Exodus 16
1 And thei yeden forth fro Helym, and al the multitude of the sones of Israel cam in to deseert of Syn, which is bitwixe Helym and Synai, in the fiftenethe dai of the secunde monethe aftir that thei yeden out of the lond of Egipt.
Nipanaw ang katawhan gikan didto sa Elim, ug miabot ang tanang katilingban sa mga Israelita didto sa kamingawan sa Sin, nga anaa sa tungatunga sa Elim ug Sinai, sa ikanapulo ug lima nga adlaw sa ikaduha nga bulan human sa ilang pagbiya gikan sa yuta sa Ehipto.
2 And al the congregacioun of the sones of Israel grutchide ayens Moises, and ayens Aaron, in the wildirnesse.
Nagbagulbol ang tibuok katilingban sa mga Israelita batok kang Moises ug kang Aaron didto sa kamingawan.
3 And the sones of Israel seiden to hem, We wolden that we hadden be deed bi the `hoond of the Lord in the lond of Egipt, whanne we saten on the `pottis of fleisch, and eeten looues in plentee; whi leden ye vs in to this deseert, that ye schulden sle al the multitude with hungur?
Miingon ang mga Israelita ngadto kanila, “Kung nangamatay lamang unta kami sa mga kamot ni Yahweh didto sa yuta sa Ehipto sa dihang milingkod kami duol sa mga kolon sa karne ug nangaon sa tinapay hangtod nga nangabusog. Apan gidala ninyo kami dinhi sa kamingawan aron nga mangamatay ang tibuok namo nga mga katilingban sa kagutom.”
4 Forsothe the Lord seide to Moises, Lo! Y schal reyne to you looues fro heuene; the puple go out, that it gadere tho thingis that sufficen bi ech day; that Y asaie the puple, whethir it goith in my lawe, ether nai.
Unya miingon si Yahweh kang Moises, “Magpaulan ako ug tinapay gikan sa langit alang kaninyo. Manggawas ang mga tawo ug magtigom ug pagkaon alang lamang nianang adlawa matag adlaw aron masulayan ko sila kung manglakaw ba sila diha sa akong balaod o dili.
5 Sotheli in the sixte dai make thei redi that that thei schulen bere yn, and be it double ouer that thei weren wont to gadere bi ech dai.
Mahitabo kini sa ikaunom nga adlaw, nga magtigom sila ug makaduha pa kaysa ilang natigom sa miagi nga adlaw, ug lutoon nila ang ilang madala.”
6 And Moises and Aaron seiden to alle the sones of Israel, At euentid ye schulen wite that the Lord ledde you out of the lond of Egipt;
Unya miingon si Moises ug si Aaron ngadto sa katawhan sa Israel, “Karong gabhiona masayran ninyo nga si Yahweh mao ang nagpagawas kaninyo gikan sa yuta sa Ehipto.
7 and in the morewetid ye schulen se the glorie of the Lord; for Y herde youre grutchyng ayens the Lord; sotheli what ben we, for ye grutchen ayens us?
Inigkabuntag makita ninyo ang himaya ni Yahweh, tungod kay nadungog niya ang inyong pagbagulbol batok kaniya. Kinsa man kami nga magbagulbol man kamo batok kanamo?”
8 And Moises seide, The Lord schal yyue to you at euentid fleischis to ete, and looues in the morewetid in plentee, for he herde youre grutchyngis, bi which ye grutchiden ayens hym; for whi, what ben we? youre grutchyng is not ayens vs but ayens the Lord.
Miingon usab si Moises, “Masayran ninyo kini sa dihang hatagan kamo ni Yahweh ug karne sa kagabhion ug tinapay sa kabuntagon hangtod nga mangabusog— tungod kay nadungog niya ang inyong pagbagulbol nga inyong gisulti batok kaniya. Kinsa man ako ug si Aaron? Ang inyong mga pagbagulbol dili batok kanamo; kondili batok kini kang Yahweh.”
9 And Moises seide to Aaron, Seie thou to al the congregacioun of the sones of Israel, Neiye ye bifore the Lord, for he herde youre grutchyng.
Miingon si Moises kang Aaron, “Sultihi ang tanang katilingban sa Israel nga, 'Duol kamo sa atubangan ni Yahweh, tungod kay nadungog niya ang inyong mga pagbagulbol.'”
10 And whanne Aaron spak to al the cumpeny of the sones of Israel, thei bihelden to the wildirnesse, and lo! the glorie of the Lord apperide in a cloude.
Nahitabo kini, samtang misulti si Aaron sa tibuok katilingban sa Israel, nga milantaw sila sa kamingawan, ug, tan-awa, mipakita ang himaya ni Yahweh diha sa panganod.
