Psalms 148

1 Praise ye Jah! Praise ye Jehovah from the heavens, Praise ye Him in high places.

Аллилуия. Хвалите Господа с небес, хвалите Его в вышних.

2 Praise ye Him, all His messengers, Praise ye Him, all His hosts.

Хвалите Его, все Ангелы Его, хвалите Его, все воинства Его.

3 Praise ye Him, sun and moon, Praise ye Him, all stars of light.

Хвалите Его, солнце и луна, хвалите Его, все звезды света.

4 Praise ye Him, heavens of heavens, And ye waters that are above the heavens.

Хвалите Его, небеса небес и воды, которые превыше небес.

5 They do praise the name of Jehovah, For He commanded, and they were created.

Да хвалят имя Господа, ибо Он сказал, и они сделались, повелел, и сотворились;

6 And He establisheth them for ever to the age, A statute He gave, and they pass not over.

поставил их на веки и веки; дал устав, который не прейдет.

7 Praise ye Jehovah from the earth, Dragons and all deeps,

Хвалите Господа от земли, великие рыбы и все бездны,

8 Fire and hail, snow and vapour, Whirlwind doing His word;

огонь и град, снег и туман, бурный ветер, исполняющий слово Его,

9 The mountains and all heights, Fruit tree, and all cedars,

горы и все холмы, дерева плодоносные и все кедры,

10 The wild beast, and all cattle, Creeping thing, and winged bird,

звери и всякий скот, пресмыкающиеся и птицы крылатые,

11 Kings of earth, and all peoples, Chiefs, and all judges of earth,

цари земные и все народы, князья и все судьи земные,

12 Young men, and also maidens, Aged men, with youths,

юноши и девицы, старцы и отроки

13 They praise the name of Jehovah, For His name alone hath been set on high, His honour [is] above earth and heavens.

да хвалят имя Господа, ибо имя Его единого превознесенно, слава Его на земле и на небесах.

14 And He exalteth the horn of His people, The praise of all His saints, Of the sons of Israel, a people near Him. Praise ye Jah!

Он возвысил рог народа Своего, славу всех святых Своих, сынов Израилевых, народа, близкого к Нему. Аллилуия.
