1 Ein Stufenlied. - Des Herren Diener all - schaut nur! - ergehen sich im Lob des Herrn. Zur Nachtzeit noch verweilen sie im Haus des Herrn. -

A Song of Degrees. Behold now, bless ye the Lord, all the servants of the Lord, who stand in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God.

2 Erhebt auch eure Hand zum Heiligtum und preist den Herrn!

Lift up your hands by night in the sanctuaries, and bless the Lord.

3 Dann segnet dich der Herr, von Sion aus, der Herr, der Schöpfer Himmels und der Erden.

May the Lord, who made heaven and earth, bless thee out of Sion.
