Leviticus 25
1 And the Lord spak to Moises in the hil of Synai,
Fallou mais o Senhor a Moysés no monte de Sinai, dizendo:
2 and seide, Speke thou to the sones of Israel, and thou schalt seye to hem, Whanne ye han entrid in to the lond which Y schal yyue to you, `the erthe kepe the sabat of the Lord;
Falla aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes Quando tiverdes entrado na terra, que eu vos dou, então a terra descançará um sabbado ao Senhor.
3 sixe yeeris thou schalt sowe thi feeld, and sixe yeeris thou schalt kitte thi vyner, and thou schalt gadere the fruytis ther of;
Seis annos semearás a tua terra, e seis annos podarás a tua vinha, e colherás a sua novidade:
4 forsothe in the seuenthe yeer schal be sabat of the erthe of the restyng of the Lord;
Porém ao setimo anno haverá sabbado de descanço para a terra, um sabbado ao Senhor: não semearás o teu campo nem podarás a tua vinha
5 thou schalt not sowe the feeld, and thou schalt not kitte the vyner, thou schalt not repe tho thingis whiche the erthe bryngith forth `bi fre wille, and thou schalt not gadere the grapis of thi firste fruytis, as vyndage; for it is the yeer of restyng of the lond; but tho schulen be to you in to mete,
O que nascer de si mesmo da tua sega não segarás, e as uvas da tua separação não vindimarás: anno de descanço será para a terra
6 to thee, and to thi seruaunt, to thin handmaide, and to thin hirid man, and to the comelyng which is a pilgrym at thee; alle thingis that `comen forth,
E o sabbado da terra vos será por alimento, a ti, e ao teu servo, e á tua serva, e ao teu jornaleiro, e ao estrangeiro que peregrina comtigo;
7 schulen yyue mete to thi werk beestis and smale beestis.
E ao teu gado, e aos teus animaes, que estão na tua terra, toda a sua novidade será por mantimento.
8 Also thou schalt noumbre to thee seuene woukis of yeeris, that is, seuene sithes seuene, whiche togidere maken nyn and fourti yeer;
Tambem contarás sete semanas d'annos, sete vezes sete annos: de maneira que os dias das sete semanas d'annos te serão quarenta e nove annos.
9 and thou schalt sowne with a clarioun in the seuenthe monethe, in the tenthe dai of the monethe, in the tyme of propiciacioun, `that is, merci, in al youre lond.
Então no mez setimo, aos dez do mez, farás passar a trombeta do jubileu: no dia da expiação fareis passar a trombeta por toda a vossa terra.
10 And thou schalt halewe the fiftithe yeer, and thou schalt clepe remissioun to alle the dwellers of thi lond; for thilke yeer is iubilee; a man schal turne ayen to hys possessioun, and ech man schal go ayen to the firste meynee,
E sanctificareis o anno quinquagesimo, e apregoareis liberdade na terra a todos os seus moradores: anno de jubileu vos será, e tornareis, cada um á sua possessão, e tornareis, cada um á sua familia.
11 for it is iubilee, and the fiftithe yeer. Ye schulen not sowe, nether ye schulen repe thingis, that comen forth freli in the feeld, and ye schulen not gadere the firste fruytis of vyndage, for the halewyng of iubilee;
O anno quinquagesimo vos será jubileu: não semearás nem segarás o que n'elle nascer de si mesmo, nem n'elle vindimareis as uvas das separações,
12 but anoon ye schulen ete thingis takun awey;
Porque jubileu é, sancto será para vós: a novidade do campo comereis.
13 in the yeer of iubilee alle men go ayen to her possessiouns.
N'este anno do jubileu tornareis cada um á sua possessão.
14 Whanne thou schalt sille ony thing to thi citeseyn, ether schalt bie of hym, make thou not sory thi brother, but bi the noumbre of `yeeris of iubile thou schalt bie of him,
E quando venderdes alguma coisa ao vosso proximo, ou a comprardes da mão do vosso proximo, ninguem opprima a seu irmão:
15 and bi the rekenyng of fruytis he schal sille to thee.
Conforme ao numero dos annos desde o jubileu, comprarás ao teu proximo; e conforme ao numero dos annos das novidades, elle a venderá a ti.
16 Bi as myche as mo yeeris dwellen after the iubilee, by so myche also the prijs schal encreesse, and bi as myche as thou noumbrist lesse of tyme, bi so myche and the biyng schal cost lesse; for he schal sille to thee the time of fruytis.
Conforme á multidão dos annos, augmentarás o seu preço, e conforme á diminuição dos annos abaixarás o seu preço; porque conforme ao numero das novidades é que elle te vende.
17 Nyle ye turment men of youre lynagis, but ech man drede his God; for Y am youre Lord God.
Ninguem pois opprima ao seu proximo; mas terás temor do teu Deus: porque Eu sou o Senhor vosso Deus.
18 Do ye my comaundementis, and kepe ye my domes, and fille ye tho, that ye moun dwelle in his lond without ony drede,
E fazei os meus estatutos, e guardae os meus juizos, e fazei-os: assim habitareis seguros na terra.
