Romans 3
1 Then what advantage does the Jew have? Or what is the profit of circumcision?
၁သို့ဖြစ်လျှင်ယုဒလူမျိုးသည် လူမျိုးခြား တို့ထက်အဘယ်သို့သာသနည်း။ သူတို့ အရေဖျားလှီးမင်္ဂလာခံသည့်အတွက် အဘယ်အကျိုးရှိသနည်း။-
2 Much in every way! Because first of all, they were entrusted with the revelations of God.
၂အကျိုးကားအဘက်ဘက်၌များစွာရှိ၏။ ပထမအနေဖြင့်ယုဒအမျိုးသားတို့ သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကိုခံ ယူရရှိကြ၏။-
3 For what if some were without faith? Will their lack of faith nullify the faithfulness of God?
၃အကယ်၍ထိုသူအချို့တို့သည်သစ္စာမဲ့ကြ ခြင်းကြောင့် ဘုရားသခင်သည်လည်းသစ္စာမဲ့ တော်မူမည်ဟုဆိုရမည်လော။-
4 May it never be! Yes, let God be found true, but every man a liar. As it is written, “that you might be justified in your words, and might prevail when you come into judgement.”
၄မည်သည့်နည်းနှင့်မျှဤသို့မဆိုနိုင်။ လူတိုင်း ပင်လိမ်လည်ကြစေကာမူဘုရားသခင်မူ ကား ကတိသစ္စာတည်တော်မူမည်သာဖြစ်၏။ ကျမ်းစာတော်က၊ ``ကိုယ်တော်မိန့်တော်မူသောစကားသည် မှန်ကန်ရမည်။ တရားဆိုင်တော်မူရလျှင်လည်းကိုယ်တော် သာလျှင် အနိုင်ရမည်'' ဟုဖော်ပြသည့်အတိုင်းပင်ဖြစ်၏။
5 But if our unrighteousness commends the righteousness of God, what will we say? Is God unrighteous who inflicts wrath? I speak like men do.
၅သို့ရာတွင်လူအချို့က``ငါတို့၏ဆိုးယုတ်မှု သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ကောင်းမြတ်မှန်ကန်မှုကို ပိုမိုထင်ရှားစေသည်မဟုတ်ပါလော'' ဟု မေးကြလိမ့်မည်။ ငါတို့မည်သို့အဖြေပေး မည်နည်း။ ``ဘုရားသခင်သည်ငါတို့ကို ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူသည်မှာမတရား'' ဟုငါ တို့ဖြေဆိုကြမည်လော။ (ဤသို့ငါဆိုရာ ၌လူတို့ပြောဆိုလေ့ရှိသည့်အတိုင်းပြော လိုက်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။-)
6 May it never be! For then how will God judge the world?
၆``ဘုရားသခင်သည်မတရား'' ဟုအဘယ် နည်းနှင့်မျှမဆိုနိုင်။ အကယ်၍ကိုယ်တော် သည်မတရားပါမူ အဘယ်သို့လျှင်ကမ္ဘာ လောကကိုတရားစီရင်တော်မူနိုင်မည် နည်း။
7 For if the truth of God through my lie abounded to his glory, why am I also still judged as a sinner?
၇အကယ်၍ငါ၏သစ္စာမဲ့မှုသည်ဘုရားသခင် ၏သစ္စာတော်ကိုပိုမိုထင်ရှားစေသောအားဖြင့် ကိုယ်တော်၏ဂုဏ်အသရေတော်ကိုတောက်ပ စေသည်ဆိုပါက အဘယ်ကြောင့်ငါသည် အပြစ်ကူးသူအဖြစ်ဖြင့်အပြစ်ဒဏ်စီရင် ခြင်းကိုခံရသနည်း။-
8 Why not (as we are slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say), “Let’s do evil, that good may come?” Those who say so are justly condemned.
၈``အကောင်းကိုဖြစ်ပွားစေရန်အဆိုးကိုငါ တို့ပြုကြကုန်အံ့'' ဟုဆိုရမည်လော။ ဤကဲ့ သို့ပင်ငါပြောဆိုသည်ဟူ၍လူအချို့က ပြစ်တင်စွပ်စွဲကာငါ့အားစော်ကားကြလေ ပြီ။ ထိုသူတို့သည်အပြစ်ဒဏ်စီရင်ခြင်းကို ခံထိုက်သည်အတိုင်းအမှန်ပင်ခံရကြ လိမ့်မည်။
9 What then? Are we better than they? No, in no way. For we previously warned both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin.
