Leviticus 25
1 And the Lord spak to Moises in the hil of Synai,
੧ਫੇਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸੀਨਈ ਦੇ ਪਰਬਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ,
2 and seide, Speke thou to the sones of Israel, and thou schalt seye to hem, Whanne ye han entrid in to the lond which Y schal yyue to you, `the erthe kepe the sabat of the Lord;
੨ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ, ਜਦ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਜਾਓ, ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਤਦ ਉਸ ਦੇਸ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਸਬਤ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਰਾਮ ਦਿਆ ਕਰਨਾ।
3 sixe yeeris thou schalt sowe thi feeld, and sixe yeeris thou schalt kitte thi vyner, and thou schalt gadere the fruytis ther of;
੩ਛੇ ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੇਤ ਬੀਜੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਛੇ ਸਾਲ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਦਾਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਾਗਬਾਨੀ ਕਰੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਫ਼ਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰੀਂ।
4 forsothe in the seuenthe yeer schal be sabat of the erthe of the restyng of the Lord;
੪ਪਰ ਸੱਤਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਬਤ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਰਾਮ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਕਰੇ। ਤੂੰ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੇਤ ਬੀਜੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਾਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਾਗਬਾਨੀ ਕਰੀਂ।
5 thou schalt not sowe the feeld, and thou schalt not kitte the vyner, thou schalt not repe tho thingis whiche the erthe bryngith forth `bi fre wille, and thou schalt not gadere the grapis of thi firste fruytis, as vyndage; for it is the yeer of restyng of the lond; but tho schulen be to you in to mete,
੫ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਤੇਰੇ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਉੱਗ ਪਵੇ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੂੰ ਨਾ ਵੱਢੀਂ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਖਾਲੀ ਛੱਡੇ ਬਾਗ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਦਾਖ਼ਾਂ ਤੋੜੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ਰਾਮ ਦਾ ਸਾਲ ਹੈ।
6 to thee, and to thi seruaunt, to thin handmaide, and to thin hirid man, and to the comelyng which is a pilgrym at thee; alle thingis that `comen forth,
੬ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਬਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਈ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦਾਸ-ਦਾਸੀਆਂ ਲਈ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਦੇਸੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਸਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਭੋਜਨ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।
7 schulen yyue mete to thi werk beestis and smale beestis.
੭ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੋਜਨ ਵੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਉਪਜ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।
8 Also thou schalt noumbre to thee seuene woukis of yeeris, that is, seuene sithes seuene, whiche togidere maken nyn and fourti yeer;
੮ਤੂੰ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਸੱਤ ਸਬਤ ਗਿਣ ਲਵੀਂ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਸੱਤ ਗੁਣਾ ਸੱਤ ਸਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੱਤਾਂ ਸਬਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਉਣੰਜਾ ਸਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
9 and thou schalt sowne with a clarioun in the seuenthe monethe, in the tenthe dai of the monethe, in the tyme of propiciacioun, `that is, merci, in al youre lond.
੯ਤਦ ਤੂੰ ਸੱਤਵੇਂ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੇ ਦਸਵੇਂ ਦਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਸਚਿਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਅਨੰਦ ਦੀ ਤੁਰ੍ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਚੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਜਾਵੀਂ।
10 And thou schalt halewe the fiftithe yeer, and thou schalt clepe remissioun to alle the dwellers of thi lond; for thilke yeer is iubilee; a man schal turne ayen to hys possessioun, and ech man schal go ayen to the firste meynee,
੧੦ਫੇਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਪੰਜਾਹਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਛੁਟਕਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ, ਇਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਅਨੰਦ ਦਾ ਸਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ-ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿੱਜ-ਭੂਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਜਾਣਾ।
11 for it is iubilee, and the fiftithe yeer. Ye schulen not sowe, nether ye schulen repe thingis, that comen forth freli in the feeld, and ye schulen not gadere the firste fruytis of vyndage, for the halewyng of iubilee;
੧੧ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਹਵਾਂ ਸਾਲ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਅਨੰਦ ਦਾ ਸਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਾ ਬੀਜਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਢਣਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਉੱਗ ਪਵੇ, ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਖਾਲੀ ਛੱਡੇ ਹੋਏ ਬਾਗ਼ਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਦਾਖਾਂ ਤੋੜਨਾ।
12 but anoon ye schulen ete thingis takun awey;
੧੨ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਅਨੰਦ ਦਾ ਸਾਲ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋਵੇ। ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਉੱਗੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੀ ਖਾਣਾ।
13 in the yeer of iubilee alle men go ayen to her possessiouns.
