Sprueche 8
1 Die Weisheit! Ruft sie nicht? Und Einsicht läßt sich hören
¿ Not wisdom does she call out and understanding does she give forth? voice her.
2 am Weg ganz oben auf den Höhen; an Scheidewegen tritt sie auf.
At [the] top of [the] heights on [the] way between [the] pathways she stations herself.
3 Beim Eingang in die Stadt, an ihren Toren, am Eingang zu den Pforten ruft sie aus:
To [the] side of [the] gates to [the] opening of [the] town [the] entrance of [the] doorways they cry aloud.
4 "Zu euch, ihr Männer, rede ich; ich spreche zu den Menschenkindern:
To you O people I call and voice my [is] to [the] children of humankind.
5 Ihr Einfältigen, lernet Klugheit! Ihr Toren, kommet zur Vernunft!
Understand O naive people prudence and O fools understand heart.
6 Hört zu! Denn ich will Rechtes reden, und meiner Rede Inhalt ist, was richtig.
Listen for princely things I will speak and [the] utterance of lips my [will be] uprightness.
7 Denn Redlichkeit nur spricht mein Gaumen; für meine Lippen ist Unehrlichkeit ein Greuel.
For truth it will utter palate my and [is] an abomination of lips my wickedness.
8 Rechtschaffen ist, was immer spricht mein Mund, nichts Hinterlistiges, nichts Falsches ist darin,
[are] Righteousness all [the] words of mouth my there not among them [is] a twisted [thing] and a distorted [thing].
9 das Richtige für alle, die da fragen, und recht für die, die suchen nach Erkenntnis.
All of them [are] right to the discerning [person] and upright to [those who] find knowledge.
10 Nimm meine Mahnung lieber an als Silber, Erkenntnis lieber als erlesenes Gold. -
Take discipline my and may not [you take] silver and knowledge more than gold chosen.
11 Denn besser noch als Perlen ist die Weisheit; und Kostbarkeiten kommen ihr nicht gleich."
For [is] good wisdom more than jewels and all pleasures not they compare with it.
12 "Ich, Weisheit, hab zur Nachbarin die Klugheit; ich kann zu klugem Wissen kommen.
I wisdom I dwell prudence and knowledge of discretion I find.
13 Die Furcht des Herrn verträgt sich nicht mit Bösem. Ich hasse Hochmut, Hoffart, schlimmen Wandel sowie verkehrtes Reden.
[the] fear of Yahweh [is] to hate evil pride and arrogance - and a way evil and a mouth of perversities I hate.
14 Mein ist der Rat, die Tüchtigkeit; Einsicht ist mein und mein die Stärke.
[belong] to Me counsel and sound wisdom I [am] understanding [belongs] to me strength.
15 Durch mich regieren Könige, und Fürsten herrschen, wie es rechtens ist.
By me kings they reign and rulers they enact righteousness.
16 Durch mich befehlen Herrschende und all die hohen Erdenrichter.
By me princes they rule and noble [people] all judges of (righteousness. *LH)
17 Wer mich liebt, den liebe ich; mich finden, die mich suchen,
I ([those who] love me *QK) I love and [those who] earnestly seek me they find me.
18 Reichtum und Ehre sind bei mir, ein stattlich Gut und Wohlergehen.
Wealth and honor [are] with me wealth enduring and righteousness.
19 Weit besser noch als Gold, als feines Gold, ist meine Frucht, und mein Ertrag ist kostbarer als auserlesen Silber.
[is] good Fruit my more than gold and more than pure gold and gain my more than silver chosen.
20 Ich wandle auf dem Pfade der Gerechtigkeit und mitten auf des Rechtes Wegen.
In [the] path of righteousness I walk in [the] midst of [the] pathways of justice.
21 Ich gebe denen, die mich lieben, immerdar Besitz und fülle ihre Schatzkammern."
To give as an inheritance [those who] love me - substance and treasuries their I fill.
22 Mich schuf der Herr als Anfang seiner Laufbahn, als erstes seiner Werke,
Yahweh he created me [the] beginning of way his [the] beginning of works his from then.
23 in der Urzeit. Von Ewigkeit her bin ich eingesetzt, im Anfang seit dem Weltbeginne.
From long ago I was installed from [the] beginning from [the] beginnings of [the] earth.
24 Die Ozeane waren nicht, da ward ich schon geboren, als es noch keine reichen Wasserquellen gab.
When there not [were] [the] deeps I was brought forth when there not [were] springs abounding of water.
25 Bevor die Berge eingesenkt, da war ich vor den Hügeln schon geboren.
Before mountains they were planted before [the] hills I was brought forth.
26 Er hatte Land und Flur noch nicht gemacht, noch nicht das Element des Staubes in der Welt,
Until not he had made [the] earth and [the] open places and [the] first of [the] dusts of [the] world.
27 da war ich schon dabei, als er den Himmel hergestellt, als er die Wölbung überm Ozean festsetzte,
When established he [the] heavens [was] there I when marked out he a circle on [the] surface of [the] deep.
28 als er die Wolken droben mächtig machte, und als des Ozeanes Fluten mächtig wurden,
When made firm he [the] clouds above when became strong [the] springs of [the] deep.
29 als er dem Meere seine Schranke setzte, daß die Gewässer sein Geheiß nicht überschritten, als er der Erde Gründe legte.
When set he for the sea - limit its and [the] waters not they will transgress mouth his when marked out he [the] foundations of [the] earth.
30 Zur Seite war ich ihm als Schülerin und diente zur Ergötzung Tag für Tag und spielte vor ihm jede Zeit
And I was beside him an artisan and I was delight day - day playing before him at every time.
31 und spielte auf dem Erdkreis, den ich liebte, und zur Ergötzung diente ich den Menschenkindern."
Playing in [the] world of earth his and delight my [were] with [the] children of humankind.
32 "Nun, meine Söhne, hört auf mich! Heil denen, die meine Wege wählen!
And therefore O children listen to me and how blessed! [are those who] ways my they observe.
33 Auf Mahnung hört, auf daß ihr weise werdet! Schlagt sie nicht in den Wind!
Listen to correction and act wisely and may not you neglect [it].
34 Heil sei den Menschen, die mich hören und Tag für Tag an meinen Türen wachen und meiner Tore Pfosten hüten!
How blessed! [is] a person [who] listens to me by keeping watch at doors my day - day by watching [the] doorposts of doorways my.
35 Denn wer mich findet, findet Leben, und von dem Herrn empfängt er alles Nötige.
For [one who] finds me (he finds *QK) life and he obtained favor from Yahweh.
36 Wer aber mich verfehlt, der frevelt gegen seine eigene Seele; ja alle, die mich hassen, lieben nur den Tod."
And [one who] misses me [is] doing wrong to self his all [those who] hate me they love death.
