2 Koenige 15
1 Im siebenundzwanzigsten Jahre Jerobeams, des Königs von Israel, ward Asarja König, der Sohn Amazjas, des Königs von Juda.
In year twenty and seven year of Jeroboam [the] king of Israel he became king Azariah [the] son of Amaziah [the] king of Judah.
2 Sechzehn Jahre war er alt, als er König ward, und zweiundfünzig Jahre regierte er zu Jerusalem. Seine Mutter aber Hieß Jecholja und stammte aus Jerusalem.
A son of six-teen year[s] he was when became king he and fifty and two year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Jecholiah from Jerusalem.
3 Und er that, was Jahwe wohlgefiel, ganz wie sein Vater Amazja gethan hatte.
And he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to all that he had done Amaziah father his.
4 Nur wurden die Höhen nicht abgeschafft; das Volk opferte und räucherte noch immer auf den Höhen.
Only the high places not they were removed still the people [were] sacrificing and [were] making smoke at the high places.
5 Und Jahwe verhängte eine Plage über den König, daß er aussätzig ward bis zum Tage seines Todes. Und er wohnte in einem besonderen Hause; Jotham aber, der Sohn des Königs, stand dem Palaste vor und sprach dem Volke des Landes Recht.
And he struck Yahweh the king and he was having a skin disease until [the] day of death his and he dwelt in [the] house of separateness and Jotham [the] son of the king [was] over the house judging [the] people of the land.
6 Was aber sonst noch von Asarja zu sagen ist und alles, was er ausgeführt hat, das ist ja aufgezeichnet im Buche der Geschichte der Könige von Juda.
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Azariah and all that he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah.
7 Und Asarja legte sich zu seinen Vätern, und man begrub ihn bei seinen Vätern in der Stadt Davids. Und sein Sohn Jotham ward König an seiner Statt.
And he lay down Azariah with ancestors his and people buried him with ancestors his in [the] city of David and he became king Jotham son his in place of him.
8 Im achtundreißigsten Jahre Asarjas, des Königs von Juda, ward Sacharja, der Sohn Jerobeams, König über Israel zu Samaria und regierte sechs Monate.
In year thirty and eight year of Azariah [the] king of Judah he became king Zechariah [the] son of Jeroboam over Israel in Samaria six months.
9 Und er that, was Jahwe mißfiel, wie seine Väter gethan hatten. Er ließ nicht ab, von den Sünden Jerobeams, des Sohnes Nebats, zu denen er Israel verführt hatte.
And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh just as they had done ancestors his not he turned aside from [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel.
10 Und Sallum, der Sohn Jabes', zettelte eine Verschwörung wider ihn an und ermordete ihn zu Jibleam und ward König an seiner Statt.
And he conspired on him Shallum [the] son of Jabesh and he struck down him before [the] people and he killed him and he became king in place of him.
11 Was aber sonst noch von Sacharja zu sagen ist, das ist ja aufgezeichnet im Buche der Geschichte der Könige von Israel.
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Zechariah there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
12 So erfüllte sich das Wort Jahwes, das er zu Jehu geredet hatte, als er sprach: Es sollen Nachkommen von dir bis ins vierte Glied auf dem Thron Israels sitzen. Und so ist es geschehen.
It [was] [the] word of Yahweh which he had spoken to Jehu saying descendants of a fourth [generation] they will sit of you on [the] throne of Israel and it was thus.
13 Sallum, der Sohn Jabes', ward König im neununddreißigsten Jahre Usias, des Königs von Juda, und regierte einen Monat lang zu Samaria.
Shallum [the] son of Jabesh he became king in year thirty and nine year of Uzziah [the] king of Judah and he reigned a month of days in Samaria.
14 Da zog Menahem, der Sohn Gadis', von Thirza heran, und als er nach Samaria gelangt war, ermordete er Sallum, den Sohn Jabes', zu Samaria und ward König an seiner Statt.
And he went up Menahem [the] son of Gadi from Tirzah and he came Samaria and he struck down Shallum [the] son of Jabesh in Samaria and he killed him and he became king in place of him.
15 Was aber sonst noch von Sallum zu sagen ist und die Verschwörung, die er anzettelte, das ist ja aufgezeichnet im Buche der Geschichte der Könige von Israel.
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Shallum and conspiracy his which he conspired there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
16 Damals verheerte Menahem die Stadt Thappuah und alles, was darin war, und ihr ganzes Gebiet von Thirza aus, weil man ihm die Thore nicht geöffnet hatte, und alle Schwangeren darin ließ er aufschlitzen.
Then he struck Menahem Tiphsah and all [those] who [were] in it and territories its from Tirzah for not it opened and he struck [it] all pregnant [women] its he ripped open.
17 Im neununddreißigsten Jahre Asarjas, des Königs von Juda, ward Menahem, der Sohn Gadis', König über Israel und regierte zehn Jahre zu Samaria.
In year thirty and nine year of Azariah [the] king of Judah he became king Menahem [the] son of Gadi over Israel ten years in Samaria.
18 Und er that was Jahwe mißfiel; er ließ nicht ab von allen Sünden Jerobeams, des Sohnes Nebats, zu denen er Israel verführt hatte.
And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh not he turned aside from on [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel all days his.
19 Zu seiner Zeit überfiel Phul, der König von Assyrien, das Land, und Menahem gab dem Phul tausend Talente Silbers, daß er es mit ihm hielte und so die Herrschaft in seiner Hand befestigte.
He came Pul [the] king of Assyria on the land and he gave Menahem to Pul a thousand talent[s] of silver to be hands his with him to strengthen the kingdom in hand his.
