1 Timothy 3
1 This is a faithful saying: someone who seeks to be an overseer desires a good work.
«Əgǝr birsi jamaǝtkǝ yetǝkqi boluxⱪa intilsǝ, u güzǝl bir wǝzipini arzu ⱪilƣan bolidu» degǝn bu sɵz ⱨǝⱪtur.
2 The overseer therefore must be without reproach, the husband of one wife, temperate, sensible, modest, hospitable, good at teaching;
Əmdi yetǝkqi bolsa ǝyibsiz, bir hotunluⱪ, salmaⱪ, pǝmlik, ǝdǝplik, meⱨmandost, Huda toƣrisida tǝlim berǝlǝydiƣan boluxi,
3 not a drinker, not violent, not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not covetous;
xundaⱪla ⱨaraⱪkǝx wǝ zorawan bolmasliⱪi, mulayim boluxi, sǝpra, nǝpsaniyǝtqi bolmasliⱪi,
4 one who rules his own house well, having children in subjection with all reverence;
ǝz ailisini yahxi baxⱪuralaydiƣan boluxi, tolimu salapǝtlik bilǝn pǝrzǝntlirini ata-anisiƣa boysunidiƣan ⱪilip tǝrbiyiliyǝlǝydiƣan kixi boluxi kerǝk.
5 (for how could someone who doesn’t know how to rule his own house take care of God’s assembly?)
Qünki birsi ɵz ailisini baxⱪuruxni bilmisǝ, u Hudaning jamaitidin ⱪandaⱪmu hǝwǝr alalisun?
6 not a new convert, lest being puffed up he fall into the same condemnation as the devil.
[Yetǝkqi] yengi etiⱪadqilardin bolmisun; undaⱪ bolsa, u tǝkǝbburlixip ketixi mumkin, xuningdǝk Xǝytanning ǝyibigǝ kirip, u uqriƣan ⱨɵkümgǝ qüxidu.
7 Moreover he must have good testimony from those who are outside, to avoid falling into reproach and the snare of the devil.
U [jamaǝtning] sirtidikilǝr tǝripidinmu obdan tǝriplinidiƣan boluxi kerǝk; xundaⱪ bolƣanda, u baxⱪilarning ⱪarilixiƣa uqrimaydu, Xǝytanning ⱪiltiⱪiƣa qüxmǝydu.
8 Servants, in the same way, must be reverent, not double-tongued, not addicted to much wine, not greedy for money,
Huddi [yetǝkqilǝrgǝ] ohxax, jamaǝtning hizmǝtkarlirimu salmaⱪ, ikki hil gǝp ⱪilmaydiƣan, ⱨaraⱪ-xarabⱪa berilmǝydiƣan, nǝpsaniyǝtqi bolmiƣan kixilǝrdin boluxi,
9 holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.
pak wijdani bilǝn etiⱪadning sirini qing tutidiƣan boluxi lazim.
10 Let them also first be tested; then let them serve if they are blameless.
Bundaⱪ adǝmlǝrnimu aldi bilǝn sinap kɵrüp, ǝyib tǝrǝpliri bolmisa, andin hizmǝt wǝzipisigǝ ⱪoyuxⱪa bolidu.
11 Their wives in the same way must be reverent, not slanderers, temperate, and faithful in all things.
Xuningdǝk, bu hizmǝtkarlarning ayallirimu tǝmkin, pitnǝ-pasat ⱪilmaydiƣan, salmaⱪ wǝ ⱨǝrⱪandaⱪ ixta ixǝnqlik bolƣanlardin boluxi lazim.
12 Let servants be husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
Hizmǝtkarlar bir hotunluⱪ, ɵz pǝrzǝntliri wǝ ailisini yahxi baxⱪuridiƣan kixilǝrdin bolsun.
13 For those who have served well gain for themselves a good standing and great boldness in the faith which is in Messiah Yeshua.
Hizmǝtkarning wǝzipisini obdan orunƣanlar ɵzi üqün yahxi nam-ataⱪⱪa sazawǝr bolidu wǝ Mǝsiⱨ Əysada bolƣan etiⱪadta zor jür’ǝt-ixǝnqkǝ erixidu.
14 These things I write to you, hoping to come to you shortly,
Mǝn gǝrqǝ pat arida yeningƣa yetip berixni arzu ⱪilsammu, yǝnila bu hǝtni yazdim;
15 but if I wait long, that you may know how men ought to behave themselves in God’s house, which is the assembly of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
Mubada mǝn ⱨayal bolup ⱪalsam, hǝttin Hudaning ailisi arisida ɵzüngni ⱪandaⱪ tutux kerǝklikini bilisǝn. Bu ailǝ bolsa tirik Hudaning jamaiti, ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtning tüwrüki wǝ tǝglikidur.
16 Without controversy, the mystery of godliness is great: God was revealed in the flesh, justified in the spirit, seen by angels, preached amongst the nations, believed on in the world, and received up in glory.
Ⱨǝmmǝylǝn etirap ⱪilmay turalmayduki, ihlasmǝnlikning siri büyüktur: — «Ɵzi insan tenidǝ ayan boldi, Roⱨ Uning ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪini ispatlidi, Pǝrixtilǝrgǝ u kɵründi, Uning hǝwiri pütkül ǝllǝrgǝ jakarlandi, Jaⱨanda Uningƣa iman kǝltürüldi, U xan-xǝrǝp iqidǝ ǝrxkǝ kɵtürüldi».