11 Forsothe the Lord spak to Moises,
Unya misulti si Yahweh kang Moises ug miingon,
12 and seide, Y herde the grutchyngis of the sones of Israel; spek thou to hem, At euentid ye schulen ete fleischis, and in the morewtid ye schulen be fillid with looues, and ye schulen wite that Y am `youre Lord God.
“Nadungog ko ang mga pagbagulbol sa katawhan sa Israel. Sultihi sila ug ingna, 'Karong gabii mokaon kamo ug karne, ug inig kabuntag mabusog kamo sa tinapay. Unya masayran ninyo nga ako si Yahweh nga inyong Dios.'”
13 Therfor euentid was maad, and `curlewes stieden and hiliden the castels; and in the morewtid deew cam bi the face of the castels.
Sa pagkagabii na miabot ang mga langgam nga buntog ug milukop sa kampo. Sa pagkabuntag nalukop sa yamog ang tibuok kampo.
14 And whanne it hadde hilid the erthe, a litil thing, and as powned with a pestel, in the licnesse of an hoorfrost on erthe, apperide in the wildirnesse.
Sa dihang nauga na ang yamog, didto sa hawanan sa kamingawan adunay butang nga nipis ug puti nga sama sa ice nga anaa sa yuta.
15 And whanne the sones of Israel hadden seyn that, thei seiden to gidere, Man hu? which signyfieth, what is this? for thei wisten not what it was. To whiche Moises seide, This is the breed, which the Lord hath youe to you to ete.
Sa dihang nakita kini sa katawhan sa Israel, nag-ingnanay sila sa usag-usa, “Unsa man kini?” Wala sila masayod kung unsa kini. Miingon si Moises kanila, “Mao kini ang tinapay nga gihatag ni Yahweh kaninyo aron kan-on.
16 This is the word which the Lord comaundide, Ech man gadere therof as myche as suffisith to be etun, gomor bi ech heed, bi the noumbre of youre soulis that dwellen in the tabernacle, so ye schulen take.
Mao kini ang mga sugo nga gihatag kanila: 'Kinahanglan nga magtigom kamo, ang matag-usa kaninyo, sa gidaghanon nga kinahanglan ninyong kan-on, usa ka omer alang sa matag-usa ka tawo sa gidaghanon sa imong katawhan. Ingon niini ang pagtigom ninyo niini: Pagtigom ug makaon nga paigo sa matag usa ka tawo nga nagpuyo sa imong tolda.'”
17 And the sones of Israel diden so, and thei gaderiden oon more, another lesse;
Gibuhat kini sa katawhan sa Israel. Ang pipila nagtigom ug daghan, ang pipila nagtigom ug diyutay lamang.
18 and thei metiden at the mesure gomor; nethir he that gaderide more had more, nethir he that made redi lesse fond lesse, but alle gaderiden bi that that thei myyten ete.
Sa dihang gitakos nila kini sa omer nga taksanan, kadtong nagtigom ug daghan walay nahibilin nga salin, ug kadtong nagtigom ug diyutay wala makulangi. Nagtigom ang matag-usa ka tawo nga paigo lamang nga mahinagbo ang ilang panginahanglan.
19 And Moises seide to hem, Noon leeue therof in to the morewtid; whiche herden not him,
Unya miingon si Moises kanila, “Kinahanglan nga walay magsalin ug bisan unsa niini hangtod sa buntag.”
20 but summe of hem leften til to the morewtid, and it bigan to buyle with wormes, and it was rotun; and Moises was wrooth ayens hem.
Apan, wala sila namati kang Moises. Ang pipila kanila nagsalin niini hangtod sa pagkabuntag, apan giulod kini ug napan-os. Unya nasuko si Moises kanila.
21 Forsothe alle gaderiden in the morewtid as myche as `miyte suffice to be eten; and whanne the sunne was hoot, it was moltun.
Nagtigom sila niini matag buntag. Nagtigom ang matag-usa ka tawo ug igo nga pagkaon niana nga adlaw. Sa dihang miinit na ang adlaw, natunaw kini.
22 Sotheli in the sixte dai thei gaderiden double metis, that is, `twei gomor by ech man. Forsothe alle the princis of the multitude camen, and telden to Moises, which seide to hem,
Nahitabo kini sa ikaunom ka adlaw nga gidobli nila ang pagtigom sa gidaghanon sa tinapay, duha ka omer sa matag usa ka tawo. Miabot ang tanang mga pangulo sa katilingban ug gisugid kini ngadto kang Moises.
23 This it is that the Lord spak, The reste of the sabot is halewid to the Lord, do ye what euer thing schal be wrouyt to morewe, and sethe ye tho thingis that schulen be sodun; sotheli what euer thing is residue, kepe ye til in to the morewe.
