< Malachi 4 >

1 “For behold, the day comes, burning like a furnace, when all the proud and all who work wickedness will be stubble. The day that comes will burn them up,” says the LORD of Hosts, “so that it will leave them neither root nor branch.
Fa, indro, avy ny andro, mandoro toy na fatana fandoroana izy; ary ny mpirehareha rehetra sy ny mpanao ratsy rehetra dia ho vodivary; ka dia handoro azy ny andro izay ho avy, hoy Jehovah, Tompon’ ny maro, ka tsy hasiany miangana, na ny fakany na ny sampany.
2 But to you who fear my name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in its wings. You will go out and leap like calves of the stall.
Ary hiposaka aminareo, izay matahotra ny anarako, ny Masoandron’ ny fahamarinana, manana fanasitranana ao amin’ ny tanany; ary hivoaka ianareo ka hifalihavanja toy ny zanak’ omby mifahy;
3 You shall tread down the wicked; for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I make,” says the LORD of Hosts.
ary hohitsahinareo ny ratsy fanahy; fa ho lavenona eo ambanin’ ny faladianareo izay amin’ ny andro izay hotendreko, hoy Jehovah, Tompon’ ny maro.
4 “Remember the Torah of Moses my servant, which I commanded to him in Horeb for all Israel, even statutes and ordinances.
Tsarovinareo ny lelan’ i Mosesy mpanompoko, izay nandidiako azy tao Horeba ny amin’ ny Isiraely rehetra, dia ny didy sy ny fitsipika.
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and terrible day of the LORD comes.
Indro, Izaho haniraka an’ i Elia mpaminany ho aminareo, dieny tsy mbola tonga ny andron’ i Jehovah, ilay lehibe sady mahatahotra;
6 He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.”
ary izay hampody ny fon’ ny ray ho amin’ ny zanaka, ary ny fon’ ny zanaka ho amin’ ny rainy, fandrao ho avy Aho hamely ny tany amin’ ny fandringanana.
