2 Corinthians 1
1 Paul, an emissary of Messiah Yeshua through the will of God, and Timothy our brother, to the assembly of God which is at Corinth, with all the holy ones who are in the whole of Achaia:
ഈശ്വരസ്യേച്ഛയാ യീശുഖ്രീഷ്ടസ്യ പ്രേരിതഃ പൗലസ്തിമഥിർഭ്രാതാ ച ദ്വാവേതൗ കരിന്ഥനഗരസ്ഥായൈ ഈശ്വരീയസമിതയ ആഖായാദേശസ്ഥേഭ്യഃ സർവ്വേഭ്യഃ പവിത്രലോകേഭ്യശ്ച പത്രം ലിഖതഃ|
2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Yeshua the Messiah.
അസ്മാകം താതസ്യേശ്വരസ്യ പ്രഭോര്യീശുഖ്രീഷ്ടസ്യ ചാനുഗ്രഹഃ ശാന്തിശ്ച യുഷ്മാസു വർത്തതാം|
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,
കൃപാലുഃ പിതാ സർവ്വസാന്ത്വനാകാരീശ്വരശ്ച യോഽസ്മത്പ്രഭോര്യീശുഖ്രീഷ്ടസ്യ താത ഈശ്വരഃ സ ധന്യോ ഭവതു|
4 who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
യതോ വയമ് ഈശ്വരാത് സാന്ത്വനാം പ്രാപ്യ തയാ സാന്ത്വനയാ യത് സർവ്വവിധക്ലിഷ്ടാൻ ലോകാൻ സാന്ത്വയിതും ശക്നുയാമ തദർഥം സോഽസ്മാകം സർവ്വക്ലേശസമയേഽസ്മാൻ സാന്ത്വയതി|
5 For as the sufferings of Messiah abound to us, even so our comfort also abounds through Messiah.
യതഃ ഖ്രീഷ്ടസ്യ ക്ലേശാ യദ്വദ് ബാഹുല്യേനാസ്മാസു വർത്തന്തേ തദ്വദ് വയം ഖ്രീഷ്ടേന ബഹുസാന്ത്വനാഢ്യാ അപി ഭവാമഃ|
6 But if we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation. If we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you the patient enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer.
വയം യദി ക്ലിശ്യാമഹേ തർഹി യുഷ്മാകം സാന്ത്വനാപരിത്രാണയോഃ കൃതേ ക്ലിശ്യാമഹേ യതോഽസ്മാഭി ര്യാദൃശാനി ദുഃഖാനി സഹ്യന്തേ യുഷ്മാകം താദൃശദുഃഖാനാം സഹനേന തൗ സാധയിഷ്യേതേ ഇത്യസ്മിൻ യുഷ്മാനധി മമ ദൃഢാ പ്രത്യാശാ ഭവതി|
7 Our hope for you is steadfast, knowing that, since you are partakers of the sufferings, so you are also of the comfort.
യദി വാ വയം സാന്ത്വനാം ലഭാമഹേ തർഹി യുഷ്മാകം സാന്ത്വനാപരിത്രാണയോഃ കൃതേ താമപി ലഭാമഹേ| യതോ യൂയം യാദൃഗ് ദുഃഖാനാം ഭാഗിനോഽഭവത താദൃക് സാന്ത്വനായാ അപി ഭാഗിനോ ഭവിഷ്യഥേതി വയം ജാനീമഃ|
8 For we don’t desire to have you uninformed, brothers, concerning our affliction which happened to us in Asia: that we were weighed down exceedingly, beyond our power, so much that we despaired even of life.