19 and that the erthe brynge forth hise fruytis to you, whiche ye schulen ete `til to fulnesse, and drede not the assailyng of ony man.
E a terra dará o seu fructo, e comereis a fartar, e n'ella habitareis seguros.
20 That if ye seien, what schulen we ete in the seuenthe yeer, if we sowen not, nether gaderen oure fruytis?
E se disserdes: Que comeremos no anno setimo? eis que não havemos de semear nem colher a nossa novidade;
21 Y schal yyue my blessyng to you in the sixte yeer, and it schal make fruytis of three yeer;
Então eu mandarei a minha benção sobre vós no sexto anno, para que dê fructo por tres annos.
22 and ye schulen sowe in the eiyte yeer, and ye schulen ete elde fruytis `til to the nynthe yeer; til newe thingis comen forth ye schulen ete the elde thingis.
E no oitavo anno semeareis, e comereis da novidade velha até ao anno nono: até que venha a sua novidade, comereis a velha.
23 Also the lond schal not be seeld `in to with outen ende, for it is myn, and ye ben my comelyngis and tenauntis;
Tambem a terra não se venderá em perpetuidade, porque a terra é minha: pois vós sois estrangeiros e peregrinos comigo.
24 wherfor al the cuntre of youre possessioun schal be seeld vndur the condicioun of ayenbiyng.
Portanto em toda a terra da vossa possessão dareis resgate á terra.
25 If thi brother is maad pore, and sillith his litil possessioun, and his nyy kynesman wole, he may ayenbie that that he seelde;
Quando teu irmão empobrecer e vender alguma porção da sua possessão, então virá o seu resgatador, seu parente, e resgatará o que vendeu seu irmão.
26 sotheli if he hath no nyy kynesman, and he may fynde prijs to ayenbie,
E se alguem não tiver resgatador, porém a sua mão alcançar e achar o que basta para o seu resgate,
27 the fruytis schulen be rekynyd fro that tyme in which he seelde, and he schal yelde `that that is residue to the biere, and he schal resseyue so his possessioun.
Então contará os annos desde a sua venda, e o que ficar restituirá ao homem a quem o vendeu, e tornará á sua possessão.
28 That if his hond fynde not, that he yelde the prijs, the biere schal haue that that he bouyte, `til to the yeer of iubilee; for in that yeer ech sillyng schal go ayen to the lord, and to the firste weldere.
Mas, se a sua mão não alcançar o que basta para restituir-lh'a, então a que fôr vendida ficará na mão do comprador até ao anno do jubileu: porém no anno do jubileu sairá, e elle tornará á sua possessão.
29 He that sillith his hows, with ynne the wallis of a citee, schal haue licence to ayenbie til o yeer be fillid;
E, quando algum vender uma casa de moradia em cidade murada, então a pode resgatar até que se cumpra o anno da sua venda; durante um anno inteiro será licito o seu resgate.
30 if he ayenbieth not, and the sercle of the yeer is passid, the biere schal welde it, and his eiris `in to with outen ende, and it schal not mow be ayenbouyt, ye, in the iubilee.
Mas, se, cumprindo-se-lhe um anno inteiro, ainda não fôr resgatada, então a casa, que estiver na cidade que tem muro, em perpetuidade ficará ao que a comprou, pelas suas gerações: não sairá no jubileu
31 Forsothe if the hows is in a town `that hath not wallis, it schal be seeld bi the lawe of feeldis; sotheli if it is not ayenbouyt in the iubilee, it schal turne ayen to `his lord.
Mas as casas das aldeias que não teem muro em roda serão estimadas como o campo da terra: para ellas haverá resgate, e sairão no jubileu.
32 The howsis of dekenes, that ben in citees, moun euer be ayenbouyt; if tho ben not ayenbouyt,
Mas, tocante ás cidades dos levitas, ás casas das cidades da sua possessão, direito perpetuo de resgate terão os levitas.
33 tho schulen turne ayen in the iubilee `to the lordis; for the `howsis of the citees of dekenes ben for possessiouns among the sones of Israel;
E, havendo feito resgate um dos levitas, então a compra da casa e da cidade da sua possessão sairá no jubileu: porque as casas das cidades dos levitas são a sua possessão no meio dos filhos de Israel.
34 forsothe the suburbabis of hem schulen not be seeld, for it is euerlastynge possessioun.
Mas o campo do arrabalde das suas cidades não se venderá, porque lhes é possessão perpetua.
35 If thi brother is maad pore, and feble in power, and thou resseyuest hym as a comelyng and pilgrym, and he lyueth with thee,
E, quando teu irmão empobrecer, e as suas forças decairem, então sustental-o-has, como estrangeiro e peregrino, para que viva comtigo.
36 take thou not vsuris of hym, nether more than thou hast youe; drede thou thi God, that thi brothir mai lyue anentis thee.
Não tomarás d'elle usura nem ganho; mas do teu Deus terás temor, para que teu irmão viva comtigo.
37 Thou schalt not yyue to hym thi money to vsure, and thou schalt not axe ouer `aboundaunce, ether encrees ouer of fruytis;
Não lhe darás teu dinheiro com usura, nem darás o teu manjar por interesse.
