5 Mose 22
1 Wenn du einen Ochsen oder ein Schaf deines Volksgenossen irre gehen siehst, sollst du ihnen deine Hilfe nicht vorenthalten, sondern sie vielmehr deinem Volksgenossen zurückbringen.
Not you will see [the] ox of countryman your or sheep his going astray and you will hide yourself from them certainly you will return them to countryman your.
2 Und wenn dein Volksgenosse nicht in deiner Nähe wohnt oder wenn er dir nicht bekannt ist, so sollst du es in dein Haus aufnehmen und bei dir behalten, bis dein Volksgenosse es sucht, und sollst es ihm dann zurückgeben.
And if not [is] near countryman your to you and not you know him and you will gather it into [the] middle of house your and it will be with you until seeks countryman your it and you will return it to him.
3 Ebenso sollst du verfahren mit seinem Esel; ebenso sollst du mit seinem Kleidungsstücke verfahren und ebenso sollst du mit jedem verlorenen Gegenstande verfahren, der deinem Volksgenossen abhanden gekommen ist, und den du gefunden hast; du darfst ihm deine Fürsorge nicht vorenthalten.
And thus you will do for donkey his and thus you will do for clothing his and thus you will do for every thing lost of countryman your which it will be lost from him and you will find it not you will be able to hide yourself.
4 Wenn du siehst, daß ein Esel oder ein Ochse deines Volksgenossen auf dem Wege gestürzt ist, so sollst du ihnen deine Hilfe nicht vorenthalten, vielmehr sollst du sie ihm aufrichten helfen.
Not you will see [the] donkey of countryman your or ox his falling by the way and you will hide yourself from them certainly you will raise [it] up with him.
5 Ein Weib soll nicht Männertracht tragen, und ein Mann soll nicht Weiberkleider anziehen; denn jeder, der solches thut, ist Jahwe, deinem Gott, ein Greuel.
Not it will be [the] garment[s] of a man on a woman and not he will wear a man [the] clothing of a woman for [is] [the] abomination of Yahweh God your every [one who] does these [things].
6 Wenn dir zufällig auf dem Weg auf irgend einem Baum oder am Boden ein Vogelnest mit Jungen oder mit Eiern zu Gesichte kommt, während die Mutter auf den Jungen oder den Eiern sitzt, so sollst du nicht die Mutter samt den Jungen nehmen;
If it will be met a nest of a bird - before you by the way in any tree - or on the ground young ones or eggs and the mother [is] lying on the young ones or on the eggs not you will take the mother with the young ones.
7 vielmehr sollst du die Mutter fliegen lassen und dir nur die Jungen nehmen, damit es dir wohl gehe und du lange lebest.
Certainly you will let go the mother and the young ones you will take for yourself so that it may go well for you and you will prolong days.
8 Wenn du ein neues Haus baust, so sollst du an deinem Dach ein Geländer anbringen, damit du nicht Blutschuld auf dein Haus ladest, falls jemand von demselben herunterfallen sollte.
If you will build a house new and you will make a parapet for roof your and not you will put blood on house your if he will fall [one who] falls from it.
9 Du sollst in deinem Weinberge nicht zweierlei pflanzen; sonst ist das Ganze dem Heiligtume verfallen, die Saat, die du angesät hast, und der Ertrag des Weinbergs.
Not you will sow vineyard your two kinds lest it should be set apart the full produce the seed which you will sow and [the] produce of the vineyard.
10 Du sollst nicht Ochse und Esel zusammen zum Pflügen verwenden.
Not you will plow with an ox and with a donkey together.
11 Du sollst nicht Kleider anziehen, die aus zweierlei Fäden, aus Wolle und Flachs, zusammengewirkt sind.
Not you will wear mixed stuff wool and linen together.
12 Du sollst dir Quasten an den vier Zipfeln deines Oberkleides, mit dem du dich umhüllst, anbringen.
Tassels you will make for yourself on [the] four [the] corners of covering your which you will cover with it.
13 Wenn jemand, nachdem er eine Frau heimgeführt und ihr beigewohnt hat, Widerwillen gegen sie empfindet
If he will take a man a wife and he will go into her and he will hate her.
14 und ihr schändliche Dinge zur Last legt und sie so in üblen Ruf bringt, indem er behauptet: Ich habe diese Frau heimgeführt, aber bei der Beiwohnung sie nicht als Jungfrau erfunden,
And he will make to her deeds of words and he will send forth on her a name bad and he will say the woman this I took and I drew near to her and not I found to her virginiti.
15 so sollen die Eltern der jungen Person die Zeichen der Jungfrauschaft der jungen Person nehmen und hinaus zum Thore vor die Vornehmsten der Stadt bringen,
And he will take [the] father of (the young woman *Qk) and mother her and they will bring forth [the] virginiti of (the young woman *Qk) to [the] elders of the city the gate towards.
16 und der Vater der jungen Frau soll zu den Vornehmsten sagen: Ich habe meine Tochter diesem Manne zur Frau gegeben, und da er nun Widerwillen gegen sie empfindet,
And he will say [the] father of (the young woman *Qk) to the elders daughter my I gave to the man this to a wife and he hated her.