၉သို့ဖြစ်ပါမူငါတို့ယုဒလူမျိုးသည်လူ မျိုးခြားတို့ထက်အဘယ်သို့လျှင် သာလွန် ကောင်းမွန်သည့်အခြေအနေတွင်ရှိကြ သနည်း။ မည်သို့မျှသာလွန်ကောင်းမွန်သည့် အခြေအနေတွင်မရှိကြ။ ယုဒလူမျိုး ရောလူမျိုးခြားပါအပြစ်၏အာဏာစက် အောက်တွင်ရှိကြကြောင်းငါအထက်က ဖော်ပြခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်၏။-
10 As it is written, “There is no one righteous; no, not one.
၁၀ကျမ်းစာတော်တွင်၊``ဖြောင့်မတ်သူဟူ၍ တစ်ယောက်မျှမရှိ။
11 There is no one who understands. There is no one who seeks after God.
၁၁ပညာရှိသူဟူ၍မရှိ။ ဘုရားသခင်ကိုကိုးကွယ်သူ တစ်ယောက်မျှမရှိ။
12 They have all turned away. They have together become unprofitable. There is no one who does good, no, not so much as one.”
၁၂လူအပေါင်းတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကျောခိုင်းသွားကြလေပြီ။ သူတို့အားလုံးပင်လမ်းလွဲကြလေပြီ။ အမှန်တရားကိုပြုကျင့်သူဟူ၍မရှိ။ တစ်ယောက်မျှမရှိ။
13 “Their throat is an open tomb. With their tongues they have used deceit.” “The poison of vipers is under their lips.”
၁၃သူတို့သည်ကြောက်မက်ဖွယ်ကောင်းသော စကားများကိုပြောဆိုကြ၏။ သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့လျှာဖြင့်လိမ်လည်လှည့် စားကြ၏။ မြွေဆိုးကဲ့သို့သူတို့၏နှုတ်ခမ်းတွင် အဆိပ်အတောက်ရှိ၏။
14 “Their mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.”
၁၄သူတို့၏ခံတွင်းသည်ခါးသီးစွာကျိန်စာ သင့်သော စကားနှင့်ပြည့်ဝလျက်ရှိ၏။
15 “Their feet are swift to shed blood.
၁၅သူတို့သည်လူ့အသက်ကိုသတ်ရန်လက်မနှေး ကြ။
16 Destruction and misery are in their ways.
၁၆သူတို့ရောက်လေရာတွင်သူတို့လက်ချက်ဖြင့် ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးမှုရှိ၏။
17 The way of peace, they haven’t known.”
၁၇သူတို့သည်ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးလမ်းစဉ်ကို အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှမလိုက်ကြ။
18 “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”
၁၈သူတို့တွင်ဘုရားသခင်အားကြောက်ရွံ့သော စိတ်မရှိကြ'' ဟူ၍ပါရှိသည့်အတိုင်းဖြစ်သတည်း။
19 Now we know that whatever things the law says, it speaks to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be closed, and all the world may be brought under the judgement of God.
၁၉ပညတ်တရားတွင်ပါရှိသည့်ပြဋ္ဌာန်းချက်မှန် သမျှသည် ပညတ်တရားစိုးမိုးမှုလက်အောက် တွင်ရှိနေသူများအတွက်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းယခု ငါတို့သိကြ၏။ ဤသို့ဖြစ်ရခြင်းအကြောင်း မှာလူတို့၏ဆင်ခြေဆင်လက်မှန်သမျှကို ရပ်စဲစေရန်နှင့် လူသားအပေါင်းတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်၏တရားစီရင်တော်မူခြင်း ကိုခံစေရန်ဖြစ်ပေသည်။-
20 Because by the works of the law, no flesh will be justified in his sight; for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.
