Luke 21
1 And he biheeld, and saye tho riche men, that casten her yiftis in to the treserie;
১পরে তিনি চোখ তুলে দেখলেন, ধনবানেরা ভান্ডারে নিজের নিজের দান রাখছে।
2 but he saye also a litil pore widewe castynge twei ferthingis.
২আর তিনি দেখলেন এক গরিব বিধবা সেখানে দুটি পয়সা রাখছে;
3 And he seide, Treuli Y seie to you, that this pore widewe keste more than alle men.
৩তখন তিনি বললেন, আমি তোমাদের সত্য বলছি, এই গরিব বিধবা সবার থেকে বেশি দান রেখেছে।
4 For whi alle these of thing that was plenteuouse to hem casten in to the yiftis of God; but this widewe of that thing that failide to hir, caste al hir liflode, that sche hadde.
৪কারণ এরা সবাই নিজের নিজের বাড়তি টাকা থেকে কিছু কিছু দানের মধ্যে রাখল, কিন্তু এ নিজের অনাটন সত্বেও এর যা কিছু ছিল, সবই রাখল।
5 And whanne sum men seiden of the temple, that it was apparailid with gode stoonus and yiftis,
৫আর যখন কেউ কেউ ঈশ্বরের গৃহের বিষয়ে বলছিলেন, ওটা কেমন সুন্দর সুন্দর পাথরে ও উত্সর্গীকৃত জিনিসে সুশোভিত, তিনি বললেন,
6 he seide, These thingis that ye seen, daies schulen come, in whiche a stoon schal not be left on a stoon, which schal not be destried.
৬“তোমরা এই যে সব দেখছ, এমন দিন আসছে, যখন এর একখানি পাথর অন্য পাথরের উপরে থাকবে না, সমস্তই ধ্বংস হবে।”
7 And thei axiden hym, and seiden, Comaundour, whanne schulen these thingis be? and what tokne schal be, whanne thei schulen bigynne to be don?
৭তারা তাঁকে জিজ্ঞাসা করলেন, “হে গুরু, তবে এসব ঘটনা কখন হবে? আর যখন এসব ঘটনা ঘটবে তখন তার চিহ্নই বা কি?”
8 And he seide, Se ye, that ye be not disseyued; for many schulen come in my name, seiynge, For Y am, and the tyme schal neiye; therfor nyle ye go aftir hem.
৮তিনি বললেন, দেখ, ভ্রান্ত হয়ো না; কারণ অনেকে আমার নাম ধরে আসবে, বলবে, আমিই তিনি ও দিন নিকটবর্তী; তোমরা তাদের পিছনে যেও না।
9 And whanne ye schulen here batailis and stryues with ynne, nyle ye be aferd; it bihoueth first these thingis to be don, but not yit anoon is an ende.
৯আর যখন তোমরা যুদ্ধের ও গণ্ডগোলের কথা শুনবে, ভয় পাবে না, কারণ প্রথমে এই সব ঘটবেই ঘটবে কিন্তু তখনই শেষ না।
10 Thanne he seide to hem, Folk schal rise ayens folk, and rewme ayens rewme;
১০পরে তাদের বললেন, জাতির বিরুদ্ধে জাতি ও রাজ্যের বিরুদ্ধে রাজ্য উঠবে।
11 grete mouyngis of erthe schulen be bi placis, and pestilencis, and hungris, and dredis fro heuene, and grete tokenes schulen be.
১১বিশাল বিশাল ভূমিকম্প এবং জায়গায় জায়গায় দূর্ভিক্ষ ও মহামারী হবে, আর আকাশে ভয়ঙ্কর লক্ষণ এবং মহৎ চিহ্ন হবে।
12 But bifore alle these thingis thei schulen sette her hoondis on you, and schulen pursue, bitakynge in to synagogis and kepyngis, drawynge to kyngis and to iusticis, for my name;
১২কিন্তু এই সব ঘটনার আগে লোকেরা তোমাদের বন্দি করবে, তোমাদের নির্যাতন করবে, সমাজঘরে ও কারাগারে সমর্পণ করবে; আমার নামের জন্য তোমাদের রাজাদের ও শাসনকর্ত্তাদের সামনে আনা হবে।
13 but it schal falle to you in to witnessyng.