17 legt er ihr schändliche Dinge zur Last, indem er behauptet: Ich habe deine Tochter nicht als Jungfrau erfunden; hier aber ist der Beweis für die Jungfrauschaft meiner Tochter! und sie sollen zugleich das Betttuch vor den Vornehmsten der Stadt ausbreiten.
And there! he he has made deeds of words saying not I found to daughter your virginiti and these [are] [the] virginiti of daughter my and they will spread out the garment before [the] elders of the city.
18 Darauf sollen die Vornehmsten jener Stadt den Mann nehmen und ihn züchtigen lassen;
And they will take [the] elders of the city that the man and they will punish him.
19 auch sollen sie ihm eine Geldbuße von hundert Silbersekeln auferlegen, um sie dem Vater der jungen Frau einzuhändigen. Denn er hat eine israelitische Jungfrau in bösen Ruf gebracht und er soll sie zur Frau behalten und sein Leben lang nicht das Recht haben, sich von ihr zu scheiden.
And they will fine him a hundred silver and they will give [them] to [the] father of the young woman for he has sent forth a name bad on [the] virgin of Israel and of him she will become a wife not he will be able to send away her all days his.
20 Wenn aber solche Nachrede auf Wahrheit beruht, wenn die Jungfrauschaft der jungen Frau nicht erwiesen werden kann,
And if truth it was the word this not they were found virginiti (for the young woman. *Qk)
21 so soll man die junge Person vor die Thüre ihres väterlichen Hauses führen, und die Leute aus ihrer Stadt sollen sie zu Tode steinigen, weil sie eine schwere Schandthat in Israel begangen hat, indem sie im väterlichen Hause Unzucht trieb. So sollst du das Böse aus deiner Mitte hinwegtilgen.
And they will bring out (the young woman *Qk) to [the] entrance of [the] house of father her and they will stone her [the] men of city her with stones and she will die for she has done folly in Israel by acting as a prostitute [the] house of father her and you will remove the evil from midst your.
22 Wenn jemand dabei betroffen wird, daß er einer verheirateten Frau beiwohnt, so sollen sie alle beide sterben, sowohl der Mann, der der Frau beiwohnte, als auch die Frau. So sollst du das Böse aus Israel hinwegtilgen.
If he will be found a man lying - with a woman married of a husband and they will die also both of them the man who lay with the woman and the woman and you will remove the evil from Israel.
23 Wenn jemand mit einer Jungfrau, die einem Manne verlobt ist, innerhalb der Stadt zusammentrifft und ihr beiwohnt,
If he will be (a young woman *Qk) a virgin betrothed to a man and he will find her a man in the city and he will lie with her.
24 so sollt ihr sie beide zum Thore der betreffenden Stadt hinausführen und sie zu Tode steinigen, das Mädchen, weil sie nicht, wie sie in der Stadt konnte, um Hilfe geschrieen hat, und den Mann, weil er das Weib seines Nächsten geschwächt hat. So sollst du das Böse aus deiner Mitte hinwegtilgen.
And you will bring out both of them to [the] gate of - the city that and you will stone them with stones and they will die (the young woman *Qk) on [the] thing that not she cried for help in the city and the man on [the] thing that he has humiliated [the] wife of neighbor his and you will remove the evil from midst your.
25 Wenn aber der Mann die verlobte Jungfrau auf freiem Felde angetroffen und der Mann ihr Gewalt angethan und ihr beigewohnt hat, so soll der Mann, der ihr beigewohnt hat, allein sterben.
And if in the open country he will find the man (the young woman *Qk) betrothed and he will take hold on her the man and he will lie with her and he will die the man who lay with her to only him.
26 Dem Mädchen aber soll man nichts anhaben, denn das Mädchen hat kein todeswürdiges Verbrechen begangen; es verhält sich mit diesem Falle so, wie wenn einer seinen Nächsten überfällt und totschIägt.
(And to the young woman *Qk) not you will do anything not ([belongs] to the young woman *Qk) sin of death for just as he will arise someone on neighbor his and he will kill him life so the matter this.
27 Denn da er sie auf freiem Felde angetroffen hat, kann die verlobte Jungfrau geschrieen haben, ohne daß ihr jemand zu Hilfe kommen konnte.
That in the open country he found her she cried for help (the young woman *Qk) betrothed and not a deliverer [belonged] to her.
28 Wenn jemand eine Jungfrau, die nicht verlobt ist, antrifft, sie ergreift und ihr beiwohnt, und sie ertappt werden,
If he will find a man (a young woman *Qk) a virgin who not she is betrothed and he will seize her and he will lie with her and they will be found.
29 so hat der Mann, der ihr beigewohnt hat, dem Vater des Mädchens fünfzig Silbersekel zu bezahlen; sie aber soll ihm als Frau angehören, weil er sie geschwächt hat, und er soll sein Leben lang nicht das Recht haben, sich von ihr zu scheiden.
And he will give the man who lay with her to [the] father of (the young woman *Qk) fifty silver and of him she will become a wife because that he has humiliated her not he will be able to send away her all days his.
30 Niemand soll das Weib seines Vaters heiraten und so die Decke seines Vaters aufheben. Wer aus der Gemeinde Gottes auszuschließen sei. Reimhaltung des Kriegslagers.
Not he will take a man [the] wife of father his and not he will uncover [the] skirt of father his.
