Psalms 110

1 `The salm of Dauith. The Lord seide to my Lord; Sitte thou on my riyt side. Til Y putte thin enemyes; a stool of thi feet.

Dávidé; zsoltár. Monda az Úr az én uramnak: Ülj az én jobbomon, a míg ellenségeidet zsámolyul vetem a te lábaid alá.

2 The Lord schal sende out fro Syon the yerde of thi vertu; be thou lord in the myddis of thin enemyes.

A te hatalmad pálczáját kinyújtja az Úr Sionból, mondván: Uralkodjál ellenségeid között!

3 The bigynnyng is with thee in the dai of thi vertu, in the briytnessis of seyntis; Y gendride thee of the wombe before the dai sterre.

A te néped készséggel siet a te sereggyűjtésed napján, szentséges öltözetekben; hajnalpir méhéből leszen ifjaidnak harmatja.

4 The Lord swoor, and it schal not repente him; Thou art a preest with outen ende, bi the ordre of Melchisedech.

Megesküdt az Úr és meg nem másítja: Pap vagy te örökké Melkhisedek rendje szerint.

5 The Lord on thi riyt side; hath broke kyngis in the dai of his veniaunce.

Az Úr a te jobbod felől; megrontja az ő haragja napján a királyokat;

6 He schal deme among naciouns, he schal fille fallyngis; he schal schake heedis in the lond of many men.

Ítéletet tart a nemzetek között; telve lesz holttestekkel; összezúz messze földön minden főt.

7 He dranke of the stronde in the weie; therfor he enhaunside the heed.

Az út mellett való patakból iszik; ezért emeli fel az ő fejét.