১৩সাক্ষ্যের জন্য এই সব তোমাদের প্রতি ঘটবে।
14 Therfor putte ye in youre hertis, not to thenke bifore, hou ye schulen answere; for Y schal yyue to you mouth and wisdom,
১৪অতএব মনে মনে তৈরি থেকো যে, কি উত্তর দিতে হবে, তার জন্য আগে চিন্তা করবে না।
15 to whiche alle youre aduersaries schulen not mowe ayenstonde, and ayenseie.
১৫কারণ আমি তোমাদের এমন কথা ও বুদ্ধি দেব যে, তোমাদের বিপক্ষেরা কেউ প্রতিরোধ করতে কি উত্তর দিতে পারবে না।
16 And ye schulen be takun of fadir, and modir, and britheren, and cosyns, and freendis, and bi deeth thei schulen turmente of you;
১৬আর তোমরা বাবা মা, ভাই, আত্মীয় ও বন্ধুদের দ্বারা সমর্পিত হবে এবং তোমাদের কাউকে কাউকেও তারা মেরে ফেলবে।
17 and ye schulen be in haate to alle men for my name.
১৭আর আমার নামের জন্য তোমরা সবার ঘৃণার পাত্র হবে।
18 And an heere of youre heed schal not perische;
১৮কিন্তু তোমাদের মাথার একটা চুল নষ্ট হবে না।
19 in youre pacience ye schulen welde youre soulis.
১৯তোমরা নিজেদের ধৈর্য্যে নিজেদের প্রাণরক্ষা করবে।
20 But whanne ye schulen se Jerusalem ben enuyround with an oost, thanne wite ye, that the desolacioun of it schal neiye.
২০আর যখন তোমরা যিরুশালেমকে সৈন্যসামন্ত দিয়ে ঘেরা দেখবে, তখন জানবে যে, তার ধ্বংস নিকটবর্তী।
21 Thanne thei that ben in Judee, fle to the mountans; and thei that ben in the mydil of it, gon awei; and thei that ben in the cuntreis, entre not in to it.
২১তখন যারা যিহূদিয়ায় থাকে, তারা পাহাড়ি অঞ্চলে পালিয়ে যাক এবং যারা শহরের মধ্যে থাকে, তারা বাইরে যাক; আর যারা গ্রামাঞ্চলে থাকে, তারা শহরে না আসুক।
22 For these ben daies of veniaunce, that alle thingis that ben writun, be fulfillid.
২২কারণ তখন প্রতিশোধের দিন, যে সব কথা লেখা আছে সে সব পূর্ণ হবার দিন।
23 And wo to hem, that ben with child, and norischen in tho daies; for a greet diseese schal be on the erthe, and wraththe to this puple.
২৩হায়!, সেই দিনের গর্ভবতী ও স্তন্যদাত্রী স্ত্রীলোকদের ভয়ঙ্কর দুর্দশা! কারণ ভূমিতে মহাসংকট এবং এই জাতির ওপর ক্রোধ নেমে আসবে।
24 And thei schulen falle bi the scharpnesse of swerd, and thei schulen be led prisoneris in to alle folkis; and Jerusalem schal be defoulid of hethene men, til the tymes of naciouns be fulfillid.
২৪লোকেরা তরবারির আঘাতে মারা পড়বে; এবং বন্দি হয়ে সকল অইহূদির মধ্যে সমর্পিত হবে; আর অইহূদিদের দিন সম্পূর্ণ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত যিরুশালেম সব জাতির কাছে পদদলিত হবে।
25 And tokenes schulen be in the sunne, and the mone, and in the sterris; and in the erthe ouerleiyng of folkis, for confusioun of sown of the see and of floodis;
২৫আর সূর্য্যে, চাঁদে ও তারকামন্ডলে নানা চিহ্ন দেখা যাবে এবং পৃথিবীতে সমস্ত জাতি কষ্টে ভুগবে, তারা সমুদ্রের ও ঢেউয়ের গর্জনে উদ্বিগ্ন হবে।
26 for men schulen wexe drye for drede and abidyng that schulen come to al the world; for vertues of heuenes schulen be mouyd.
