< Galatians 1 >

1 Paul, an emissary—not from men, nor through man, but through Yeshua the Messiah, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead—
Paulos, an apostle, not from men, nor by men, but by Jeshu the Meshiha, and Aloha his Father, who raised him from among the dead,
2 and all the brothers who are with me, to the assemblies of Galatia:
and all the brethren who are with me, to the churches which are in Galatia:
3 Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Yeshua the Messiah,
Grace be with you and peace, from Aloha the Father, and from our Lord Jeshu Meshiha,
4 who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us out of this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father— (aiōn g165)
who gave himself for our sins to deliver us from this evil world, according to the will of Aloha our Father: (aiōn g165)
5 to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
to whom be glory to the age of ages. Amen. (aiōn g165)
6 I marvel that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Messiah to a different “good news”,
I am amazed how soon you have been turned from the Meshiha himself, who called you by his grace,
7 but there isn’t another “good news.” Only there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the Good News of Messiah.
unto another gospel, which it is not; but there are men who disturb you, and (who) wish to remove you from the gospel of the Meshiha.
8 But even though we, or an angel from heaven, should proclaim to you any “good news” other than that which we preached to you, let him be cursed.
But if we also, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you other than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.
9 As we have said before, so I now say again: if any man preaches to you any “good news” other than that which you received, let him be cursed.
As I have said before, and now again say to you, If any man preach to you other than what you have received, let him be accursed.
10 For am I now seeking the favour of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? For if I were still pleasing men, I wouldn’t be a servant of Messiah.
For now do I persuade men, or Aloha? or do I seek to please men? For if until now I had pleased men, I should not have been the servant of the Meshiha.
11 But I make known to you, brothers, concerning the Good News which was preached by me, that it is not according to man.
But I make known to you, my brethren, that the gospel which is preached by me was not from man:
12 For I didn’t receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came to me through revelation of Yeshua the Messiah.
for neither from man had I received it and taught it, but by the revelation of Jeshu the Meshiha.
13 For you have heard of my way of living in time past in Judaism, how that beyond measure I persecuted the assembly of God and ravaged it.
For you have heard of my former manners in Judaism, that I exceedingly persecuted the church of Aloha, and made it desolate.
14 I advanced in Judaism beyond many of my own age amongst my countrymen, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers.
And I excelled in Judaism more than many of the sons of my years who were of my kindred, and was exceedingly zealous for the doctrine of my fathers.
15 But when it was the good pleasure of God, who separated me from my mother’s womb and called me through his grace,
But, when He willed who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,
16 to reveal his Son in me, that I might proclaim him amongst the Gentiles, I didn’t immediately confer with flesh and blood,
to reveal his Son in me, that I should preach among the nations, immediately I did not disclose to flesh and to blood;
17 nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were emissaries before me, but I went away into Arabia. Then I returned to Damascus.
neither went I to Urishlem, to the apostles who were before me, but I went into Arabia, and again returned unto Darmsuk.
18 Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to visit Peter, and stayed with him fifteen days.
And after three years I went unto Urishlem, that I might see Kipha, and I remained with him days fifteen.
19 But of the other emissaries I saw no one except Jacob, the Lord’s brother.
But others of the apostles I saw not, only Jakub, the brother of our Lord.
20 Now about the things which I write to you, behold, before God, I’m not lying.
But these which I write to you, behold, before Aloha, that I lie not.
21 Then I came to the regions of Syria and Cilicia.
And after these I went to the regions of Syria and of Cilicia.
22 I was still unknown by face to the assemblies of Judea which were in Messiah,
Neither did the churches of Jihud which are in the Meshiha know me by face.
23 but they only heard, “He who once persecuted us now preaches the faith that he once tried to destroy.”
But this only they had heard, that he who had formerly persecuted us, behold, now preacheth he that faith which he beforetime had overthrown.
24 So they glorified God in me.
And in me they glorified Aloha.
