Matthew 28
1 Now after the Sabbath, as it began to dawn on the first day of the week, Miriam Magdalene and the other Miriam came to see the tomb.
Nach dem Sabbat aber, als der erste Wochentag anbrach, kam Maria, die Magdalenerin, und die andere Maria, das Grab zu beschauen.
2 Behold, there was a great earthquake, for an angel of the Lord descended from the sky and came and rolled away the stone from the door and sat on it.
Und siehe, es ward ein großes Erdbeben, denn der Engel des Herrn kam vom Himmel herab, trat hinzu, und wälzte den Stein vom Eingang und setzte sich darauf.
3 His appearance was like lightning, and his clothing white as snow.
Es war aber sein Aussehen wie Blitz und sein Kleid weiß wie Schnee.
4 For fear of him, the guards shook, and became like dead men.
Und aus Furcht vor ihm erbebten die Hüter, und wurden wie tot.
5 The angel answered the women, “Don’t be afraid, for I know that you seek Yeshua, who has been crucified.
Der Engel aber antwortete und sprach zu den Weibern: Fürchtete euch nicht, denn ich weiß, daß ihr Jesus den Gekreuzigten sucht.
6 He is not here, for he has risen, just like he said. Come, see the place where the Lord was lying.
Er ist nicht hier, denn er ist auferweckt worden, wie er gesagt hat. Kommt, seht den Ort, wo der Herr lag.
7 Go quickly and tell his disciples, ‘He has risen from the dead, and behold, he goes before you into Galilee; there you will see him.’ Behold, I have told you.”
Und gehet einlend hin, und saget seinen Jüngern, daß er auferweckt worden ist von den Toten. Und siehe, er geht vor euch hin nach Galiläa; daselbst werdet ihr ihn sehen. Siehe, ich habe es euch gesagt.
8 They departed quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to bring his disciples word.
Und sie gingen eilend hinaus aus dem Grabmal, mit Furcht und großer Freude, und liefen, es seinen Jüngern zu verkündigen.
9 As they went to tell his disciples, behold, Yeshua met them, saying, “Rejoice!” They came and took hold of his feet, and worshiped him.
Als sie aber hingingen, es seinen Jüngern zu verkündigen, siehe, da kommt ihnen Jesus entgegen, und spricht: Seid gegrüßt! Sie aber traten hinzu, erfaßten seine Füße, und fielen vor ihm nieder.
10 Then Yeshua said to them, “Don’t be afraid. Go tell my brothers that they should go into Galilee, and there they will see me.”
Da sprach Jesus zu ihnen: Fürchtet euch nicht! Gehet hin, und verkündiget meinen Brüdern, daß sie hingehen nach Galiläa, daselbst werden sie mich sehen.
11 Now while they were going, behold, some of the guards came into the city and told the chief priests all the things that had happened.
Da sie aber hingingen, siehe da kamen etliche von der Wache in die Stadt, und verkündigten den hohen Priestern alles, was geschehen war.
12 When they were assembled with the elders and had taken counsel, they gave a large amount of silver to the soldiers,
Und sie versammelten sich mit den Ältesten, und hielten einen Rat, und gaben Geld genug den Kriegsknechten.
13 saying, “Say that his disciples came by night and stole him away while we slept.
Und sprachen: Saget, seine Jünger kamen des Nachts, und stahlen ihn, als wir schliefen.
14 If this comes to the governor’s ears, we will persuade him and make you free of worry.”
Und wenn dieses dem Landpfleger zu Ohren kommt, so wollen wir ihn beschwichtigen, und schaffen, daß ihr sicher seid.
15 So they took the money and did as they were told. This saying was spread abroad among the Judeans, and continues until today.
Sie aber nahmen das Geld, und taten, wie sie gelehrt warten, und so verbreitete sich diese Rede bei den Juden, bis auf den heutigen Tag.
16 But the eleven disciples went into Galilee, to the mountain where Yeshua had sent them.
Die elf Jünger aber gingen hin nach Galiläa, auf den Berg, dahin sie Jesus beschieden hatte.
17 When they saw him, they bowed down to him; but some doubted.
Und als sie ihn sahen, fielen sie vor ihm nieder; etliche aber zweifelten.
18 Yeshua came to them and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.
Und Jesus trat hinzu, redete mit ihnen, und sprach: Mir ist gegeben alle Gewalt im Himmel und auf Erden.
19 Go and make disciples of all nations, immersing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Darum gehet hin, machet zu (meinen) Jüngern alle Völker (Heiden), indem ihr sie taufet auf den Namen des Vaters und des Sohnes und des heiligen Geistes,
