< Psalms 9 >

1 For the Chief Musician. Set to “The Death of the Son.” A Psalm by David. I will give thanks to the LORD with my whole heart. I will tell of all your marvelous works.
I MEN kapina leowa jan nan monion i meler, o kajokajoiia duen japwilim omui dodok kapuriamui kan karoj.
2 I will be glad and rejoice in you. I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.
I men pereperen o polauleki komui o kauleki mar omui; komui me lapalapia,
3 When my enemies turn back, they stumble and perish in your presence.
Pwe re kotin kaloedier ai imwintiti kan, irail pupedier o melar.
4 For you have maintained my just cause. You sit on the throne judging righteously.
Pwe re kotin apwali ia ni ai pun o ai dodok. Komui kainpokedi pon mol omui duen jaunkapun pun amen.
5 You have rebuked the nations. You have destroyed the wicked. You have blotted out their name forever and ever.
Kom kotin kapun on men liki kan o kotin kamela me japun kan, kom kotin kawelar mar arail kokolata.
6 The enemy is overtaken by endless ruin. The very memory of the cities which you have overthrown has perished.
Imwintiti o joredier, a namenokalar melel. Komui kotin wuketedi kanim akan; o jolar, me pan taman irail ada o tou ar akan.
7 But the LORD reigns forever. He has prepared his throne for judgment.
A Ieowa pan kotin kaunda kokolata. A kotin kaonopada mol a, pwen kadeikada.
8 He will judge the world in righteousness. He will administer judgment to the peoples in uprightness.
O a pan kotin kadeikada jappa ni pun, o kakaunda wei kan pun.
9 The LORD will also be a high tower for the oppressed; a high tower in times of trouble.
Ieowa jile pan me jamama kan, jilepa ni anjau apwal.
10 Those who know your name will put their trust in you, for you, LORD, have not forsaken those who seek you.
I me irail, me aja mar omui kin liki komui, pwe komui jota kin muei jan irail, me kin rapaki komui, Main Ieowa.
11 Sing praises to the LORD, who dwells in Zion, and declare among the people what he has done.
Kauleki Ieowa, me kin kaunda nan Jion. Komail padaki on wei kan a wiawia!
12 For he who avenges blood remembers them. He doesn’t forget the cry of the afflicted.
Pwe a kotin taman irail ada o kotin kainoma nta’rail. A jota kin kotin maliela likwir en me jamama kan.
13 Have mercy on me, LORD. See my affliction by those who hate me, and lift me up from the gates of death,
Main Ieowa, kom kotin maki on ia. Re kotin mani ai apwal ren ai imwintiti kan, kom kotin dore ia la jan nan wanim en mela.
14 that I may show all of your praise. I will rejoice in your salvation in the gates of the daughter of Zion.
Pwe i en kajokajoiia duen omui dodok kapuriamui pan wanim en nain Jion, perenki jauaj pa om.
15 The nations have sunk down in the pit that they made. In the net which they hid, their own foot is taken.
Men liki kan pupedi on nan por o, me pein irail weiradar, o nil’rail lodi on injar, me pein irail wiadar.
16 The LORD has made himself known. He has executed judgment. The wicked is snared by the work of his own hands. (Meditation, Selah)
I me kitail ajaki, Ieowa me kotin kapun pun. Me japun kan jalidi on pein ar dodok en pa ar akan. (Jela)
17 The wicked shall be turned back to Sheol, even all the nations that forget God. (Sheol h7585)
Me japun kan en lokidokila nan wajan mela, o men liki kan karoj, me kin monokela Kot. (Sheol h7585)
18 For the needy shall not always be forgotten, nor the hope of the poor perish forever.
Pwe me jamama o jota pan monokinokla kokolata, o me luet akan jota pan kaporoporeki mal kokolata.
19 Arise, LORD! Don’t let man prevail. Let the nations be judged in your sight.
Main, kom kotida! Pwe aramaj ender pwaida, a men liki kan karoj en pakadeikada mo omui.
20 Put them in fear, LORD. Let the nations know that they are only men. (Selah)
Main, kotiki on ir men kamajak, pwe men liki kan en dedeki, me re udan aramaj eta. (Jela)