၂၀ပညတ်တရား၏ပြဋ္ဌာန်းချက်များကိုစောင့် ထိန်းခြင်းအားဖြင့် အဘယ်သူမျှဘုရားသခင် နှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာမဆက်ဆံနိုင်။ ပညတ်တရား ၏ဆောင်ရွက်ချက်မှာလူတို့သည် မိမိတို့ အပြစ်ကူးလွန်သူများဖြစ်ကြောင်းကို သိရှိလာစေရန်ပင်ဖြစ်၏။
21 But now apart from the law, a righteousness of God has been revealed, being testified by the Torah and the Prophets;
၂၁သို့ရာတွင်ယခုအခါ၌ဘုရားသခင်သည် လူသားအားမိမိနှင့်အဘယ်နည်းဖြင့် မှန်ကန် စွာဆက်ဆံစေကြောင်းသိသာထင်ရှားလာ ပေပြီ။ ဤနည်းသည်တရားဥပဒေနှင့်လုံးဝ မသက်ဆိုင်။ သို့ရာတွင်ဤအကြောင်းကို မောရှေ၏ပညတ်ကျမ်းနှင့်ပရောဖက်ကျမ်း များကသက်သေခံကြ၏။-
22 even the righteousness of God through faith in Yeshua the Messiah to all and on all those who believe. For there is no distinction,
၂၂လူတို့အားဘုရားသခင်နှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာ ဆက်ဆံနိုင်သောနည်းလမ်းမှာယေရှုခရစ် ကိုယုံကြည်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ လူတို့သည်ခြား နားခြင်းမရှိ။-
23 for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;
၂၃လူမှန်သမျှသည်အပြစ်ကူးသူများဖြစ် ကြ၍ဘုရားသခင်၏ရှေ့တော်မှောက်မှဝေး ကွာစွာနေရကြ၏။-
24 being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Messiah Yeshua,
၂၄လူတို့အားအပြစ်မှလွတ်မြောက်စေတော်မူ သောခရစ်တော်ယေရှုကိုအကြောင်းပြု၍ ဘုရားသခင်သည်အခမဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော် အားဖြင့်လူတို့အားမိမိနှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာ ဆက်ဆံစေတော်မူ၏။-
25 whom God sent to be an atoning sacrifice through faith in his blood, for a demonstration of his righteousness through the passing over of prior sins, in God’s forbearance;
၂၅ခရစ်တော်အသေခံတော်မူခြင်းအားဖြင့် လူတို့သည်အပြစ်များမှပြေလွတ်နိုင်ကြ စေရန် ဘုရားသခင်သည်ထိုအရှင်ကိုပူဇော် သကာအဖြစ်သတ်မှတ်တော်မူ၏။ လူတို့သည် ခရစ်တော်ကိုယုံကြည်ခြင်းဖြင့်အပြစ်များ မှပြေလွတ်ခြင်းကိုခံစားရကြ၏။ ဘုရား သခင်သည်ခရစ်တော်ကိုပူဇော်သကာ အဖြစ်သတ်မှတ်တော်မူရခြင်းမှာ ကိုယ် တော်သည်ဖြောင့်မတ်တော်မူသောအရှင်ဖြစ် ကြောင်းကိုပြသရန်ဖြစ်၏။ ယခုခေတ် ကာလအထိဘုရားသခင်သည်စိတ်ရှည် သည်းခံတော်မူပြီးလျှင် လူတို့ကူးလွန်ခဲ့ သည့်အပြစ်များကိုအရေးယူတော်မမူ။ သို့ရာတွင်ယခုခေတ်ကာလ၌ကိုယ်တော် သည် မိမိ၏ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကိုပြသရန် လူတို့၏အပြစ်များကိုအရေးယူတော် မူ၏။ ဤနည်းအားဖြင့်ဘုရားသခင်သည် မိမိကိုယ်တိုင်ပင်ဖြောင့်မတ်တော်မူသော အရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ သခင်ယေရှုအားယုံကြည်သူအပေါင်းတို့ ကို မိမိနှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာဆက်ဆံစေတော်မူ ကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်းဖော်ပြတော်မူ၏။
26 to demonstrate his righteousness at this present time, that he might himself be just and the justifier of him who has faith in Yeshua.

27 Where then is the boasting? It is excluded. By what kind of law? Of works? No, but by a law of faith.
၂၇သို့ဖြစ်၍ငါတို့ဝါကြွားစရာအကြောင်း အဘယ်မှာရှိတော့အံ့နည်း။ ငါတို့ဝါကြွား စရာအကြောင်းမရှိ။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်နည်း။ ပညတ်တရားကိုငါတို့လိုက်နာကျင့်သုံး ကြသည့်အတွက်ကြောင့်လော။ မဟုတ်ပါ။ ယုံကြည်သည့်အတွက်ကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။-
28 We maintain therefore that a man is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.
၂၈ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအားဖြင့်သာလျှင်ကိုယ်တော် နှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာဆက်ဆံခွင့်ကိုရရှိနိုင်ကြောင်း၊ ပညတ်တရားကိုကျင့်သုံးခြင်းအားဖြင့် မရရှိနိုင်ကြောင်းငါတို့ယခုသိကြပြီ ဖြစ်သည်။-
29 Or is God the God of Jews only? Isn’t he the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also,
၂၉ဘုရားသခင်သည်ယုဒအမျိုးသားတို့၏ ဘုရားသာဖြစ်သလော။ လူမျိုးခြားတို့၏ ဘုရားလည်းမဟုတ်လော။ ဟုတ်ပေ၏။-
30 since indeed there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith.
၃၀ဘုရားသခင်သည်တစ်ဆူတည်းဖြစ်တော်မူ ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကြောင့်ယုဒ အမျိုးသားတို့ကို မိမိနှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာဆက် သွယ်စေတော်မူ၏။-
31 Do we then nullify the law through faith? May it never be! No, we establish the law.
၃၁သို့ဖြစ်လျှင်ငါတို့သည်ယုံကြည်ခြင်းဖြင့် ပညတ်တရားကိုပယ်ရာရောက်သလော။ အလျှင်းမပယ်။ ပညတ်တရားကိုထောက်ခံ အတည်ပြုခြင်းသာဖြစ်၏။