੧੩ਇਸ ਅਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਆਪੋ-ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿੱਜ ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਜਾਣਾ।
14 Whanne thou schalt sille ony thing to thi citeseyn, ether schalt bie of hym, make thou not sory thi brother, but bi the noumbre of `yeeris of iubile thou schalt bie of him,
੧੪ਜੇਕਰ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਵੇਚੇ ਜਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਮੁੱਲ ਲਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਣਉਚਿਤ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ।
15 and bi the rekenyng of fruytis he schal sille to thee.
੧੫ਅਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜਿੰਨ੍ਹੇ ਸਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੁੱਲ ਠਹਿਰਾ ਕੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਤੋਂ ਮੁੱਲ ਲੈਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਖਰੀਦਣ ਦੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੇਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੱਥ ਵੇਚੇ।
16 Bi as myche as mo yeeris dwellen after the iubilee, by so myche also the prijs schal encreesse, and bi as myche as thou noumbrist lesse of tyme, bi so myche and the biyng schal cost lesse; for he schal sille to thee the time of fruytis.
੧੬ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਧਣ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਵਧਾਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਟਣ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਘਟਾਵੀਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਪਜ ਦੇ ਲੇਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਵੇਚੇਗਾ।
17 Nyle ye turment men of youre lynagis, but ech man drede his God; for Y am youre Lord God.
੧੭ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਨੇਰ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ, ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਡਰੀਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹਾਂ।
18 Do ye my comaundementis, and kepe ye my domes, and fille ye tho, that ye moun dwelle in his lond without ony drede,
੧੮ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨਾ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਚੱਲਣਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਖ-ਸਾਂਦ ਨਾਲ ਰਹੋਗੇ।
19 and that the erthe brynge forth hise fruytis to you, whiche ye schulen ete `til to fulnesse, and drede not the assailyng of ony man.
੧੯ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਫਲ ਉਪਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਰੱਜ ਕੇ ਖਾਓਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਖ-ਸਾਂਦ ਨਾਲ ਰਹੋਗੇ।
20 That if ye seien, what schulen we ete in the seuenthe yeer, if we sowen not, nether gaderen oure fruytis?
੨੦ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਖੋ ਕਿ ਸੱਤਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਕੀ ਖਾਵਾਂਗੇ, ਵੇਖੋ, ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਬੀਜਾਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਅੰਨ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ,
21 Y schal yyue my blessyng to you in the sixte yeer, and it schal make fruytis of three yeer;
੨੧ਤਦ ਮੈਂ ਛੇਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਬਰਕਤ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਕਿ ਧਰਤੀ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਫਲ ਉਪਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
22 and ye schulen sowe in the eiyte yeer, and ye schulen ete elde fruytis `til to the nynthe yeer; til newe thingis comen forth ye schulen ete the elde thingis.
੨੨ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅੱਠਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀਜੋਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੀ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਰਹੋਗੇ। ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਨੌਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਪਜ ਨਾ ਮਿਲੇ ਤਦ ਤੱਕ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਉਪਜ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੀ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਰਹੋਗੇ।
23 Also the lond schal not be seeld `in to with outen ende, for it is myn, and ye ben my comelyngis and tenauntis;
੨੩ਧਰਤੀ ਸਦਾ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਵੇਚੀ ਨਾ ਜਾਏ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਧਰਤੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਦੇਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਾਹੁਣੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ।
24 wherfor al the cuntre of youre possessioun schal be seeld vndur the condicioun of ayenbiyng.
