Romans 10
1 Brothers, my heart’s desire and my prayer to God is for Israel, that they may be saved.
၁ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ငါသည်မိမိ၏အမျိုးသား များကယ်တင်ခြင်းခံရစေရန်စိတ်နှလုံး အကြွင်းမဲ့လိုလားတောင့်တလျက် ဘုရား သခင်၏ထံတော်သို့ဆုတောင်း၏။-
2 For I testify about them that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.
၂သူတို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်အား အလွန်ကြည်ညို သူများဖြစ်ကြောင်းကိုငါအာမခံနိုင်၏။ သို့ သော်သူတို့၏ကြည်ညိုမှုနည်းလမ်းသည်မှန် သောအသိပညာအပေါ်၌မတည်။-
3 For being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, they didn’t subject themselves to the righteousness of God.
၃သူတို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်နှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာဆက် သွယ်နိုင်မည့်လမ်းစဉ်ကိုမသိသဖြင့် ထိုလမ်း စဉ်ကိုမလိုက်ဘဲမိမိတို့ကိုယ်တိုင်တီထွင် သည့်လမ်းစဉ်ကိုလိုက်ကြပေသည်။-
4 For Messiah is the fulfilment of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
၄ခရစ်တော်သည်ပညတ်တရားကိုအဆုံး သတ်စေတော်မူပြီဖြစ်ရာယုံကြည်သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်နှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာဆက်သွယ် မှုကိုရရှိကြပြီ။
5 For Moses writes about the righteousness of the law, “The one who does them will live by them.”
၅ပညတ်တရားကိုစောင့်ထိန်းခြင်းအားဖြင့် ဘုရား သခင်နှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာဆက်သွယ်ခြင်းအကြောင်း နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ မောရှေက``ပညတ်တရားကို စောင့်ထိန်းသူသည်အသက်ရှင်လိမ့်မည်'' ဟု ဖော်ပြ၏။-
6 But the righteousness which is of faith says this, “Don’t say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ (that is, to bring Messiah down);
၆သို့ရာတွင်ဘုရားသခင်ကိုယုံကြည်ခြင်းအား ဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင်နှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာဆက်သွယ်ခြင်း နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ကျမ်းစာတော်က ``အဘယ်သူ သည်ကောင်းကင်ဘုံသို့တက်ရပါမည်နည်း။ (ဆိုလိုသည်မှာခရစ်တော်အားအောက်သို့ပင့်ရန်)-
7 or, ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’ (that is, to bring Messiah up from the dead.)” (Abyssos g12)
၇အဘယ်သူသည်မရဏာနိုင်ငံသို့ဆင်းရပါ မည်နည်းဟုမမေးကြနှင့်'' ဟူ၍ဖော်ပြပေ သည်။ (ဆိုလိုသည်မှာခရစ်တော်အားသေခြင်း မှပင့်ရန်)- (Abyssos g12)
8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart;” that is, the word of faith which we proclaim:
၈ကျမ်းစာတော်ကဆိုလိုသည်မှာနှုတ်ကပတ် တရားတော်သည် ``သင်၏နှုတ်၊ သင်၏စိတ်နှလုံး၊ သင်၏အနီး၌ရှိ၏'' ဟူ၍ဖြစ်သည်။ ထိုနှုတ် ကပတ်တရားကားသင်တို့အားငါဟောပြော ကြေညာသည့်ဘုရားသခင်ကိုယုံကြည်ခြင်း နှင့်ဆိုင်သောတရားတော်ပင်ဖြစ်သည်။-
9 that if you will confess with your mouth that Yeshua is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
၉သင်တို့သည်သခင်ယေရှုသည်အရှင်သခင် ဖြစ်တော်မူကြောင်းကိုနှုတ်ဖြင့်ဝန်ခံ၍ ဘုရား သခင်သည်ထိုအရှင်အားသေခြင်းမှရှင်ပြန် ထမြောက်စေတော်မူကြောင်းကို စိတ်နှလုံးထဲ ၌ယုံကြည်ကြလျှင်ဘုရားသခင်သည်သင် တို့ကိုကယ်တင်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။-
10 For with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation.
၁၀အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ငါတို့သည်ယုံကြည် ခြင်းအားဖြင့်ဘုရားသခင်နှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာ ဆက်သွယ်ခွင့်ရ၍ နှုတ်ဖြင့်ဝန်ခံခြင်းအား ဖြင့်ကယ်တင်ခြင်းခံရသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။-
11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.”
၁၁ကျမ်းစာတော်က``မည်သူမဆိုကိုယ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်လျှင်စိတ်ပျက်ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်'' ဟုဆိုသည်။-
12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him.