38 Y am youre Lord God, that ladde you out of the lond of Egipt, that Y schulde yyue to you the lond of Canaan, and that Y schulde be youre God.
Eu sou o Senhor vosso Deus, que vos tirei da terra do Egypto, para vos dar a terra de Canaan, para ser vosso Deus.
39 If thi brother compellid bi pouert sillith hym silf to thee, thou schalt not oppresse hym bi seruage of seruauntis,
Quando tambem teu irmão empobrecer, estando elle comtigo, e se vender a ti, não o farás servir serviço de escravo.
40 but he schal be as an hirid man and tenaunt; `til to the yeer of iubilee he schal worche at thee,
Como jornaleiro, como peregrino estará comtigo; até ao anno do jubileu te servirá:
41 and aftirward he schal go out with his fre children, and he schal turne ayen to the kynrede, and to `the possessioun of his fadris.
Então sairá do teu serviço, elle e seus filhos com elle, e tornará á sua familia, e á possessão de seus paes tornará.
42 For thei ben my seruauntis, and Y ledde hem out of the lond of Egipt; thei schulen not be seeld bi the condicioun of seruauntis;
Porque são meus servos, que tirei da terra do Egypto: não serão vendidos como se vendem os escravos.
43 turmente thou not hem bi thi power, but drede thou thi Lord.
Não te assenhorearás d'elle com rigor, mas do teu Deus terás temor.
44 A seruaunt and handmaide be to you of naciouns that ben in youre cumpas,
E quanto a teu escravo ou a tua escrava que tiveres, serão das gentes que estão ao redor de vós; d'elles comprareis escravos e escravas.
45 and of comelyngis that ben pilgrimys at you, ether thei that ben borun of hem in youre lond; ye schulen haue these seruauntis,
Tambem os comprareis dos filhos dos forasteiros que peregrinam entre vós, d'elles e das suas gerações que estiverem comvosco, que tiverem gerado na vossa terra; e vos serão por possessão.
46 and bi riyt of eritage ye schulen `sende ouer to aftir comeris, and ye schulen welde with outen ende; sothely oppresse ye not bi power youre britheren, the sones of Israel.
E possuil-os-heis por herança para vossos filhos depois de vós, para herdarem a possessão; perpetuamente os fareis servir: mas sobre vossos irmãos, os filhos de Israel, cada um sobre seu irmão, não vos assenhoreareis d'elle com rigor
47 If the hond of a comelyng and of a pilgrim wexith strong at you, and thi brother is maad pore, and sillith hym silf to hym,
E quando a mão do estrangeiro e peregrino que está comtigo alcançar riqueza, e teu irmão, que está com elle, empobrecer, e se vender ao estrangeiro ou peregrino que está comtigo, ou á raça da linhagem do estrangeiro.
48 ether to ony of his kyn, he may be ayenbouyt aftir the sillyng; he that wole of hise britheren, ayenbie hym; bothe `the brother of fadir,
Depois que se houver vendido, haverá resgate para elle: um de seus irmãos o resgatará;
49 and the sone of `the fadris brother, and kynesman, and alye. Ellis if also he schal mow, he schal ayenbie hym silf,
Ou seu tio, ou o filho de seu tio o resgatará; ou um dos seus parentes, da sua familia, o resgatará; ou, se a sua mão alcançar riqueza, se resgatará a si mesmo.
50 while the yeeris ben rykenid oneli fro the tyme of his sillyng `til in to the yeer of iubylee; and while the money, for which he was seeld, is rikenyd bi the noumbre of yeeris, and while the hire of an hirid man is rikenyd.
E contará com aquelle que o comprou, desde o anno que se vendeu a elle até ao anno do jubileu, e o dinheiro da sua venda será conforme ao numero dos annos: conforme aos dias de um jornaleiro estará com elle.
51 If mo yeeris ben that dwellen `til to the iubilee, bi these yeeris he schal yelde also the prijs; if fewe yeeris ben,
Se ainda muitos annos faltarem, conforme a elles restituirá o seu resgate do dinheiro pelo qual foi vendido,
52 he schal sette rikenyng with hym bi the noumbre of yeeris;
E se ainda restarem poucos annos até ao anno do jubileu, então fará contas com elle: segundo os seus annos restituirá o seu resgate.
53 and he schal yeelde to the biere that that is residue of yeeris, while tho yeeris, bi whiche he seruyde bifore, ben rikenyd for hiris; he schal not turmente `that Ebreu violentli in thi siyt.
Como jornaleiro, de anno em anno, estará com elle: não se assenhoreará sobre elle com rigor diante dos teus olhos.
54 That if he may not be ayenbouyt bi this, he schal go out with his free children in the `yeer of iubilee; for the sones of Israel ben myn seruauntis,
E, se d'esta sorte se não resgatar, sairá no anno do jubileu, elle e seus filhos com elle
55 whiche Y ledde out of the lond of Egipt.
Porque os filhos de Israel me são servos; meus servos são elles, que tirei da terra do Egypto: Eu sou o Senhor vosso Deus.
