Psalms 149

1 Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of the holy ones.

১তোমার সদাপ্রভুুর প্রশংসা কর। সদাপ্রভুুর উদ্দেশ্যে নতুন গান গাও; বিশ্বাসীদের সমাবেশে তাঁর প্রশংসার গান গাও।

2 Let Israel rejoice in him who made them. Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

২ইস্রায়েল সেই ব্যক্তিতে আনন্দ করুক যিনি তাকে এক জাতি তৈরী করেছেন। সিয়োনের লোকেরা তাদের রাজাতে আনন্দ করুক।

3 Let them praise his name in the dance! Let them sing praises to him with tambourine and harp!

৩তারা নৃত্য সহকারে তাঁর নামের প্রশংসা করুক, খঞ্জনি এবং বীণা বাজিয়ে তাঁর প্রশংসা গান করুক।

4 For the LORD takes pleasure in his people. He crowns the humble with salvation [yeshu`ah].

৪কারণ সদাপ্রভুু তাঁর লোকেদের উপরে আনন্দিত হন, তিনি নম্রদের পরিত্রান দিয়ে মহিমান্বিত করেন।

5 Let the holy ones rejoice in honour. Let them sing for joy on their beds.

৫ধার্মিকরা উল্লাসিত হোক; তারা তাদের বিছানায় আনন্দ গান করুক।

6 May the high praises of God be in their mouths, and a two-edged sword in their hand,

৬তাদের মুখে ঈশ্বরের প্রশংসা হোক এবং তাদের হাতে দু-ধারের তরোয়াল থাকুক;

7 to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples;

৭জাতির ওপর প্রতিহিংসা সম্পাদন করতে এবং লোকেদের ওপর শাস্তি কার্যকর করতে।

8 to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;

৮তারা তাদের রাজাদের শেকল দিয়ে বাঁধুক, তাদের পরিষদবর্গদের লোহার শেকল দিয়ে বাঁধুক।

9 to execute on them the written judgement. All his holy ones have this honour. Praise the LORD!

৯তারা বিচার কার্যকর করুক লিখিতভাবে। এটাই হবে বিশ্বাসীদের জন্য সম্মান। সদাপ্রভুুর প্রশংসা কর।
