Deuteronomy 6
1 These ben the comaundementis, and cerymonyes, and domes, whiche youre Lord God comaundide that Y schulde teche you, and that ye do tho in the lond to which ye passen ouer to welde;
Karon kini mao ang sugo, kabalaoran, ug mga tulomanon, nga gisugo ni Jehova nga inyong Dios nga igatudlo kaninyo, aron pagabuhaton ninyo kini didto sa yuta nga pagaadtoan ninyo aron sa pagpanag-iya niini:
2 that thou drede thi Lord God, and kepe alle hise comaundementis, and heestis, whiche Y comaunde to thee, and to thi sones, and sones of sones, in alle the daies of thi lijf, that thi daies be lengthid.
Aron mahadlok ka kang Jehova nga imong Dios, sa pagbantay sa tanan niya nga kabalaoran, ug sa iyang mga sugo, nga akong gisugo kanimo, ikaw, ug ang imong anak nga lalake, ug ang anak nga lalake sa imong anak nga lalake, sa tanang mga adlaw sa imong kinabuhi; ug aron ang imong mga adlaw pagalugwayan.
3 Thou Israel, here, and kepe, that thou do tho thingis whiche the Lord comaundide to thee, and that it be wel to thee, and thou be multiplied more, as the Lord God of thi fadris bihiyte, to yyue to thee a lond flowynge with mylk and hony.
Busa patalinghugi, Oh Israel, ug tinguhaa ang pagbuhat niini; aron mamaayo kini alang kanimo, ug aron pagapadaghanon kamo gayud, ingon sa gisaad kanimo ni Jehova, ang Dios sa imong mga amahan, didto sa yuta nga nagapaagay sa gatas ug dugos.
4 Thou Israel, here, thi Lord God is o God.
Magpatalinghug ka, Oh Israel: Si Jehova nga atong Dios, maoy usa lamang ka Jehova;
5 Thou schalt loue thi Lord God of al thin herte, and of al thi soule, and of al thi strengthe.
Ug higugmaon mo si Jehova nga imong Dios sa bug-os mong kasingkasing, ug sa bug-os mong kalag, ug sa bug-os mong gahum.
6 And these wordis whiche Y comaunde to thee to dai, schulen be in thin herte;
Ug kining mga pulonga, nga gisugo ko niining adlawa, magapaibabaw sa imong kasingkasing:
7 and thou schalt telle tho to thi sones, and thou schalt thenke on tho, sittynge in thin hows, and goynge in the weie, slepynge, and rysinge.
Ug igatudlo mo kini sa dakung kakugi sa imong mga anak, ug magasulti ka mahitungod niini sa magalingkod ikaw sa imong balay, ug sa magalakaw ikaw sa dalan, ug sa imong paghigda ug sa imong pagbangon.
8 And thou schalt bynde tho as a signe in thin hond; and tho schulen be, and schulen be moued bifor thin iyen; and thou schalt write tho in the lyntel,
Ug ihigot mo kini nga timaan sa imong kamot, ug mamahimo kini nga mga timaan sa agtang sa tunga sa imong mga mata;
9 and in the doris of thin hows.
Ug igasulat mo kini sa mga haligi-sa-pultahan sa imong balay, ug sa imong mga ganghaan.
10 And whanne thi Lord God hath brouyt thee in to the lond, for which he swoor to thi fadris, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and hath youe to thee grete citees, and beeste, whiche thou bildidist not,
Ug mahitabo, sa diha nga si Jehova nga imong Dios magapasulod kanimo sa yuta nga gipanumpa niya sa imong mga amahan, kang Abraham, kang Isaac, ug kang Jacob, sa paghatag kanimo, ug mga dagku ug matahum nga mga ciudad nga wala mo matukod,
11 housis fulle of alle richessis, whiche thou madist not, and cisternes, which thou diggedist not, `places of vynes, and `places of olyues, whiche thou plauntidist not,
Ug mga balay nga nadasuk sa tanang mga maayong butang, nga wala nimo pagapun-a, ug mga atabay nga kinalotan nga wala mo pagkalota, mga kaparasan ug kaolivahan nga wala mo pagtamni; magakaon ka ug mabusog;
12 and thou hast ete, and art fillid,
Unya magabantay ka aron dili ka mahikalimot kang Jehova nga nagpagula kanimo gikan sa yuta sa Egipto, gikan sa balay sa kaulipnan.
