1 Corinthians 6

1 Dare any of you, having a matter against his neighbour, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the holy ones?

2 Don’t you know that the holy ones will judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

Saanyo kadi nga ammo nga ukomento dagiti namati ti lubong? Ken no ukomenyonto ti lubong, saanyo kadi a kabaelan nga urnosen dagiti saan a napateg a banbanag?

3 Don’t you know that we will judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life?

Saanyo kadi nga ammo nga ukomentayonto dagiti anghel? Saan kadi nga ad-adda pay a mabalintayo nga ukomen dagiti banbanag iti daytoy a biag?

4 If then you have to judge things pertaining to this life, do you set them to judge who are of no account in the assembly?

Ket no masapul a mangukomkayo maipapan iti inaldaw a panagbiag, apay nga idatdatagyo dagiti kasta a banbanag a kas kadagitoy iti sangoanan dagiti awan ti saadna iti iglesia?

5 I say this to move you to shame. Isn’t there even one wise man amongst you who would be able to decide between his brothers?

Ibagak daytoy para ti pannakaibabainyo. Awan kadi iti masirib kadakayo a mangurnos iti riri iti nagbabaetan dagiti kakabsat a lallaki ken babbai?

6 But brother goes to law with brother, and that before unbelievers!

Ngem kas mapaspasamak, mapan ti maysa a namati iti pangukoman maibusor iti sabali a namati, ken naidatag dayta a banag iti sangoanan ti saan a namati nga ukom!

7 Therefore it is already altogether a defect in you that you have lawsuits one with another. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded?

Ti kinapudno nga adda ti aniaman a riri iti nagbabaetan dagiti Kristiano ket pannakaabaken para kadakayo. No ngay ngata sagabaenyo iti dakes? No ngay ngata itulokyo laengen dagiti bagbagiyo a makusitan?

8 No, but you yourselves do wrong and defraud, and that against your brothers.

Ngem ginuliban ken kinusitanyo dagiti dadduma, ken dagitoy ket bukodyo a kakabsat a lallaki ken babbai!

9 Or don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals,

Saanyo kadi nga ammo a saanto a matawid dagiti saan a nalinteg ti pagarian iti Dios? Saanyo a patien dagiti inuulbod. Dagiti naderrep, dagiti agrukbab kadagiti didiosen, dagiti mannakikamalala, dagiti lallaki a balangkantis, dagiti aggartem ti padada a lalaki wenno padada a babai,

10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom.

dagiti agtatakaw, dagiti naagum, dagiti mammartek, dagiti mamadpadakes, ken dagiti manangallilaw—awan kadakuada ti makatawid iti pagarian ti Dios.

11 Some of you were such, but you were washed. You were sanctified. You were justified in the name of the Lord Yeshua, and in the Spirit of our God.

Ket kasta ti sumagmamano kadakayo. Ngem nadalusankayon, ngem naidatonkayon iti Dios, ngem napalintegkayon iti Dios iti nagan ni Apo Jesu Cristo ken babaen iti Espiritu ti Diostayo.

12 “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are expedient. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be brought under the power of anything.

“Amin a banag ket nalinteg para kaniak,” ngem saan nga amin a banbanag ket makaipaay iti pagimbagan. “Amin a banag ket nalinteg para kaniak,” ngem saanakto nga agpaituray iti aniaman kadagitoy.

13 “Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods,” but God will bring to nothing both it and them. But the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.

“Ti makan ket para iti tian, ken ti tian ket para iti makan,” ngem agpadpadanto a gibusan ti Dios ida. Ti bagi ket saan a naaramid para iti kinaderrep. Ngem ketdi, ti bagi ket para iti Apo, ken mangipasabet ti Apo para iti bagi.

14 Now God raised up the Lord, and will also raise us up by his power.

Pinagungar iti Dios ti Apo ken pagungarennatayunto met babaen iti pannakabalinna.

15 Don’t you know that your bodies are members of Messiah? Shall I then take the members of Messiah and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be!

Saanyo kadi nga ammo a kamkameng ni Cristo ti bagiyo? Iyadayok kadi dagiti kamkameng ni Cristo ken itiponko iti maysa a balangkantis? Saan a mabalin!

16 Or don’t you know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For, “The two”, he says, “will become one flesh.”

Saanyo kadi nga ammo a ti makitipon iti balangkantis ket agbalin a maysa a lasag kenkuana? Kas kinuna ti Nasantoan a Surat, “Agbalinto a maysa a lasag dagiti dua.”

17 But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit.

Ngem ti naitipon iti Apo ket agbalin a maysa nga espiritu kenkuana.

18 Flee sexual immorality! “Every sin that a man does is outside the body,” but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.

Umadayokayo manipud iti kinaderrep! “Tunggal sabali a basol a maaramid ti maysa a tao ket adda ti ruar iti bagi,” ngem ti naderrep a tao ket agbasbasol iti bukodna a bagi.

19 Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own,

Saanyo kadi nga ammo a ti bagiyo ket templo ti Espiritu Santo, nga agnanaed kadakayo, nga adda kadakayo manipud iti Dios? Saanyo kadi nga ammo a saanyo a kukua ti bukodyo?

20 for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

Ta nagatangkayo ti nangina. Ngarud dayawenyo ti Dios babaen ti bagiyo.