20 Und Menahem erhob das Geld von Israel, von allen wehrpflichtigen Männern, um es dem Könige von Assyrien zu geben; fünfzig Sekel Silbers kamen auf einen jeden. Da zog der König von Assyrien wieder ab und verweilte nicht länger da im Lande.
And he brought out Menahem the silver on Israel on all [the] mighty [men] of wealth to give [it] to [the] king of Assyria fifty shekels silver to a man one and he returned [the] king of Assyria and not he remained there in the land.
21 Was aber sonst noch von Menahem zu sagen ist und alles, was er ausgeführt hat, das ist ja aufgezeichnet im Buche der Geschichte der Könige von Israel.
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Menahem and all that he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
22 Und Menahem legte sich zu seinen Vätern, und sein Sohn Pekahjah ward König an seiner Statt.
And he lay down Menahem with ancestors his and he became king Pekahiah son his in place of him.
23 Im fünfzigsten Jahre Asarjas, des Kömigs von Juda, ward Pekahjah, der Sohn Menahems, König über Israel und regierte zu Samaria zwei Jahre.
In year fifty year of Azariah [the] king of Judah he became king Pekahiah [the] son of Menahem over Israel in Samaria two years.
24 Und er that, was Jahwe mißfiel; er ließ nicht von den Sünden Jerobeams, des Sohnes Nebats, zu denen er Israel verführt hatte.
And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh not he turned aside from [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel.
25 Und Pekah, der Sohn Remaljas, sein Ritter, zettelte eine Verschwörung wider ihn an und ermordete ihn zu Samaria in der Burg des königlichen Palastes mit Argob und Arje; dabei halfen ihm fünzig Mann von den Gileaditern. Also tötete er ihn und ward König an seiner Statt.
And he conspired on him Pekah [the] son of Remaliah officer his and he struck down him in Samaria in [the] fortress of [the] house of (the king *QK) with Argob and with Arieh and [were] with him fifty man from [the] sons of [the] Gileadites and he killed him and he became king in place of him.
26 Was aber sonst noch von Pekahjah zu sagen ist und alles, was er ausgeführt hat, das ist ja aufgezeichnet im Buche der Geschichte der Könige von Israel.
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Pekahiah and all that he did there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
27 Im zweiundfünfzigsten Jahre Assarjas, des Königs von Juda, ward Pekah, der Sohn Remaljas, König über Israel zu Samaria und regierte zwanzig Jahre.
In year fifty and two year of Azariah [the] king of Judah he became king Pekah [the] son of Remaliah over Israel in Samaria twenty year[s].
28 Und er that, was Jahwe mißfiel; er ließ nicht von den Sünden Jerobeams, des Sohnes Nebats, zu denen er Israel verführt hatte.
And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh not he turned aside from [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel.
29 Zur Zeit Pekahs, des Königs von Israel, erschien Thiglath-Pileser, der König von Assyrien, eroberte Ijon, Abel-Beth-Maacha, Janoah, Kedes und Hazor, Gilead und Galiläa, das ganze Land Naphtali, und führte die Bewohner gefangen nach Assyrien.
In [the] days of Pekah [the] king of Israel he came Tiglath-pileser [the] king of Assyria and he took Ijon and Abel Beth Maacah and Janoah and Kedesh and Hazor and Gilead and Galilee towards all [the] land of Naphtali and he took into exile them Assyria towards.
30 Und Hosea, der Sohn Elas, zettelte eine Verschwörung wider Pekah, den Sohn Remaljas, an, ermordete ihn und ward König an seiner Statt im zwanzigsten Jahre Jothams, des Sohnes Usias.
And he conspired a conspiracy Hoshea [the] son of Elah on Pekah [the] son of Remaliah and he struck down him and he killed him and he became king in place of him in year twenty of Jotham [the] son of Uzziah.
31 Was aber sonst noch von Pekah zu sagen ist, und alles was er ausgeführt hat, das ist ja aufgezeichnet im Buche der Geschichte der Könige von Israel.
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Pekah and all that he did there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
32 Im zweiten Jahre Pekahs, des Sohnes Remaljas, ward Jotham König, der Sohn Usias, des Königs von Juda.
In year two of Pekah [the] son of Remaliah [the] king of Israel he became king Jotham [the] son of Uzziah [the] king of Judah.
33 Fünfundzwanzig Jahre war er alt, als er König ward, und sechzehn Jahre regierte er zu Jerusalem. Seine Mutter aber hieß Jerusa, die Tochter Zadoks.
A son of twenty and five year[s] he was when became king he and six-teen year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Jerusha [the] daughter of Zadok.
34 Und er that, was Jahwe wohlgefiel, ganz wie sein Vater Usia gethan hatte.
And he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to all that he had done Uzziah father his he did.
35 Nur wurden die Höhen nicht abgeschafft; das Volk opferte und räucherte noch immer auf den Höhen. Derselbe baute das obere Thor am Tempel Jahwes.
Only the high places not they were removed still the people [were] sacrificing and [were] making smoke at the high places he he built [the] gate of [the] house of Yahweh upper.
36 Was aber sonst noch von Jotham zu sagen ist und alles, was er ausgeführt hat, das ist ja aufgezeichnet im Buche der Geschichte der Könige von Juda.
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Jotham which he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah.
37 Zu jener Zeit begann Jahwe Rezin, den König von Aram, und Pekah, den Sohn Remaljas, gegen Juda loszulassen.
In the days those he began Yahweh to send in Judah Rezin [the] king of Aram and Pekah [the] son of Remaliah.
38 Jotham aber legte sich zu seinen Vätern und ward bei seinen Vätern in der Stadt Davids begraben, und sein Sohn Ahas ward König an seiner Statt.
And he lay down Jotham with ancestors his and he was buried with ancestors his in [the] city of David ancestor his and he became king Ahaz son his in place of him.
