Galatians 6
1 Brethren, if a man also may be overtaken in any trespass, ye who [are] spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of meekness, considering thyself — lest thou also may be tempted;
Hermanos, si algún hombre fuere sorprendido en alguna culpa, vosotros los espirituales, restaurádle al tal en espíritu de mansedumbre, considerándote a ti mismo, porque tú no seas también tentado.
2 of one another the burdens bear ye, and so fill up the law of the Christ,
Llevád los unos las cargas de los otros; y cumplíd así la ley de Cristo.
3 for if any one doth think [himself] to be something — being nothing — himself he doth deceive;
Porque el que piensa de sí que es algo, no siendo nada, a sí mismo se engaña.
4 and his own work let each one prove, and then in regard to himself alone the glorying he shall have, and not in regard to the other,
Así que cada uno examine su propia obra, y entonces en sí mismo solamente tendrá de qué gloriarse, y no en otro.
5 for each one his own burden shall bear.
Porque cada cual llevará su propia carga.
6 And let him who is instructed in the word share with him who is instructing — in all good things.
Y el que es instituido en la palabra haga partícipe en todos los bienes al que le instituye.
7 Be not led astray; God is not mocked; for what a man may sow — that also he shall reap,
No os engañéis: Dios no puede ser burlado; porque lo que el hombre sembrare eso también segará.
8 because he who is sowing to his own flesh, of the flesh shall reap corruption; and he who is sowing to the Spirit, of the Spirit shall reap life age-during; (aiōnios g166)
Porque el que siembra para su carne, de la carne segará corrupción; mas el que siembra para el Espíritu, del Espíritu segará vida eterna. (aiōnios g166)
9 and in the doing good we may not be faint-hearted, for at the proper time we shall reap — not desponding;
Mas no nos cansemos de hacer bien, que a su tiempo segaremos, si no nos desmayamos.
10 therefore, then, as we have opportunity, may we work the good to all, and especially unto those of the household of the faith.
Así pues, según que tenemos oportunidad, hagamos bien a todos; mayormente a los que son de la familia de la fe.
11 Ye see in how large letters I have written to you with my own hand;
Mirád que larga carta os he escrito con mi misma mano.
12 as many as are willing to make a good appearance in the flesh, these constrain you to be circumcised — only that for the cross of the Christ they may not be persecuted,
Todos los que quieren agradar en la carne, estos os constriñen a circuncidaros; solamente por no padecer la persecución por la cruz de Cristo.
13 for neither do those circumcised themselves keep the law, but they wish you to be circumcised, that in your flesh they may glory.
Porque ni aun los mismos que se circuncidan, guardan la ley; mas quieren que os circuncideis vosotros, por gloriarse en vuestra carne.
14 And for me, let it not be — to glory, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which to me the world hath been crucified, and I to the world;
Mas lejos esté de mí el gloriarme, sino en la cruz del Señor nuestro Jesu Cristo, por el cual el mundo me es crucificado a mí, y yo al mundo.
15 for in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation;
Porque en Cristo Jesús, ni la circuncisión vale nada, ni la incircuncisión, sino la nueva criatura.
16 and as many as by this rule do walk — peace upon them, and kindness, and on the Israel of God!
Y todos los que anduvieren conforme a esta regla, paz sea sobre ellos, y misericordia, y sobre el Israel de Dios.
17 Henceforth, let no one give me trouble, for I the scars of the Lord Jesus in my body do bear.
De aquí adelante nadie me moleste; porque yo traigo en mi cuerpo las marcas del Señor Jesús.
18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [is] with your spirit, brethren! Amen.
La gracia de nuestro Señor Jesu Cristo sea, hermanos, con vuestro espíritu. Amén. Escrita de Roma a los Gálatas.