২৬ভয়ে এবং পৃথিবীতে যা যা ঘটবে তার আশঙ্কায়, মানুষেরা অজ্ঞান হয়ে যাবে; কারণ আকাশের সব শক্তি বিচলিত হবে।
27 And thanne thei schulen se mannys sone comynge in a cloude, with greet power and maieste.
২৭আর সেই দিনের তারা মনুষ্যপুত্রকে পরাক্রম ও মহা প্রতাপের সঙ্গে মেঘযোগে করে আসতে দেখবে।
28 And whanne these thingis bigynnen to be maad, biholde ye, and reise ye youre heedis, for youre redempcioun neiyeth.
২৮কিন্তু এসব ঘটনা শুরু হলে তোমরা উপরের দিকে তাকিও। মাথা তোল, কারণ তোমাদের মুক্তি আসন্ন।
29 And he seide to hem a liknesse, Se ye the fige tre, and alle trees,
২৯আর তিনি তাদেরকে একটি গল্প বললেন, ডুমুরগাছ ও আর সব গাছ দেখ;
30 whanne thei bryngen forth now of hem silf fruyt, ye witen that somer is nyy;
৩০যখন সেগুলির নতুন পাতা গজায়, তখন তা দেখে তোমরাই নিজেরাই বুঝতে পার যে, এখন গরমকাল নিকটবর্তী।
31 so ye, whanne ye seen these thingis to be don, wite ye, that the kyngdom of God is nyy.
৩১সেইভাবে তোমরাও যখন এই সব ঘটছে দেখবে, তখন জানবে, ঈশ্বরের রাজ্য নিকটবর্তী।
32 Treuli Y seie to you, that this generacioun schal not passe, til alle thingis be don.
৩২আমি তোমাদের সত্য বলছি, যে পর্যন্ত এসব পূর্ণ না হয়, সেই পর্যন্ত এই কালের লোকদের মৃত্যু হবে না।
33 Heuene and erthe schulen passe, but my wordis schulen not passe.
৩৩আকাশের ও পৃথিবীর বিনাশ হবে, কিন্তু আমার বাক্যের বিনাশ কখনও হবে না।
34 But take ye heede to you silf, lest perauenture youre hertis be greuyd with glotony, and drunkenesse, and bisynessis of this lijf, and thilke dai come sodein on you; for as a snare it schal come on alle men,
৩৪কিন্তু নিজেদের বিষয়ে সাবধান থেকো, রোগে ও ভোগবিলাসে এবং কাজের চিন্তায় তোমাদের হৃদয় যেন ভারাক্রান্ত না হয় এবং জীবনে যেন ভয় না আসে, আর সেই দিন হঠাৎ ফাঁদের মতো তোমাদের ওপরে এসে পড়বে;
35 that sitten on the face of al erthe.
৩৫কারণ সেই দিন সমস্ত পৃথিবীর লোকের উপরে আসবে।
36 Therfor wake ye, preiynge in ech tyme, that ye be hadde worthi to fle alle these thingis that ben to come, and to stonde bifor mannus sone.
৩৬কিন্তু তোমরা সব দিনের জেগে থেকো এবং প্রার্থনা করো, যেন এই যেসব ঘটনা ঘটবে, তা এড়াতে এবং মনুষ্যপুত্রের সামনে দাঁড়াতে, শক্তিমান হও।
37 And in daies he was techynge in the temple, but in nyytis he yede out, and dwellide in the mount, that is clepid of Olyuet.
৩৭আর তিনি প্রতিদিন মন্দিরে উপদেশ দিতেন এবং প্রতিরাতে বাইরে গিয়ে জৈতুন নামে পর্বতে গিয়ে থাকতেন।
38 And al the puple roos eerli, to come to hym in the temple, and to here hym.
৩৮আর সব লোক তাঁর কথা শুনবার জন্য খুব ভোরে মন্দিরে তাঁর কাছে আসত।
