< Luke 8 >

1 And it was don aftirward, and Jhesus made iourney bi citees and castels, prechynge and euangelisynge the rewme of God, and twelue with hym;
Yon ti tan apre, Li te kòmanse ale de yon vil ak yon bouk a lòt, poupwoklame e preche wayòm syèl la. Douz yo te avèk Li.
2 and sum wymmen that weren heelid of wickid spiritis and sijknessis, Marie, that is clepid Maudeleyn, of whom seuene deuelis wenten out,
3 and Joone, the wijf of Chuse, the procuratoure of Eroude, and Susanne, and many othir, that mynystriden to hym of her ritchesse.
avèk Jeanne, madanm Chouza a, entandan Hérode la, ak anpil lòt ki t ap kontribye a soutyen ki sòti nan mwayen pèsonèl yo.
4 And whanne myche puple was come togidir, and men hiyeden to hym fro the citees, he seide bi a symylitude,
Lè yon gran foul t ap rasanble, e sila yo ki sòti nan plizyè vil t ap vwayaje rive kote Li, Li te pale nan yon parabòl:
5 He that sowith, yede out to sowe his seed. And while he sowith, sum fel bisidis the weie, and was defoulid, and briddis of the eir eten it.
“Semè a te sòti pou simen semans li; e pandan li t ap simen, kèk te tonbe akote wout la; epi yo te vin foule anba pye, e zwazo anlè yo te manje yo.
6 And othir fel on a stoon, and it sprunge vp, and driede, for it hadde not moysture.
Lòt semans te tonbe nan tè plen wòch, e pandan yo t ap grandi, yo te fennen akoz ke li pa t gen dlo.
7 And othir fel among thornes, and the thornes sprongen vp togider, and strangliden it.
Lòt semans te tonbe pami pikan; epi pikan yo te grandi avè l, e te trangle yo.
8 And othir fel in to good erthe, and it sprungun made an hundrid foold fruyt. He seide these thingis, and criede, He that hath eeris of heryng, here he.
Lòt semans te tonbe nan bon tè, te grandi, e te pwodwi yon rekòlt san fwa pi gran.” Pandan Li t ap di bagay sa yo, Li t ap rele fò: “Sila ki gen zòrèy pou tande, kite l tande.”
9 But hise disciplis axiden him, what this parable was.
10 And he seide to hem, To you it is grauntid to knowe the pryuete of the kyngdom of God; but to othir men in parablis, that thei seynge se not, and thei herynge vndurstonde not.
Li te di: “A nou menm li pèmi pou konnen mistè a wayòm Bondye a, men pou lòt yo, li fèt an parabòl, dekwa ke nangade, yo vin pa wè, e nan tande, pou yo pa konprann.
11 And this is the parable.
“Alò, parabòl la se sa: Semans lan se pawòl Bondye a.
12 The seed is Goddis word; and thei that ben bisidis the weie, ben these that heren; and aftirward the feend cometh, and takith awei the word fro her herte, lest thei bileuynge be maad saaf.
“Sila yo akote wout la se sila yo ki te tande; epi dyab la vin rache pawòl la nan kè yo, pou yo pa kwè e vin sove.
13 But thei that fel on a stoon, ben these that whanne thei han herd, resseyuen the word with ioye. And these han not rootis; for at a tyme thei bileuen, and in tyme of temptacioun thei goen awei.
“Sila yo nan tè plen wòch la se sila yo ke lè yo tande, resevwa pawòl la avèk jwa, men yo pa gen rasin. Yo kwè pou yon tan, epi nan tan tantasyon, yo lage tonbe.
14 But that that fel among thornes, ben these that herden, and of bisynessis, and ritchessis, and lustis of lijf thei gon forth, and ben stranglid, and bryngen forth no fruyt.
“Semans ki te tonbe pami pikan yo se sila yo ki te tande, epi pandan yo ap fè wout yo, yo vin trangle avèk pwoblèm pa yo ak richès a vi sa a. Konsa yo pa pote fwi ki vin mi.
15 But that that fel in to good erthe, ben these that, in a good herte, and best heren the word, and holdun, and brengen forth fruyt in pacience.
“Semans nan bon tè a se sila yo ki te tande pawòl la avèk yon kè onèt e bon, e ki kenbe fèm, k ap pote fwi avèk pèseverans.
16 No man lityneth a lanterne, and hilith it with a vessel, or puttith it vndur a bed, but on a candilstike, that men that entren seen liyt.
“Alò, pèsonn, lè l fin limen yon lanp pa kouvri li avèk yon veso, ni mete l anba yon kabann; men li mete li sou yon chandelye, pou sila yo ki antre kapab wè limyè a.
17 For ther is no priuei thing, which schal not be openyd, nether hid thing, which schal not be knowun, and come in to open.
Paske pa gen anyen kache ki p ap vin parèt, ni anyen an sekrè ki p ap revele pou vin nan limyè.
18 Therfor se ye, hou ye heren; for it schal be youun to hym that hath, and who euer hath not, also that that he weneth that he haue, schal be takun awei fro hym.