ഹേ ഭ്രാതരഃ, ആശിയാദേശേ യഃ ക്ലേശോഽസ്മാൻ ആക്രാമ്യത് തം യൂയം യദ് അനവഗതാസ്തിഷ്ഠത തന്മയാ ഭദ്രം ന മന്യതേ| തേനാതിശക്തിക്ലേശേന വയമതീവ പീഡിതാസ്തസ്മാത് ജീവനരക്ഷണേ നിരുപായാ ജാതാശ്ച,
9 Yes, we ourselves have had the sentence of death within ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God who raises the dead,
അതോ വയം സ്വേഷു ന വിശ്വസ്യ മൃതലോകാനാമ് ഉത്ഥാപയിതരീശ്വരേ യദ് വിശ്വാസം കുർമ്മസ്തദർഥമ് അസ്മാഭിഃ പ്രാണദണ്ഡോ ഭോക്തവ്യ ഇതി സ്വമനസി നിശ്ചിതം|
10 who delivered us out of so great a death, and does deliver, on whom we have set our hope that he will also still deliver us,
ഏതാദൃശഭയങ്കരാത് മൃത്യോ ര്യോ ഽസ്മാൻ അത്രായതേദാനീമപി ത്രായതേ സ ഇതഃ പരമപ്യസ്മാൻ ത്രാസ്യതേ ഽസ്മാകമ് ഏതാദൃശീ പ്രത്യാശാ വിദ്യതേ|
11 you also helping together on our behalf by your supplication; that, for the gift given to us by means of many, thanks may be given by many persons on your behalf.
ഏതദർഥമസ്മത്കൃതേ പ്രാർഥനയാ വയം യുഷ്മാഭിരുപകർത്തവ്യാസ്തഥാ കൃതേ ബഹുഭി ര്യാചിതോ യോഽനുഗ്രഹോഽസ്മാസു വർത്തിഷ്യതേ തത്കൃതേ ബഹുഭിരീശ്വരസ്യ ധന്യവാദോഽപി കാരിഷ്യതേ|
12 For our boasting is this: the testimony of our conscience that in holiness and sincerity of God, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, we behaved ourselves in the world, and more abundantly towards you.
അപരഞ്ച സംസാരമധ്യേ വിശേഷതോ യുഷ്മന്മധ്യേ വയം സാംസാരിക്യാ ധിയാ നഹി കിന്ത്വീശ്വരസ്യാനുഗ്രഹേണാകുടിലതാമ് ഈശ്വരീയസാരല്യഞ്ചാചരിതവന്തോഽത്രാസ്മാകം മനോ യത് പ്രമാണം ദദാതി തേന വയം ശ്ലാഘാമഹേ|
13 For we write no other things to you than what you read or even acknowledge, and I hope you will acknowledge to the end—
യുഷ്മാഭി ര്യദ് യത് പഠ്യതേ ഗൃഹ്യതേ ച തദന്യത് കിമപി യുഷ്മഭ്യമ് അസ്മാഭി ർന ലിഖ്യതേ തച്ചാന്തം യാവദ് യുഷ്മാഭി ർഗ്രഹീഷ്യത ഇത്യസ്മാകമ് ആശാ|
14 as also you acknowledged us in part—that we are your boasting, even as you also are ours, in the day of our Lord Yeshua.
യൂയമിതഃ പൂർവ്വമപ്യസ്മാൻ അംശതോ ഗൃഹീതവന്തഃ, യതഃ പ്രഭോ ര്യീശുഖ്രീഷ്ടസ്യ ദിനേ യദ്വദ് യുഷ്മാസ്വസ്മാകം ശ്ലാഘാ തദ്വദ് അസ്മാസു യുഷ്മാകമപി ശ്ലാഘാ ഭവിഷ്യതി|
15 In this confidence, I was determined to come first to you, that you might have a second benefit,
അപരം യൂയം യദ് ദ്വിതീയം വരം ലഭധ്വേ തദർഥമിതഃ പൂർവ്വം തയാ പ്രത്യാശയാ യുഷ്മത്സമീപം ഗമിഷ്യാമി
16 and by you to pass into Macedonia, and again from Macedonia to come to you, and to be sent forward by you on my journey to Judea.
