Leviticus 27

1 And the Lord spak to Moises and seide, Speke thou to the sones of Israel,

۱ و خداوند موسی را خطاب کرده، گفت:

2 and thou schalt seye to hem, A man that makith avow, and bihetith his soule to God, schal yyue the priys vndur valu, ether preisyng.

۲ «بنی‌اسرائیل را خطاب کرده، به ایشان بگو: چون کسی نذر مخصوصی نماید، نفوس برحسب برآورد تو، از آن خداوند باشند.

3 If it is a male, fro the twentithe yeer `til to the sixtithe yeer, he schal yyue fifti siclis of siluer, at the mesure of seyntuarie, if it is a womman,

۳ و اگر برآورد تو بجهت ذکور، از بیست ساله تاشصت ساله باشد، برآورد تو پنجاه مثقال نقره برحسب مثقال قدس خواهد بود.

4 sche schal yyue thretti siclis;

۴ و اگر اناث باشد برآورد تو سی مثقال خواهد بود.

5 forsothe fro the fifthe yeer `til to the twentithe yeer, a male schal yyue twenti cyclis, a womman schal yyue ten ciclis;

۵ و اگر ازپنج ساله تا بیست ساله باشد، برآورد تو بجهت ذکور، بیست مثقال و بجهت اناث ده مثقال خواهدبود.

6 fro o monethe `til to the fifthe yeer, fyue ciclis schulen be youun for a male, thre ciclis for a womman;

۶ و اگر از یک ماهه تا پنج ساله باشد، برآوردتو بجهت ذکور پنج مثقال نقره، و بجهت اناث، برآورد تو سه مثقال نقره خواهد بود.

7 a male of sixti yeer and ouer schal yyue fiftene ciclis, a womman schal yyue ten cyclis.

۷ و اگر ازشصت ساله و بالاتر باشد، اگر ذکور باشد، آنگاه برآورد تو پانزده مثقال، و برای اناث ده مثقال خواهد بود.

8 If it is a pore man, and may not yelde the valu, he schal stonde bifor the preest, and as myche as the preest preisith, and seeth that the pore man may yelde, so myche he schal yyue.

۸ و اگر از برآورد تو فقیرتر باشد، پس او را به حضور کاهن حاضر کنند، و کاهن برایش برآورد کند و کاهن به مقدار قوه آن که نذر کرده، برای وی برآورد نماید.

9 Forsothe if ony man avowith a beeste, that may be offrid to the Lord, it schal be hooli,

۹ و اگر بهیمه‌ای باشد ازآنهایی که برای خداوند قربانی می‌گذرانند، هرآنچه را که کسی از آنها به خداوند بدهد، مقدس خواهد بود.

10 and schal not mow be chaungid, that is, nethir a betere for `an yuel, nether `a worse for a good; and if he chaungith it, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord.

۱۰ آن را مبادله ننماید و خوب را به بد یا بد را به خوب عوض نکند. و اگر بهیمه‌ای رابه بهیمه‌ای مبادله کند، هم آن و آنچه به عوض آن داده شود، هر دو مقدس خواهد بود.

11 Sotheli if ony man avowith an vncleene beeste, that may not be offrid to the Lord, it schal be brouyt bifor the preest,

۱۱ و اگر هرقسم بهیمه نجس باشد که از آن قربانی برای خداوند نمی گذرانند، آن بهیمه را پیش کاهن حاضر کند.

12 and the preest schal deme whether it is good ether yuel, and schal sette the prijs;

۱۲ و کاهن آن را چه خوب و چه بد، قیمت کند و برحسب برآورد تو‌ای کاهن، چنین باشد.

13 which prijs if he that offrith wole yyue, he schal adde the fifthe part ouer the valu.

۱۳ و اگر آن را فدیه دهد، پنج یک بر برآوردتو زیاده دهد.

14 If a man avowith his hows, and halewith it to the Lord, the preest schal biholde, `whether it is good ether yuel, and bi the prijs, which is ordeyned of hym, it schal be seld;

۱۴ و اگر کسی خانه خود را وقف نماید تا برای خداوند مقدس شود، کاهن آن راچه خوب و چه بد برآورد کند، و بطوری که کاهن آن را برآورد کرده باشد، همچنان بماند.

15 sotheli if he that avowide wole ayen-bie it, he schal yyue the fifthe part of the valu aboue, and he schal haue the hows.

۱۵ و اگروقف کننده بخواهد خانه خود را فدیه دهد، پس پنج یک بر نقد برآورد تو زیاده کند و از آن اوخواهد بود.

16 That if he avowith the feeld of his possessioun, and halewith to the Lord, the prijs schal be demed bi the mesure of seed; if the feeld is sowun with thritti buyschels of barli, it schal be seeld for fifti siclys of siluer.

۱۶ و اگر کسی قطعه‌ای از زمین ملک خود را برای خداوند وقف نماید، آنگاه برآوردتو موافق زراعت آن باشد، زراعت یک حومر جو به پنجاه مثقال نقره باشد.

17 If he auowith the feeld anoon for the yeer of the iubilee bigynnynge, as myche as it may be worth, bi so myche it schal be preisid;

۱۷ و اگر زمین خود را ازسال یوبیل وقف نماید، موافق برآورد تو برقرارباشد.

18 but if it be after `sum part of tyme, the preest schal rykene the money bi the noumbre of yeeris that ben residue `til to the iubilee, and it schal be withdrawun of the prijs.