“Pou sa, okipe nou de jan nou tande. Paske nenpòt moun ki genyen, se plis k ap bay a li menm; e a sila ki pa genyen an, menm sa li sipoze li genyen an va rache soti nan men li.”
19 And his modir and britheren camen to hym; and thei myyten not come to hym for the puple.
Manman Li avèk frè L yo te vin kote L, e yo pa t kapab rive kote L akoz foul la.
20 And it was teeld to hym, Thi modir and thi britheren stonden with outforth, willynge to se thee.
Konsa moun yo te bay Li rapò a: “Manman Ou avèk frè Ou yo kanpe deyò a e vle wè Ou.”
21 And he answeride, and seide to hem, My modir and my britheren ben these, that heren the word of God, and doon it.
Men Li te reponn yo e te di yo: “Manman M avèk Papa M se sila yo ki tande pawòl Bondye a, e ki fè l.”
22 And it was don in oon of daies, he wente vp in to a boot, and hise disciplis. And he seide to hem, Passe we ouer the see. And thei wenten vp.
Nan youn nan jou sa yo, Li te monte avèk disip Li yo nan yon kannòt. Li te di yo: “Annou pase pa lòtbò lak la.” Yo te pati.
23 And while thei rowiden, he slepte. And a tempest of wynde cam doun in to the watir, and thei weren dryuun hidur and thidur with wawis, and weren in perel.
Men pandan yo t ap ale sou vwal a, Li te tonbe nan dòmi.
24 And thei camen nyy, and reisiden hym, and seiden, Comaundoure, we perischen. And he roos, and blamyde the wynde, and the tempest of the watir; and it ceesside, and pesibilte was maad.
Konsa, tan an te vin kalm.
25 And he seide to hem, Where is youre feith? Which dredynge wondriden, and seiden togidir, Who, gessist thou, is this? for he comaundith to wyndis and to the see, and thei obeien to hym.
Li te di yo: “Kote lafwa nou ye?” Yo te ranpli avèk lakrent. Yo te etone, e te di youn lòt: “Alò, kilès nonm sa ye ki kòmande menm van avèk dlo a, e yo obeyi a?”
26 And thei rowiden to the cuntree of Gerasenus, that is ayens Galilee.
Yo te kouri a vwal jouk lè yo rive nan peyi a Jerazenyen yo ki anfas Galilée.
27 And whanne he wente out to the loond, a man ran to hym, that hadde a deuel long tyme, and he was not clothid with cloth, nether dwellide in hous, but in sepulcris.
28 This, whanne he saiy Jhesu, fel doun bifor hym, and he criynge with a greet vois seide, What to me and to thee, Jhesu, the sone of the hiyest God? Y biseche thee, that thou turmente `not me.
Lè l wè Jésus, li te kriye fò e te tonbe devan Li. Li te di ak yon gwo vwa: “Kisa m gen avè ou Jésus, Fis a Pi Wo Bondye a? Mwen sipliye ou, pa toumante mwen.”
29 For he comaundide the vncleene spirit, that he schulde go out fro the man. For he took hym ofte tymes, and he was boundun with cheynes, and kept in stockis, and, whanne the boondis weren brokun, he was lad of deuelis in to desert.
Paske Li te kòmande lespri enpi a pou sòti nan mesye a. Paske li te konn sezi li anpil fwa; e li te mare avèk chenn avèk fè nan pye li, e Li te kenbe anba gad. Li te konn pete tout kontrent sa yo pou dyab yo ta pouse l nan dezè a.
30 And Jhesus axide hym, and seide, What name is to thee? And he seide, A legioun; for many deuelis weren entrid in to hym.
Jésus te mande li: “Kòman yo rele ou?” E li te di: “Lejyon”, paske anpil dyab te gen tan antre nan li.
31 And thei preyden hym, that he schulde not comaunde hem, that thei schulden go in to helle. (Abyssos g12)
Yo t ap sipliye L pou pa voye yo nan abim nan. (Abyssos g12)
32 And there was a flok of many swyne lesewynge in an hil, and thei preieden hym, that he schulde suffre hem to entre in to hem. And he suffride hem.
Alò te gen yon gwo bann kochon ki t ap manje la nan mòn nan, e dyab yo te sipliye Li pou kite yo antre nan kochon yo. Konsa, Li te bay yo pèmisyon.
33 And so the deuelis wenten out fro the man, and entriden in to the swyne; and with a birre the flok wente heedlyng in to the pool, and was drenchid.
Dyab yo te sòti nan mesye a, e te antre nan kochon yo, bann nan te kouri desann pant falèz la, tonbe nan lak la, e te mouri nan dlo a.
34 And whanne the hirdis sayn this thing don, thei flowen, and tolden in to the cite, and in to the townes.
35 And thei yeden out to se that thing that was don. And thei camen to Jhesu, and thei founden the man sittynge clothid, fro whom the deuelis wenten out, and in hool mynde at hise feet; and thei dredden.
36 And thei that sayn tolden to hem, hou he was maad hool of the legioun.
37 And al the multitude of the cuntre of Gerasenus preiede hym, that he schulde go fro hem, for thei werun holdun with greet drede. He wente vp in to a boot, and turnede ayen.