യുഷ്മദ്ദേശേന മാകിദനിയാദേശം വ്രജിത്വാ പുനസ്തസ്മാത് മാകിദനിയാദേശാത് യുഷ്മത്സമീപമ് ഏത്യ യുഷ്മാഭി ര്യിഹൂദാദേശം പ്രേഷയിഷ്യേ ചേതി മമ വാഞ്ഛാസീത്|
17 When I therefore planned this, did I show fickleness? Or the things that I plan, do I plan according to the flesh, that with me there should be the “Yes, yes” and the “No, no?”
ഏതാദൃശീ മന്ത്രണാ മയാ കിം ചാഞ്ചല്യേന കൃതാ? യദ് യദ് അഹം മന്ത്രയേ തത് കിം വിഷയിലോകഇവ മന്ത്രയാണ ആദൗ സ്വീകൃത്യ പശ്ചാദ് അസ്വീകുർവ്വേ?
18 But as God is faithful, our word towards you was not “Yes and no.”
യുഷ്മാൻ പ്രതി മയാ കഥിതാനി വാക്യാന്യഗ്രേ സ്വീകൃതാനി ശേഷേഽസ്വീകൃതാനി നാഭവൻ ഏതേനേശ്വരസ്യ വിശ്വസ്തതാ പ്രകാശതേ|
19 For the Son of God, Yeshua the Messiah, who was preached amongst you by us—by me, Silvanus, and Timothy—was not “Yes and no,” but in him is “Yes.”
മയാ സില്വാനേന തിമഥിനാ ചേശ്വരസ്യ പുത്രോ യോ യീശുഖ്രീഷ്ടോ യുഷ്മന്മധ്യേ ഘോഷിതഃ സ തേന സ്വീകൃതഃ പുനരസ്വീകൃതശ്ച തന്നഹി കിന്തു സ തസ്യ സ്വീകാരസ്വരൂപഏവ|
20 For however many are the promises of God, in him is the “Yes.” Therefore also through him is the “Amen”, to the glory of God through us.
ഈശ്വരസ്യ മഹിമാ യദ് അസ്മാഭിഃ പ്രകാശേത തദർഥമ് ഈശ്വരേണ യദ് യത് പ്രതിജ്ഞാതം തത്സർവ്വം ഖ്രീഷ്ടേന സ്വീകൃതം സത്യീഭൂതഞ്ച|
21 Now he who establishes us with you in Messiah and anointed us is God,
യുഷ്മാൻ അസ്മാംശ്ചാഭിഷിച്യ യഃ ഖ്രീഷ്ടേ സ്ഥാസ്നൂൻ കരോതി സ ഈശ്വര ഏവ|
22 who also sealed us and gave us the down payment of the Spirit in our hearts.
സ ചാസ്മാൻ മുദ്രാങ്കിതാൻ അകാർഷീത് സത്യാങ്കാരസ്യ പണഖരൂപമ് ആത്മാനം അസ്മാകമ് അന്തഃകരണേഷു നിരക്ഷിപച്ച|
23 But I call God for a witness to my soul, that to spare you, I didn’t come to Corinth.
അപരം യുഷ്മാസു കരുണാം കുർവ്വൻ അഹമ് ഏതാവത്കാലം യാവത് കരിന്ഥനഗരം ന ഗതവാൻ ഇതി സത്യമേതസ്മിൻ ഈശ്വരം സാക്ഷിണം കൃത്വാ മയാ സ്വപ്രാണാനാം ശപഥഃ ക്രിയതേ|
24 We don’t control your faith, but are fellow workers with you for your joy. For you stand firm in faith.
വയം യുഷ്മാകം വിശ്വാസസ്യ നിയന്താരോ ന ഭവാമഃ കിന്തു യുഷ്മാകമ് ആനന്ദസ്യ സഹായാ ഭവാമഃ, യസ്മാദ് വിശ്വാസേ യുഷ്മാകം സ്ഥിതി ർഭവതി|