၁၂ယုဒလူမျိုး၊ လူမျိုးခြားဟူ၍ခွဲခြားမှု မရှိတော့သဖြင့်လူတိုင်းပါဝင်၏။ ဘုရား သခင်သည်လူအပေါင်းတို့၏အရှင်သခင် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၍ ကိုယ်တော်အားဆုတောင်းသမျှ သောသူတို့အားကြွယ်ဝစွာကောင်းချီးပေး တော်မူ၏။-
13 For, “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
၁၃ကျမ်းစာတော်က ``ထာဝရဘုရားရှင်အား ဆုတောင်းသူဟူသမျှတို့သည် ကယ်တင်ခြင်း ကိုခံရကြလိမ့်မည်'' ဟုဖော်ပြသည့်အတိုင်း ဖြစ်သတည်း။
14 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a proclaimer?
၁၄သို့ရာတွင်ထိုသူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုယုံကြည် မှုမရှိလျှင် အဘယ်သို့ကိုယ်တော်ထံသို့ပတ္ထနာ ပြုနိုင်မည်နည်း။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တရားတော်ကို မကြားလျှင်အဘယ်သို့ယုံကြည်နိုင်မည်နည်း။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တရားတော်ကိုဟောပြောကြေညာ သူမရှိလျှင်အဘယ်သို့ကြားနိုင်မည်နည်း။-
15 And how will they proclaim unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who proclaim the Good News of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!”
၁၅ဟောပြောကြေညာသူများကိုမစေလွှတ် လျှင် အဘယ်သို့နှုတ်ကပတ်တရားတော်ကို ဟောပြောကြေညာနိုင်မည်နည်း။ ကျမ်းစာ တော်တွင်ဖော်ပြပါရှိသည်အတိုင်း``သတင်း ကောင်းကိုယူဆောင်လာသူတို့၏ခြေတို့သည် လွန်စွာတင့်တယ်စွတကား။-''
16 But they didn’t all listen to the glad news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?”
၁၆သို့ရာတွင်ထိုသတင်းကောင်းကိုလူတိုင်း မယုံကြ။ ဟေရှာယကိုယ်တိုင်က``အို ထာဝရ ဘုရားရှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကြေညာသောသတင်း ကိုအဘယ်သူယုံပါသနည်း'' ဟုဆိုသည်။-
17 So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
၁၇သို့ဖြစ်၍နှုတ်ကပတ်တရားတော်ကိုကြား နာခြင်းကြောင့်ယုံကြ၏။ ခရစ်တော်အကြောင်း ဟောပြောခြင်းကြောင့်နှုတ်ကပတ်တရားတော် ကိုကြားနာရ၏။
18 But I say, didn’t they hear? Yes, most certainly, “Their sound went out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.”
၁၈သို့ရာတွင်လူတို့သည်ထိုနှုတ်ကပတ်တရား တော်ကိုကြားနာခွင့်မရကြသလောဟုငါ မေးလို၏။ သူတို့သည်ကြားနာခွင့်ကိုအမှန် ပင်ရကြ၏။ ကျမ်းစာတော်က၊ ``နှုတ်ကပတ်တရားတော်ကိုဟောပြောသူတို့၏ အသံသည်ကမ္ဘာမြေတစ်ဝန်းလုံးတွင်ပျံ့နှံ့သွား၏။ သူတို့၏တရားစကားများသည်ကမ္ဘာအစွန် အဖျား သို့တိုင်အောင်ရောက်ရှိလေပြီ'' ဟုဆိုသည့်အတိုင်းပင်ဖြစ်သည်။-
19 But I ask, didn’t Israel know? First Moses says, “I will provoke you to jealousy with that which is no nation. I will make you angry with a nation void of understanding.”
၁၉တစ်ဖန်ငါမေးဦးမည်။ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား တို့သည် ထိုအမှုအရာကိုမသိနားမလည် ကြသလော။ မောရှေက၊ ``ငါသည်မရေရာသောလူမျိုးကိုအသုံးပြု သဖြင့် ငါ၏လူစုတော်အားမနာလိုစိတ်ရှိစေမည်။ မိုက်မဲသောလူမျိုးအားဖြင့်ငါ၏လူစုတော်အား အမျက်ထွက်စေမည်'' ဟုဦးစွာပထမဖြေကြား၏။
20 Isaiah is very bold and says, “I was found by those who didn’t seek me. I was revealed to those who didn’t ask for me.”
၂၀ဟေရှာယက၊ ``ငါ့ကိုမရှာသောသူတို့သည်ငါ့ကိုတွေ့ရှိ ကြ၏။ ငါ၏အကြောင်းကိုမစုံစမ်းမမေးမြန်းသော သူတို့သည်ငါ့ကိုဖူးမြင်ရကြ၏'' ဟုပို၍ပင်ပြတ်သားစွာဆို၏။-
21 But about Israel he says, “All day long I stretched out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people.”
၂၁သို့ရာတွင်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့နှင့် ပတ်သက်၍မူကား``ငါ့ကိုဆန့်ကျင်ပုန်ကန်၍ ငါ၏စကားကိုမနာခံသောလူမျိုးအား ငါသည်တစ်နေကုန်လက်ကမ်းလျက်ရှိ၏'' ဟု ဟေရှာယဆို၏။
