1 Und Besalel machte die Lade aus Akazienholz, zwei und eine halbe Elle lang, anderthalb breit und hoch.

And Bezaleel made the ark, of acacia wood, two cubits and a half, the length thereof and, a cubit and a half, the breadth thereof, and, a cubit and a half, the height thereof;

2 Er überzog sie in- und auswendig mit reinem Gold und machte ihr einen goldenen Kranz ringsum.

and he overlaid it with pure gold within and without, -and made for it a rim of gold, round about;

3 Dann goß er für sie vier goldene Ringe für die vier Füße, zwei Ringe auf der einen Seite und zwei auf der anderen.

and he cast for it four rings of gold, upon the four feet thereof, —even, two rings, on the one side thereof and, two rings, on the other side thereof;

4 Dann fertigte er Akazienstangen und überzog sie mit Gold.

and he made staves of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold;

5 Diese Stangen zog er durch die Ringe an den beiden Seiten der Lade, um die Lade zu tragen.

and he brought the staves into the rings, upon the sides of the ark, for lifting the ark.

6 Dann machte er aus reinem Gold eine Deckplatte, zweieinhalb Ellen lang und anderthalb breit.

And he made a propitiatory of pure gold, —two cubits and a half, the length thereof, and, a cubit and a half, the breadth thereof:

7 Auch machte er zwei goldene Cherube. Er machte sie in getriebener Arbeit für die beiden Enden der Deckplatte.

and he made two cherubim, of gold, of beaten work, did he make them, out of the two ends of the propitiatory:

8 Den einen Cherub an dem einen Ende, den anderen am anderen Ende. An beiden Enden der Deckplatte brachte er die Cherube an.

one cherub, out of this end, and, one cherub, out of that end, out of the propitiatory itself, made he the cherubim, out of the two ends thereof:

9 Die Cherube breiteten nach oben ihre Flügel, mit ihren Flügeln die Deckplatte deckend, die Gesichter sich zugekehrt. Die Cherubsgesichter aber schauten nach der Deckplatte hin.

and the cherubim were spreading out their wings on high making a shelter with their wings over the propitiatory, with, their faces, one towards the other, towards the propitiatory, were the faces of the cherubim,

10 Dann machte er aus Akazienholz einen Tisch, zwei Ellen lang, eine breit und anderthalb hoch.

And he made the table of acacia wood, two cubits, the length thereof and, a cubit, the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof,

11 Er überzog ihn mit reinem Gold und machte ihm einen goldenen Kranz ringsum.

And he overlaid it with pure gold, —and he made thereto a rim of gold round about:

12 Dann machte er ihm eine handbreit große Leiste ringsum, und daran machte er wieder einen goldenen Kranz ringsum.

and he mane thereto a border of a handbreadth, round about, and he made a rim of gold to the border thereof round about:

13 Er goß für ihn vier goldene Ringe und befestigte diese Ringe an den vier Ecken seiner vier Füße.

and he cast for it, four rings of gold, and placed the rings upon the four corners, which pertained to the four feet thereof:

14 Dicht an der Leiste waren die Ringe zur Aufnahme der Stangen, um den Tisch zu tragen.

near to the border, were the rings, as receptacles for the staves, for lifting the table;

15 Die Stangen machte er aus Akazienholz und überzog sie mit Gold, um den Tisch zu tragen.

and he made the staves of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold, —for lifting the table;

16 Er machte die Geräte für den Tisch, seine Schüsseln, Schalen, Becher und Kannen zur Trankopferspende, aus reinem Gold.

and he made the utensils which were to be upon the table, its dishes and its pans and its bowls, and its basins for pouring out therewith, of pure gold.

17 Aus reinem Gold machte er auch den Leuchter; in getriebener Arbeit machte er den Leuchter, sein Fußgestell und seinen Schaft; seine Kelche, Knospen und Blüten gingen aus ihm hervor.

And he made the lampstand, of pure gold, of beaten work, made he the lampstand, its base and its shafts, its cups, its apples and its blossoms were, of the same;

18 Von seinen Seiten gingen sechs Röhren aus, je drei auf jeder Leuchterseite.

with, six branches coming out of its sides, —three branches of the lampstand out of its one side and three branches of the lampstand out of its other side:

19 An jeder Röhre waren drei Mandelblütenkelche, je eine Knospe samt der Blüte. So an allen sechs von dem Leuchter ausgehenden Röhren.

three cups like almond-flowers in the one branch—apple and blossom, and, three cups like almond-flowers, in the next branch, apple and blossom, so for the six branches coming out of the lampstand;

20 Am Leuchter selbst waren vier Mandelblütenkelche, mit Knospen und Blüten,

and in the lampstand itself, four cups, like almond-flowers, its apples and its blossoms:

21 jedesmal eine Knospe unter jedem der drei Röhrenpaare, der sechs von ihm ausgehenden Röhren.

with, an apple, under the two branches of the same, and, an apple, under the next two branches of the same, and, an apple, under the next two branches of the same, for the six branches coming out of the same:

22 Ihre Knospen und Röhren waren aus einem Stück mit ihm, alles getriebene Arbeit aus einem Stück, von reinem Gold.

their apples and their brunches were of the same, all of it one beaten work, of pure gold.

23 Dann machte er seine sieben Lampen nebst seinen Lichtscheren und Pfannen von reinem Gold.

And he made the lamps thereof seven, —with its snuffers and its snuff-trays, of pure gold.

24 Aus einem Barren Feingold machte er ihn und seine Geräte.

Of a talent of pure gold, made he it, —and all the utensils thereof.

25 Dann machte er aus Akazienholz den Räucheraltar, eine Elle lang, eine breit, viereckig und zwei Ellen hoch. Seine Hörner gingen aus ihm hervor.

And he made the incense altar, of acacia wood, —a cubit, the length thereof, and, a cubit, the breadth thereof, foursquare, and two cubits the height thereof, of the same, were the horns thereof.

26 Er überzog mit reinem Gold ihn, seine Platte und seine Wände ringsum sowie seine Hörner und machte ihm einen goldenen Kranz ringsum.

And he overlaid it with pure gold—the top thereof and the sides thereof round about, and the horns thereof, -and he made thereto a rim of gold, round about.

27 Unterhalb des Kranzes machte er seinen beiden Ecken beiderseitig je zwei goldene Ringe zur Aufnahme der Stangen, um ihn daran zu tragen.

And two rings of gold, made he thereto—beneath the rim thereof, upon the two corners thereof, upon the two sides thereof, —as receptacles for the staves, to lift it therewith.

28 Die Stangen machte er aus Akazienholz und überzog sie mit Gold.

And he made the staves of acacia wood, —and overlaid them with gold.

29 Dann machte er das heilige Salböl sowie das reine, wohlriechende Räucherwerk nach Salbenmischer Art.

And he made the holy anointing oil, and the pure fragrant incense, —the work of a perfumer.