੨੪ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦੇਣਾ।
25 If thi brother is maad pore, and sillith his litil possessioun, and his nyy kynesman wole, he may ayenbie that that he seelde;
੨੫ਜੇ ਕਦੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਭਰਾ ਕੰਗਾਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਵੇਚ ਦੇਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਆ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾ ਲਵੇ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਨੇ ਵੇਚੀ ਸੀ।
26 sotheli if he hath no nyy kynesman, and he may fynde prijs to ayenbie,
੨੬ਪਰ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਛੁਡਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਪ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ,
27 the fruytis schulen be rekynyd fro that tyme in which he seelde, and he schal yelde `that that is residue to the biere, and he schal resseyue so his possessioun.
੨੭ਤਦ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਚਣ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਜ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੋੜ ਦੇਵੇ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਵੇਚੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ।
28 That if his hond fynde not, that he yelde the prijs, the biere schal haue that that he bouyte, `til to the yeer of iubilee; for in that yeer ech sillyng schal go ayen to the lord, and to the firste weldere.
੨੮ਪਰ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਵੇਚੀ ਹੋਈ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਅਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਮੁੱਲ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਛੁੱਟ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
29 He that sillith his hows, with ynne the wallis of a citee, schal haue licence to ayenbie til o yeer be fillid;
੨੯ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਪਨਾਹ ਵਾਲੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਘਰ ਵੇਚੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਚਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਾਲ ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਕੋਲ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ।
30 if he ayenbieth not, and the sercle of the yeer is passid, the biere schal welde it, and his eiris `in to with outen ende, and it schal not mow be ayenbouyt, ye, in the iubilee.
੩੦ਪਰ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੁਡਾਇਆ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤਦ ਉਹ ਘਰ ਜੋ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਪਨਾਹ ਵਾਲੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਮੁੱਲ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਸੇ ਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਛੁਡਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
31 Forsothe if the hows is in a town `that hath not wallis, it schal be seeld bi the lawe of feeldis; sotheli if it is not ayenbouyt in the iubilee, it schal turne ayen to `his lord.
੩੧ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਪਨਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਸਮਝੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਉਹ ਛੁਡਾਏ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਅਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੱਡੇ ਜਾਣ।
32 The howsis of dekenes, that ben in citees, moun euer be ayenbouyt; if tho ben not ayenbouyt,
੩੨ਫੇਰ ਵੀ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਜ-ਭਾਗ ਵਾਲੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਲੇਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਛੁਡਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
33 tho schulen turne ayen in the iubilee `to the lordis; for the `howsis of the citees of dekenes ben for possessiouns among the sones of Israel;
੩੩ਪਰ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਲੇਵੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਨਾ ਛੁਡਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਵੇਚਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਘਰ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇ, ਅਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੁੱਟ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਘਰ ਹੀ ਹੈ।

੩੪ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਾਰਗਾਹਾਂ ਵੇਚੀਆਂ ਨਾ ਜਾਣ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਨ।
35 If thi brother is maad pore, and feble in power, and thou resseyuest hym as a comelyng and pilgrym, and he lyueth with thee,
੩੫ਜੇਕਰ ਤੇਰਾ ਭਰਾ ਕੰਗਾਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਤੰਗ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲੀਂ, ਉਹ ਪਰਦੇਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਹੁਣੇ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹੇ।
36 take thou not vsuris of hym, nether more than thou hast youe; drede thou thi God, that thi brothir mai lyue anentis thee.
੩੬ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਤੂੰ ਵਿਆਜ ਜਾਂ ਮੁਨਾਫ਼ਾ ਨਾ ਲਵੀਂ ਪਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਡਰੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੇਰਾ ਭਰਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਰਹੇ।
37 Thou schalt not yyue to hym thi money to vsure, and thou schalt not axe ouer `aboundaunce, ether encrees ouer of fruytis;
੩੭ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਵਿਆਜ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਦੇਵੀਂ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਮੁਨਾਫ਼ੇ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਭੋਜਨ ਖਿਲਾਵੀਂ।
38 Y am youre Lord God, that ladde you out of the lond of Egipt, that Y schulde yyue to you the lond of Canaan, and that Y schulde be youre God.