13 be war diligentli, lest thou foryete the Lord, that ladde thee out of the lond of Egipt, fro the hows of seruage. Thou schalt drede thi Lord God, and thou schalt serue hym aloone, `bi seruyce due to God onely, and thou schalt swere bi his name.
Kahadloki si Jehova nga imong Dios; ug kaniya mag-alagad ka, ug tungod sa iyang ngalan magapanumpa ka.
14 Ye schulen not go aftir alien goddis, of alle hethen men that ben `in youre cumpas;
Dili kamo magasunod sa nagakalainlaing mga dios, sa mga dios sa mga katawohan nga nagalibut kaninyo:
15 for God is a feruent louyere, thi Lord God is in the myddis of thee, lest ony tyme the `strong veniaunce of thi Lord God be wrooth ayens thee, and do awei thee fro `the face of the erthe.
Kay si Jehova nga imong Dios sa taliwala nimo maoy Dios nga abughoan: tingali unya ang kapungot ni Jehova nga imong Dios mosilaub batok kanimo, ug siya magalaglag kanimo gikan sa nawong sa yuta.
16 Thou schalt not tempte thi Lord God, as thou temptidist in the place of temptyng.
Dili kamo magtintal kang Jehova nga inyong Dios, ingon sa inyong pagtintal kaniya didto sa Massa.
17 Kepe thou the comaundementis of thi Lord God, and the witnessyngis, and cerymonyes, whiche he comaundide to thee;
Magabantay kamo nga masingkamuton gayud sa mga sugo ni Jehova nga inyong Dios, ug sa iyang mga pagpamatuod, ug sa iyang kabalaoran, nga gisugo niya kanimo.
18 and do thou that that is plesaunt and good in the siyt of the Lord, that it be wel to thee, and that thou entre, and welde the beste lond, of which the Lord swoor to thi fadris,
Ug buhaton mo ang matarung ug maayo diha sa mga mata ni Jehova; aron mamaayo alang kanimo, ug nga magasulod ikaw ug manag-iya sa yuta nga maayo nga gipanumpa ni Jehova sa imong mga amahan,
19 that he schulde do awey alle thin enemyes bifor thee, as he spak.
Aron sa pagsalikway sa tanan nimo nga mga kaaway gikan sa atubangan mo, ingon sa gipamulong ni Jehova.
20 And whanne thi sone schal axe thee to morewe, that is, in tyme comyng, and schal seie, What wolen these witnessyngis, and cerymonyes, and domes to hem silf, whiche oure Lord God comaundide to vs?
Sa diha nga sa panahon nga umalabut mangutana kanimo ang imong anal nga lalake nga magaingon: Unsa ba ang mga kahulogan sa mga pagpamatuod, ug kabalaoran, ug mga tulomanon nga gisugo kaninyo ni Jehova nga atong Dios?
21 thou schalt seie to hym, We weren `seruauntis of Farao in Egipt, and the Lord ledde vs out of Egipt, in strong hond;
Unya magaingon ikaw sa imong anak nga lalake. Kami naulipon ni Faraon didto sa Egipto: ug si Jehova nagkuha kanamo gikan sa Egipto pinaagi sa kamot nga kusgan;
22 and he dide myraclis, and grete wondris, and werste, `that is, moost peyneful veniaunces, in Egipt, ayens Farao and al his hows, in oure siyt.
Ug si Jehova mipakita ug mga timaan ug mga katingalahan, dagku ug malaglagon didto sa Egipto, kang Faraon, ug sa tibook niya nga balay sa atubangan sa among mga mata;
23 And he ledde vs out therof, that he schulde yyue to vs led yn, the lond of which he swoor to oure fadris.
Ug kami gikuha niya gikan didto, aron sa pagdala kanamo nganhi sa paghatag kanamo sa yuta nga gipanumpa niya sa atong mga amahan.
24 And the Lord comaundide to vs, that we do alle these lawful thingis, and drede oure Lord God, that it be wel to vs in alle the daies of oure lijf, as it is to dai.
Ug si Jehova nagsugo kanamo sa pagbuhat niining tanan nga kabalaoran, ug sa pagkahadlok kang Jehova nga atong Dios, alang kanunay sa among kaayohan, aron nga magahatag siya ug kinabuhi kanamo maingon karon.
25 And he schal be merciful to vs, if we schulen do and kepe alle hise heestis, bifor oure Lord God, as he comaundide to vs.
Ug kini mamahimong pagkamatarung alang kanamo kong pagabantayan namo ang pagtuman niining tibook nga sugo sa atubangan ni Jehova nga atong Dios, ingon sa iyang gisugo kanamo.
