and to the choice vine [the] young one of donkey his he will wash in wine clothing his and in [the] blood of grapes (robe his. *Qk)
12 die Augen trübe von Weinund die Zähne weiß von Milch.
Dark of eyes more than wine and white of teeth more than milk.
13 Sebulon wird am Meeresufer wohnen, am Gestade der Schiffe, während seine Flanke sich an Zidon lehnt.
Zebulun to [the] coast of [the] seas he will dwell and he to a harbor of ships and side his [will be] at Sidon.
14 Issachar ist ein knochiger Esel, gelagert zwischen den Pferchen.
Issachar [is] a donkey of bone lying down between the two campfires.
15 Und da er fand, daß Ruhe etwas Schönes, und sein Gebiet gar einladend sei, da beugte er seinen Nacken zum Lasttragen und wurde zum dienstbaren Fröner.
And he saw a resting place that [it was] good and the land that it was pleasant and he bent down shoulder his to carry a load and he became forced labor of laboring.
16 Dan wird Recht schaffen seinem Volk, wie irgend einer der Stämme Israels.
Dan he will judge people his like one of [the] tribes of Israel.
17 Dan wird eine Schlange an der Straße sein, eine Hornviper am Wege, die das Roß in die Fersen beißt, so daß der Reiter rückwärts sinkt.
May he be Dan a snake on a road a viper on a path the [one which] bites [the] heels of a horse and he fell rider its backwards.
18 Auf dein Heil harre ich, Jahwe!
For deliverance your I wait eagerly O Yahweh.
19 Gad - Streifscharen scharen sich wider ihn; er aber drängt ihnen nach auf ihrer Ferse.
Gad a marauding band it will attack him and he he will attack a heel.
20 Ascher lebt in Überfluß - ja Königsleckerbissen liefert er.
From Asher [will be] rich food his and he he will provide delicacies of a king.
21 Naphthali ist eine freischweifende Hirschkuh; von ihm kommen anmutige Reden.
Naphtali [is] a doe let loose the [one which] utters words of beauty.
22 Ein junger Fruchtbaum ist Joseph, ein junger Fruchtbaum am Quell. Seine Schößlinge ranken empor an der Mauer.
[is] a son of A fruit-bearer Joseph a son of a fruit-bearer at a spring daughters she will climb over a wall.
23 Es setzten ihm zu und schossen und es befehdeten ihn Pfeilschützen.
And they showed bitterness to him and they shot and they bear a grudge him masters of arrows.
24 Doch unerschütterlich hielt sein Bogen stand, und flink regten sich seine Hände, durch die Hilfe des Starken Jakobs, von dort her, dem Hirten, dem Steine Israels,
And it remained in permanence bow his and they were agile [the] arms of hands his from [the] hands of [the] mighty one of Jacob [is] from there [the] shepherd [the] stone of Israel.
25 vom Gott deines Vaters - er helfe dir! - und von Gott, dem Allmächtigen, - er segne dich mit Segensfülle vom Himmel droben, mit Segensfülle aus der Wassertiefe, die drunten lagert, mit Segensfülle aus Brüsten und Mutterschoß.
From [the] God of father your and he will help you and Almighty and he will bless you blessings of heaven above blessings of [the] deep [which] lies beneath blessings of breasts and womb.
26 Die Segnungen, die deinem Vater wurden, überragten die Segensfülle der ewigen Berge, die Pracht der ewigen Hügel. Möchten sie kommen auf das Haupt Josephs und auf den Scheitel des Fürsten unter seinen Brüdern!
[the] blessings of Father your they have prevailed over [the] blessings of [the men who] conceived me to desire of hills of antiquity may they be[long] to [the] head of Joseph and to the scalp [the] prince of brothers his.
27 Benjamin ist ein räuberischer Wolf: am Morgen verzehrt er Raub und abends verteilt er Beute.
Benjamin [is] a wolf [which] it tears to pieces in the morning he consumes booty and to the evening he divides plunder.
28 Das alles sind die Stämme Israels, zwölf an der Zahl, und das war es, was ihr Vater zu ihnen redete. Und er segnete sie, und zwar segnete er jeden einzelnen mit einem besonderen Segen.
All these [are] [the] tribes of Israel two plus ten and this [is that] which he spoke to them father their and he blessed them everyone whom according to blessing his he blessed them.
29 Und er gebot ihnen und sprach zu ihnen: Wenn ich eingegangen bin zu meinen Stammesgenossen, so bringt mich in die Gruft meiner Vorfahren, in die Höhle auf dem Grundstück des Hethiters Ephron,
And he commanded them and he said to them I [am] about to be gathered to people my bury me with fathers my into the cave which [is] in [the] field of Ephron the Hittite.
30 in die Höhle auf dem Grundstück Machpela, welches gegenüber Mamre liegt in Kanaan, dem Grundstück, welches Abraham vom Hethiter Ephron zum Erbbegräbnis gekauft hat.
In the cave which [is] in [the] field of Machpelah which [is] on [the] face of Mamre in [the] land of Canaan which he bought Abraham the field from with Ephron the Hittite to a possession of a burial site.
31 Dort haben sie Abraham und sein Weib Sara bestattet; dort haben sie Isaak und sein Weib Rebeka bestattet, und dort habe ich Lea bestattet,
There people buried Abraham and Sarah wife his there people buried Isaac and Rebekah wife his and there I buried Leah.
32 auf dem Grundstück, das mit der Höhle darauf von den Hethitern erkauft wurde.

33 Als aber Jakob mit den Aufträgen an seine Söhne zu Ende war, legte er sich zurück auf das Bett und verschied und ging ein zu seinen Stammesgenossen.
