Revelation 7
1 After this, I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, so that no wind would blow on the earth, or on the sea, or on any tree.
Después de esto vi cuatro ángeles que estaban de pie en los cuatro ángulos de la tierra y detenían los cuatro vientos de la tierra para que no soplase viento sobre la tierra, ni sobre el mar, ni sobre árbol alguno.
2 I saw another angel ascend from the sunrise, having the seal of the living God. He cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was given to harm the earth and the sea,
Y vi a otro ángel que subía del Oriente y tenía el sello del Dios vivo, y clamó a gran voz a los cuatro ángeles, a quienes había sido dado hacer daño a la tierra y al mar;
3 saying, “Don’t harm the earth, the sea, or the trees, until we have sealed the bondservants of our God on their foreheads!”
y dijo: “No hagáis daño a la tierra, ni al mar, ni a los árboles, hasta que hayamos sellado a los siervos de nuestro Dios en sus frentes”.
4 I heard the number of those who were sealed, one hundred forty-four thousand, sealed out of every tribe of the children of Israel:
Y oí el número de los que fueron sellados: ciento cuarenta y cuatro mil sellados de todas las tribus de los hijos de Israel;
5 of the tribe of Judah twelve thousand were sealed, of the tribe of Reuben twelve thousand, of the tribe of Gad twelve thousand,
de la tribu de Judá doce mil sellados, de la tribu de Rubén doce mil, de la tribu de Gad doce mil,
6 of the tribe of Asher twelve thousand, of the tribe of Naphtali twelve thousand, of the tribe of Manasseh twelve thousand,
de la tribu de Aser doce mil, de la tribu de Neftalí doce mil, de la tribu de Manasés doce mil,
7 of the tribe of Simeon twelve thousand, of the tribe of Levi twelve thousand, of the tribe of Issachar twelve thousand,
de la tribu de Simeón doce mil, de la tribu de Leví doce mil, de la tribu de Isacar doce mil,
8 of the tribe of Zebulun twelve thousand, of the tribe of Joseph twelve thousand, and of the tribe of Benjamin twelve thousand were sealed.
de la tribu de Zabulón doce mil, de la tribu de José doce mil, de la tribu de Benjamín doce mil sellados.
9 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no man could count, out of every nation and of all tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.
Después de esto miré, y había una gran muchedumbre que nadie podía contar, de entre todas las naciones, tribus, pueblos y lenguas, que estaban de pie ante el trono y ante el Cordero, vestidos de túnicas blancas, con palmas en sus manos;
10 They cried with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation be to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
y clamaban a gran voz diciendo: “La salud es de nuestro Dios que está sentado en el trono, y del Cordero”.
11 All the angels were standing around the throne, the elders, and the four living creatures; and they fell on their faces before his throne, and worshiped God,
Y todos los ángeles que estaban de pie alrededor del trono y de los ancianos y de los cuatro vivientes cayeron sobre sus rostros ante el trono y adoraron a Dios,
12 saying, “Amen! Blessing, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honor, power, and might, be to our God forever and ever! Amen.” (aiōn g165)
diciendo: “Amén, la alabanza, la gloria, la sabiduría, la gratitud, el honor, el poder y la fuerza a nuestro Dios por los siglos de los siglos. Amén”. (aiōn g165)
13 One of the elders answered, saying to me, “These who are arrayed in the white robes, who are they, and where did they come from?”
Y uno de los ancianos, tomando la palabra, me preguntó; “Estos que están vestidos de túnicas blancas, ¿quiénes son y de dónde han venido?”
14 I told him, “My lord, you know.” He said to me, “These are those who came out of the great suffering. They washed their robes and made them white in the Lamb’s blood.
Y yo le dije: “Señor mío, tú lo sabes”. Y él me contestó: “Estos son los que vienen de la gran tribulación, y lavaron sus vestidos, y los blanquearon en la sangre del Cordero.
15 Therefore they are before the throne of God, and they serve him day and night in his temple. He who sits on the throne will spread his tabernacle over them.
Por eso están delante del trono de Dios, y le adoran día y noche en su templo; y el que está sentado en el trono fijará su morada con ellos.
16 They will never be hungry or thirsty any more. The sun won’t beat on them, nor any heat;
Ya no tendrán hambre ni sed; nunca más los herirá el sol ni ardor alguno;
17 for the Lamb who is in the middle of the throne shepherds them and leads them to springs of life-giving waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
porque el Cordero, que está en medio, frente al trono, será su pastor, y los guiará a las fuentes de las aguas de la vida; y Dios les enjugará toda lágrima de sus ojos”.