Miingon siya kanila, “Mao kini ang giingon ni Yahweh, 'Ugma ang tiunay nga pagpahulay, ang balaang Adlaw nga Igpapahulay sa pagpasidungog kang Yahweh. Lutoa ang gusto ninyo nga lutoon, ug lagaa ang gusto ninyo nga lagaon. Ang tanan nga mahibilin, igahin kini alang sa inyong kaugalingon hangtod sa buntag.'”
24 And thei diden so as Moises comaundide, and it was not rotun, nether a worm was foundun ther ynne.
Busa gilahi nila kini hangtod sa buntag, sumala sa gisugo ni Moises kanila. Wala kini napan-os, ni adunay mga ulod niini.
25 And Moises seide, Ete ye that in this dai, for it is the sabat of the Lord, it schal not be foundun to dai in the feeld; gadere ye in sixe daies,
Miingon si Moises, “Kan-a kanang pagkaon karong adlawa, kay karon ang adlaw nga gitagana ingon nga Adlaw nga Igpapahulay aron sa pagpasidungog kang Yahweh. Karong adlawa dili na kamo makakaplag niini sa kaumahan.
26 forsothe the sabat of the Lord is in the seuenthe dai, therfor it schal not be foundun.
Tigomon ninyo kini sulod sa unom ka adlaw, apan ang ikapito nga adlaw mao ang Adlaw nga Igpapahulay. Sa adlaw nga Igpapahulay walay na gayoy manna.”
27 The seuenthe dai cam, and summe of the puple yeden out `to gadire, and thei founden not.
Nahitabo kini sa ikapito nga adlaw nga adunay pipila ka mga tawo nga miadto aron sa pagtigom ug manna, apan wala silay nakaplagan.
28 Forsothe the Lord seide to Moises, Hou long `nylen ye kepe my comaundementis, and my lawe?
Unya miingon si Yahweh kang Moises, “Hangtod kanus-a man ninyo supakon ang akong mga sugo ug mga balaod?
29 Se ye that the Lord yaf to you the sabat, and for this he yaf to you in the sixte dai double meetis; ech man dwelle at him silf, noon go out of his place in the seuenthe dai.
Tan-awa, gihatag ni Yahweh kaninyo ang Adlaw nga Igpapahulay. Mao nga sa ikaunom nga adlaw naghatag siya kaninyo ug tinapay nga alang sa duha ka adlaw. Kinahanglan nga ang matag usa kaninyo magpabilin sa iyang kaugalingong dapit; kinahanglan nga walay mogawas sa iyang dapit sa ikapito nga adlaw.”
30 And the puple kepte sabat in the seuenthe dai.
Busa nagpahulay ang katawhan sa ikapito nga adlaw.
31 And the hous of Israel clepide the name therof man, which was whijt as the seed of coriandre, and the taast therof was as of flour with hony.
Gitawag sa mga katawhan sa Israel kini nga pagkaon ug “manna.” Puti kini sama sa liso sa culantro, ug ang lami niini sama sa nipis nga tinapay nga hinimo gikan sa dugos.
32 Forsothe Moises seide, This is the word which the Lord comaundide, Fille thou a gomor therof, and be it kept in to generaciouns to comynge aftirward, that thei knowe the breed bi which Y fedde you in the wildirnesse, whanne ye weren led out of the lond of Egipt.
Miingon si Moises, “Mao kini ang gisugo ni Yahweh: 'Tugoti nga matipigan ang usa ka omer nga manna sa tibuok kaliwatan sa inyong katawhan aron makita sa inyong mga kaliwat ang tinapay nga akong gipakaon kaninyo sa kamingawan, human ko kamo gipagawas gikan sa yuta sa Ehipto.'”
33 And Moises seide to Aaron, Take thou o vessel, and putte therinne man, as myche as gomor mai take, and putte bifore the Lord, to be kept in to youre generaciouns,
Miingon si Moises kang Aaron, “Pagkuha ug usa ka kolon ug ibutang dinhi ang usa ka omer nga manna. Tipigi kini sa atubangan ni Yahweh aron nga matipigan hangtod sa mga kaliwatan sa katawhan.”
34 as the Lord comaundide to Moises; and Aaron puttide that to be kept in the tabernacle.
Sumala sa gisugo ni Yahweh kang Moises, gibutang kini ni Aaron didto tapad sa kasugoan sa kasabotan sulod sa Sudlanan sa Kasabotan.
35 Forsothe the sones of Israel eeten manna in fourti yeer, til thei camen in to the lond abitable; thei weren fed with this mete til thei touchiden the endis of the lond of Canaan.
Mikaon ug manna ang katawhan sa Israel sulod sa 40 ka tuig hangtod nga miabot sila sa yuta nga ilang puy-an. Mikaon sila niini hangtod nga miabot sila sa utlanan sa yuta sa Canaan.
36 Forsothe gomor is the tenthe part of efy.
Karon ang usa ka omer mao ang ikanapulo ka bahin sa epha.
