< Ezekiel 10 >

1 Then I looked, and see, in the expanse that was over the head of the cherubim there appeared above them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.
Ka khet naah, Cherubimnawk ih lu ranuiah Sapphire thlung baktiah kamdueng, Angraeng tangkhang to ka hnuk.
2 He spoke to the man clothed in linen, and said, “Go in between the whirling wheels, even under the cherub, and fill both your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter them over the city.” He went in as I watched.
Anih mah puu ngan khukbuen hoiah kamthoep kami khaeah, Cherubim tlim ah kaom, rel khoknawk salakah caeh ah, Cherubimnawk salak ih thlung hmai kamngaeh to na ban kakoi ah phrom ah loe, vangpui nuiah haeh ah, tiah a naa. Thuih ih lok baktiah kacaeh anih to ka hnuk.
3 Now the cherubim stood on the right side of the house when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court.
To kami a thungah akun naah, Cherubimnawk loe impui hma bantang bangah angdoet o; to naah imthung longhma to tamai mah ayaw khoep.
4 The LORD’s glory mounted up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the LORD’s glory.
Angraeng lensawkhaih loe Cherub khae hoiah angthawk tahang moe, im pui hma thok ranuiah angdoet; tamai mah im pui to ayaw khoep, longhma loe Angraeng lensawkhaih hoiah koi.
5 The sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of God Almighty when he speaks.
Cherubimnawk ih pakhraeh tuenh loe longhma hoiah angthaih, thacak Angraeng mah thuih ih lok baktiah oh.
6 It came to pass, when he commanded the man clothed in linen, saying, “Take fire from between the whirling wheels, from between the cherubim,” that he went in and stood beside a wheel.
Angraeng mah puu ngan khukbuen hoiah amthoep kami khaeah, Cherubimnawk salakah kaom, rel khoknawk salak ih hmai to la ah, tiah a naa; to naah to kami to caeh moe, rel khoknawk taengah angdoet.
7 The cherub stretched out his hand from between the cherubim to the fire that was between the cherubim, and took some of it, and put it into the hands of him who was clothed in linen, who took it and went out.
Cherubim maeto loe ban payangh moe, Cerubimnawk salak ih hmai to lak pacoengah, puu ngan khukbuen hoiah amthoep kami ih ban ah koeng pae; to kami mah hmai to lak moe, caeh.
8 The form of a man’s hand appeared here in the cherubim under their wings.
Cherubimnawk ih pakhraeh tlim ah kamtueng kami ban to ka hnuk.
9 I looked, and behold, there were four wheels beside the cherubim, one wheel beside one cherub, and another wheel beside another cherub. The appearance of the wheels was like a beryl stone.
Ka khet naah, Cherubimnawk taengah rel khok palito ka hnuk, Cherubim maeto mah rel khok maeto tawnh o boih, to rel khoknawk ih rong loe beryl thlung baktiah ampha.
10 As for their appearance, the four of them had one likeness, like a wheel within a wheel.

11 When they went, they went in their four directions. They didn’t turn as they went, but to the place where the head looked they followed it. They didn’t turn as they went.
Nihcae caeh o naah, rel khok anghaehaih hmabang ah kangvan ah caeh o boih; a caeh o naah ahnuk ahma angqoi o ai, mikhmai anghaehaih bangah ni a caeh o, a caeh o naah naa bangah doeh angqoi o ai.

Rel khok palito hoi nihcae ih takpum boih, ahnuk bang, bannawk, pakhraehnawk hoi rel khoknawk taeng boih ah mik to oh.
13 As for the wheels, they were called in my hearing, “the whirling wheels”.
To ih rel khoknawk hanah, Aw Rel khok, tiah kawk o ih lok to ka thaih.
14 Every one of them had four faces. The first face was the face of the cherub. The second face was the face of a man. The third face was the face of a lion. The fourth was the face of an eagle.
Cherubim maeto mah mikhmai palito tawnh o boih; hmaloe koek loe cherub mikhmai baktiah oh, hnetto haih loe kami mikhmai baktiah oh, thumto haih loe kaipui mikhmai baktiah oh, palito haih loe tahmu mikhmai baktiah oh.

Cherubimnawk loe ranui bangah angtoeng o tahang. Khebar vapui taengah hae baktih hinghaih katawn sak ih hmuennawk to ka hnuk.
16 When the cherubim went, the wheels went beside them; and when the cherubim lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the wheels also didn’t turn from beside them.
Cherubimnawk caeh o naah, ataeng ih rel khoknawk doeh angthuih o toeng; Cherubimnawk long hoi ranui bang angtoeng o tahang hanah pakhraeh a boh o naah, rel khoknawk doeh nihcae khae hoi amkhraeng o ving ai.
17 When they stood, these stood. When they mounted up, these mounted up with them; for the spirit of the living creature was in them.

18 The LORD’s glory went out from over the threshold of the house and stood over the cherubim.
To naah Angraeng lensawkhaih mah im pui hma to tacawt taak moe, cherubimnawk nuiah angdoet.
19 The cherubim lifted up their wings and mounted up from the earth in my sight when they went out, with the wheels beside them. Then they stood at the door of the east gate of the LORD’s house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
Ka hma roe ah, cherubimnawk mah pakhraeh to boh o moe, long hoiah angtoengh o tahang; a caeh o naah rel khoknawk doeh nihcae taengah caeh o toeng; kami boih Angraeng im pui ni angzae bang ih khongkha thok taengah angdoet o, nihcae nuiah Israel Sithaw lensawkhaih to oh.
20 This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river Chebar; and I knew that they were cherubim.

22 As for the likeness of their faces, they were the faces which I saw by the river Chebar, their appearances and themselves. They each went straight forward.