Tout pèp Jerazenyen yo an ak landwa andeyò yo te mande pou L ta kite yo paske yo te ranpli avèk yon gwo perèz. Li te antre nan kannòt la, e te pati.
38 And the man of whom the deuelis weren gon out, preide hym, that he schulde be with hym. Jhesus lefte hym,
Men mesye a ke dyab yo te kite a te sipliye L pou L ta kapab ale avèk li, men Li te voye li ale e te di:
39 and seide, Go ayen in to thin hous, and telle hou grete thingis God hath don to thee. And he wente thorow al the cite, and prechide, hou grete thingis Jhesus hadde don to hym.
“Retounen lakay ou pou eksplike yo ki gwo bagay ke Bondye te fè pou ou.” Donk li te ale, e te pwoklame toupatou nan tout vil la ki gwo bagay Bondye te fè pou li.
40 And it was don, whanne Jhesus was gon ayen, the puple resseyuede hym; for alle weren abidynge hym.
Lè Jésus te retounen, foul la te resevwa L byen, paske yo tout t ap tann Li.
41 And lo! a man, to whom the name was Jayrus, and he was prynce of a synagoge; and he fel doun at the feet of Jhesu, and preiede hym, that he schulde entre in to his hous,
Konsa, te vini yon nonm ki te rele Jaïrus ki te yon ofisye sinagòg la. Li te tonbe nan pye a Jésus e te kòmanse sipliye Li pou te vini lakay li;
42 for he hadde but o douyter `almost of twelue yeer eelde, and sche was deed. And it bifel, the while he wente, he was thrungun of the puple.
paske li te gen yon sèl fi, anviwon laj a douz lane, e li te mouri. Men pandan Li t ap ale, foul la t ap peze Li.
43 And a womman that hadde a flux of blood twelue yeer, and hadde spendid al hir catel in leechis, and sche miyte not be curid of ony,
44 and sche cam nyy bihynde, and touchide the hem of his cloth, and anoon the fluxe of hir blood ceesside.
te pwoche dèyè Li. Li te touche arebò vètman Li, e nan menm moman an, san an te rete.
45 And Jhesus seide, Who is that touchide me? And whanne alle men denyeden, Petre seide, and thei that weren with hym, Comaundour, the puple thristen, and disesen thee, and thou seist, Who touchide me?
46 And Jhesus seide, Summan hath touchid me, for that vertu yede out of me.
Men Jésus te di: “Yon moun vrèman te touche M, paske Mwen te konnen lèpouvwa a te kite M nan.”
47 And the womman seynge, that it was not hid fro hym, cam tremblynge, and fel doun at hise feet, and for what cause sche hadde touchid hym sche schewide bifor al the puple, and hou anoon sche was helid.
Lè fanm nan te wè ke li t ap dekouvri, li te vini byen tranble, e te tonbe devan Li. Li te deklare nan prezans a tout moun poukisa li te touche L la ak jan li te vin geri nan menm enstan.
48 And he seide to hir, Douytir, thi feith hath maad thee saaf; go thou in pees.
Jésus te di li: “Fi Mwen, lafwa ou te fè ou geri; ale anpè.”
49 And yit while he spak, a man cam fro the prince of the synagoge, and seide to hym, Thi douytir is deed, nyle thou trauel the maister.
Pandan Li te toujou ap pale, yon moun te soti lakayofisye sinagòg la, e te di: “Pitit ou a gen tan mouri. Pa twouble Mèt la ankò.”
50 And whanne this word was herd, Jhesus answeride to the fadir of the damysel, Nyle thou drede, but bileue thou oonli, and sche schal be saaf.
Men lè Jésus te tande sa, Li te reponn li: “Pa pè; sèlman kwè, e li va geri.”
51 And whanne he cam to the hous, he suffride no man to entre with hym, but Petir and Joon and James, and the fadir and the modir of the damysel.
Lè Li te rive nan kay la, Li pa t kite okenn lòt moun antre avè L, sof ke Pierre avèk Jean ak Jacques, epi manman ak papa pitit la.
52 And alle wepten, and biweileden hir. And he seide, Nyle ye wepe, for the damysel is not deed, but slepith.
Alò yo tout t ap kriye, e t ap lamante pou li; men Li te di: “Sispann kriye, paske li pa mouri, men l ap dòmi.”
53 And thei scorneden hym, and wisten that sche was deed.
Yo te kòmanse ap ri sou Li, paske yo te konnen ke li te mouri.
54 But he helde hir hoond, and criede, and seide, Damysel, rise vp.
Men Li menm te pran li pa lamen, Li te rele e te di: “Pitit, leve!”
55 And hir spirit turnede ayen, and sche roos anoon. And he comaundide to yyue to hir to ete.
Konsa, lespri lavi li te retounen, e li te leve imedyatman. Li te bay lòd pou yo bay li yon bagay pou l manje.
56 And hir fadir and modir wondriden greetli; and he comaundide hem, that thei schulden not seie to ony that thing that was don.