੩੮ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੇਰਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹਾਂ, ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਨਾਨ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਲਿਆਇਆ ਹਾਂ।
39 If thi brother compellid bi pouert sillith hym silf to thee, thou schalt not oppresse hym bi seruage of seruauntis,
੩੯ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਕੋਈ ਭਰਾ ਕੰਗਾਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੱਥ ਵੇਚ ਦੇਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਦਾਸ ਵਰਗੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਵਾਈਂ।
40 but he schal be as an hirid man and tenaunt; `til to the yeer of iubilee he schal worche at thee,
੪੦ਪਰ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਜਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਹੁਣੇ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਤੇਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰੇ,
41 and aftirward he schal go out with his fre children, and he schal turne ayen to the kynrede, and to `the possessioun of his fadris.
੪੧ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਾਲ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਛੁੱਟ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਟੱਬਰ ਕੋਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਨਿੱਜ-ਭੂਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਜਾਵੇ।
42 For thei ben my seruauntis, and Y ledde hem out of the lond of Egipt; thei schulen not be seeld bi the condicioun of seruauntis;
੪੨ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੀ ਦਾਸ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਲਿਆਇਆ ਹਾਂ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਦਾਸਾਂ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਵੇਚੇ ਨਾ ਜਾਣ।
43 turmente thou not hem bi thi power, but drede thou thi Lord.
੪੩ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਨੇਰ ਨਾ ਕਰੀਂ ਪਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਡਰੀਂ।
44 A seruaunt and handmaide be to you of naciouns that ben in youre cumpas,
੪੪ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਦਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਸੀਆਂ ਹੋਣ, ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੋਣ ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਲ ਲੈਣਾ।
45 and of comelyngis that ben pilgrimys at you, ether thei that ben borun of hem in youre lond; ye schulen haue these seruauntis,

੪੬ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਬਣਾ ਸਕੋਗੇ, ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਤੇਰੇ ਦਾਸ ਬਣਨ ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਨੇਰ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ।

੪੭ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਪਰਦੇਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਓਪਰਾ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ, ਧਨਵਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਤੇਰਾ ਭਰਾ ਕੰਗਾਲ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਪਰਦੇਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਓਪਰੇ ਜਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਟੱਬਰ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵੇਚ ਦੇਵੇ,
48 ether to ony of his kyn, he may be ayenbouyt aftir the sillyng; he that wole of hise britheren, ayenbie hym; bothe `the brother of fadir,
੪੮ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਫੇਰ ਛੁਡਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾ ਲਵੇ।

੫੦ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੁੱਲ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਆਪਣੇ ਵੇਚੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਲੇਖਾ ਕਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਣ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੇਖੇ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡਣ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਦੀ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਠਹਿਰਾਵੇ।
51 If mo yeeris ben that dwellen `til to the iubilee, bi these yeeris he schal yelde also the prijs; if fewe yeeris ben,
੫੧ਜੇਕਰ ਅਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਲ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਣ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਜਿਸ ਮੁੱਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਵੇਚਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੋੜ ਦੇਵੇ,
52 he schal sette rikenyng with hym bi the noumbre of yeeris;
੫੨ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਅਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੇ ਸਾਲ ਹੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਣ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੁੱਲ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੇਖਾ ਕਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੋੜ ਦੇਵੇ।
53 and he schal yeelde to the biere that that is residue of yeeris, while tho yeeris, bi whiche he seruyde bifore, ben rikenyd for hiris; he schal not turmente `that Ebreu violentli in thi siyt.
੫੩ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਹੇ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਨਾ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਵੇਖਦਿਆਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਨੇਰ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ।
54 That if he may not be ayenbouyt bi this, he schal go out with his free children in the `yeer of iubilee; for the sones of Israel ben myn seruauntis,
੫੪ਪਰ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਛੁਡਾਇਆ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਅਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਾਲ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਛੁੱਟ ਜਾਵੇ।
55 whiche Y ledde out of the lond of Egipt.
੫੫ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਦਾਸ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੀ ਦਾਸ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਲਿਆਇਆ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹਾਂ।