۱۸ و اگر زمین خود را بعد از یوبیل وقف نماید، آنگاه کاهن نقد آن را موافق سالهایی که تاسال یوبیل باقی می‌باشد برای وی بشمارد، و ازبرآورد تو تخفیف شود.

19 That if he that avowide wole ayenbie the feeld, he schal adde the fyuethe part of the money preisid, and he schal welde it;

۱۹ و اگر آنکه زمین راوقف کرد بخواهد آن را فدیه دهد، پس پنج یک از نقد برآورد تو را بر آن بیفزاید و برای وی برقرارشود.

20 but if he nyle ayenbie, but it is seeld to ony othir man, he that avowide schal `no more mowe ayenbie it;

۲۰ و اگر نخواهد زمین را فدیه دهد، یا اگرزمین را به دیگری فروخته باشد، بعد از آن فدیه داده نخواهد شد.

21 for whanne the dai of iubilee cometh, it schal be halewid to the Lord, and the possessioun halewid perteyneth to the riyt of preestis.

۲۱ و آن زمین چون در یوبیل رها شود مثل زمین وقف برای خداوند، مقدس خواهد بود؛ ملکیت آن برای کاهن است.

22 If the feeld is bouyt, and is not of the possessioun of grettere men,

۲۲ و اگرزمینی را که خریده باشد که از زمین ملک او نبود، برای خداوند وقف نماید،

23 and is halewid to the Lord, the preest schal determyne the prijs bi the noumbre of yeeris `til to the iubilee, and he that avowide the feeld schal yyue the prijs to the Lord;

۲۳ آنگاه کاهن مبلغ برآورد تو را تا سال یوبیل برای وی بشمارد، و درآن روز برآورد تو را مثل وقف خداوند به وی بدهد.

24 forsothe in the iubilee it schal turne ayen to the formere lord that seelde it, and `haue he in to the eritage of his possessioun.

۲۴ و آن زمین در سال یوبیل به کسی‌که از اوخریده شده بود خواهد برگشت، یعنی به کسی‌که آن زمین ملک موروثی وی بود.

25 `Ech preisyng schal be peisid bi the sicle of seyntuarie; a sicle hath twenti halpens.

۲۵ و هر برآورد توموافق مثقال قدس باشد که بیست جیره یک مثقال است.

26 No man may halewe and avowe the firste gendrid thingis that perteynen to the Lord, whether it is oxe, whether scheep, tho ben the Lordis part.

۲۶ «لیکن نخست زاده‌ای از بهایم که برای خداوند نخست زاده شده باشد، هیچکس آن راوقف ننماید، خواه گاو خواه گوسفند، از آن خداوند است.

27 That if the beeste is vncleene, he that offride schal ayenbie by his valu, and he schal adde the fyuethe part of prijs; if he nyle ayenbie, it schal be seeld to another man, as myche euer as it is `set at valu.

۲۷ و اگر از بهایم نجس باشد، آنگاه آن را برحسب برآورد تو فدیه دهد، و پنج یک برآن بیفزاید، و اگر فدیه داده نشود پس موافق برآورد تو فروخته شود.

28 Al thing which is halewid to the Lord, whether it is man, whether beeste, whether feeld, it schal not be seeld, nether it schal mow be ayenbouyt; whateuer thing is halewid onys, it schal be hooli of the noumbre of hooli thingis to the Lord,

۲۸ اما هر چیزی که کسی برای خداوند وقف نماید، از کل مایملک خود، چه از انسان چه از بهایم چه از زمین ملک خود، نه فروخته شود و نه فدیه داده شود، زیرا هر‌چه وقف باشد برای خداوند قدس اقداس است.

29 and ech halewyng which is offrid of man, schal not be ayenbouyt, but it schal die bi deeth.

۲۹ هر وقفی که از انسان وقف شده باشد، فدیه داده نشود. البته کشته شود.

30 Alle the tithis of erthe, whether of fruytis, whether of applis of trees, ben the Lordis part, and ben halewid to hym;

۳۰ و تمامی ده‌یک زمین چه از تخم زمین چه از میوه درخت از آن خداوند است، و برای خداوند مقدس می‌باشد.

31 sotheli if ony man wole ayenbie hise tithis, he schal adde the fyuethe part of tho; of alle tithis,

۳۱ و اگر کسی از ده‌یک خود چیزی فدیه دهدپنج یک آن را بر آن بیفزاید.

32 of scheep, and of oxen, and of geet, that passen vndur the `yerde of scheepherde, whateuer thing cometh to the tenthe part, it schal be halewid to the Lord;

۳۲ و تمامی ده‌یک گاو و گوسفند یعنی هر‌چه زیر عصا بگذرد، دهم آن برای خداوند مقدس خواهد بود.

33 it schal not be chosun, nether good, nether yuel; nethir it schal be chaungid for another; if ony man chaungith, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord, and it schal not be ayenbouyt.

۳۳ در خوبی و بدی آن تفحص ننماید و آن را مبادله نکند، واگر آن را مبادله کند هم آن و هم بدل آن مقدس خواهد بود و فدیه داده نشود.»

34 These ben the comaundementis whiche the Lord comaundide to Moises, and to the sones of Israel, in the hil of Synay.

۳۴ این است اوامری که خداوند به موسی برای بنی‌اسرائیل درکوه سینا امر فرمود.
