1 Samuel 18
1 When he had finished speaking to Saul, the soul of Jonathan was knit with the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul.
Давид сфыршисе де ворбит ку Саул. Ши, де атунч, суфлетул луй Ионатан с-а алипит де суфлетул луй Давид ши Ионатан л-а юбит ка пе суфлетул дин ел.
2 Saul took him that day, and wouldn’t let him go home to his father’s house any more.
Ын ачеяшь зи, Саул а оприт пе Давид ши ну л-а лэсат сэ се ынтоаркэ ын каса татэлуй сэу.
3 Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul.
Ионатан а фэкут легэмынт ку Давид, пентру кэ-л юбя ка пе суфлетул луй.
4 Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was on him and gave it to David with his clothing, even including his sword, his bow, and his sash.
А скос мантауа пе каре о пурта, ка с-о дя луй Давид, ши й-а дат хайнеле сале, кяр сабия, аркул ши чингэтоаря луй.
5 David went out wherever Saul sent him, and behaved himself wisely; and Saul set him over the men of war. It was good in the sight of all the people, and also in the sight of Saul’s servants.
Давид се дучя ши избутя орьунде ыл тримитя Саул; а фост пус де Саул ын фрунтя оаменилор де рэзбой ши ера плэкут ынтрегулуй попор, кяр ши служиторилор луй Саул.
6 As they came, when David returned from the slaughter of the Philistine, the women came out of all the cities of Israel, singing and dancing, to meet King Saul with tambourines, with joy, and with instruments of music.
Пе кынд веняу ей, ла ынтоарчеря луй Давид де ла оморыря филистянулуй, фемеиле ау ешит дин тоате четэциле луй Исраел ынаинтя ымпэратулуй Саул, кынтынд ши жукынд, ын сунетул тимпанелор ши алэутелор, ши скоцынд стригэте де букурие.
7 The women sang to one another as they played, and said, “Saul has slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands.”
Фемеиле каре кынтау ышь рэспундяу унеле алтора ши зичяу: „Саул а бэтут мииле луй, яр Давид, зечиле луй де мий.”
8 Saul was very angry, and this saying displeased him. He said, “They have credited David with ten thousands, and they have only credited me with thousands. What can he have more but the kingdom?”
Саул с-а мыният фоарте таре ши ну й-а плэкут ворба ачаста. Ел а зис: „Луй Давид ый дау зечь де мий ши мие-мь дау мий! Ну-й май липсеште декыт ымпэрэция.”
9 Saul watched David from that day and forward.
Ши, дин зиуа ачея, Саул а привит ку окь рэй пе Давид.
10 On the next day, an evil spirit from God came mightily on Saul, and he prophesied in the middle of the house. David played with his hand, as he did day by day. Saul had his spear in his hand;
А доуа зи, духул чел рэу, тримис де Думнезеу, а апукат пе Саул, каре с-а ынфурият ын мижлокул касей. Давид кынта, ка ши ын челелалте зиле, ши Саул ера ку сулица ын мынэ.
11 and Saul threw the spear, for he said, “I will pin David to the wall!” David escaped from his presence twice.
Саул а ридикат сулица, зикынду-шь ын сине: „Вой пирони пе Давид де перете.” Дар Давид с-а ферит де ел де доуэ орь.
12 Saul was afraid of David, because Yahweh was with him, and had departed from Saul.
Саул се темя де Давид, пентру кэ Домнул ера ку Давид ши Се депэртасе де ла ел.
13 Therefore Saul removed him from his presence, and made him his captain over a thousand; and he went out and came in before the people.
Л-а ындепэртат де лынгэ ел ши л-а пус май-маре песте о мие де оамень. Давид ешя ши интра ын фрунтя попорулуй;
14 David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and Yahweh was with him.
избутя ын тот че фэчя ши Домнул ера ку ел.
15 When Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he stood in awe of him.
Саул, вэзынд кэ избутя тотдяуна, се темя де ел,
16 But all Israel and Judah loved David; for he went out and came in before them.
дар тот Исраелул ши Иуда юбяу пе Давид, пентру кэ ешя ши интра ын фрунтя лор.
17 Saul said to David, “Behold, my elder daughter Merab. I will give her to you as wife. Only be valiant for me, and fight Yahweh’s battles.” For Saul said, “Don’t let my hand be on him, but let the hand of the Philistines be on him.”
Саул а зис луй Давид: „Ятэ, ыць вой да де невастэ пе фийкэ-мя чя май маре, Мераб, нумай сэ-мь служешть ку витежие ши сэ порць рэзбоаеле Домнулуй.” Дар Саул ышь зичя: „Ну вряу сэ-мь пун мына мя пе ел, чи мына филистенилор сэ фие асупра луй.”
18 David said to Saul, “Who am I, and what is my life, or my father’s family in Israel, that I should be son-in-law to the king?”
Давид а рэспунс луй Саул: „Чине сунт еу ши че есте вяца мя, че есте фамилия татэлуй меу ын Исраел, ка сэ фиу ӂинереле ымпэратулуй?”
19 But at the time when Merab, Saul’s daughter, should have been given to David, she was given to Adriel the Meholathite as wife.
Венинд время кынд Мераб, фата луй Саул, авя сэ фие датэ луй Давид, еа а фост датэ де невастэ луй Адриел дин Мехола.
20 Michal, Saul’s daughter, loved David; and they told Saul, and the thing pleased him.
Микал, фата луй Саул, юбя пе Давид. Ау спус луй Саул, ши лукрул й-а плэкут.
21 Saul said, I will give her to him, that she may be a snare to him and that the hand of the Philistines may be against him. Therefore Saul said to David a second time, “You shall today be my son-in-law.”
Ел ышь зичя: „Й-о вой да ка сэ-й фие о курсэ ши сэ кадэ суб мына филистенилор.” Ши Саул а зис луй Давид пентру а доуа оарэ: „Астэзь ымь вей фи ӂинере.”
22 Saul commanded his servants, “Talk with David secretly, and say, ‘Behold, the king has delight in you, and all his servants love you. Now therefore be the king’s son-in-law.’”
Саул а дат служиторилор сэй урмэтоаря порункэ: „Ворбиць ын тайнэ луй Давид ши спунеци-й: ‘Ятэ кэ ымпэратул е биневоитор фацэ де тине ши тоць служиторий луй те юбеск; фий акум ӂинереле ымпэратулуй.’”
23 Saul’s servants spoke those words in the ears of David. David said, “Does it seem to you a light thing to be the king’s son-in-law, since I am a poor man and little known?”
Служиторий луй Саул ау спус ачесте лукрурь ла урекиле луй Давид. Ши Давид а рэспунс: „Кредець кэ есте ушор сэ фий ӂинереле ымпэратулуй? Еу сунт ун ом сэрак ши де пуцинэ ынсемнэтате.”
24 The servants of Saul told him, saying, “David spoke like this.”
Служиторий луй Саул й-ау спус че рэспунсесе Давид.
25 Saul said, “Tell David, ‘The king desires no dowry except one hundred foreskins of the Philistines, to be avenged of the king’s enemies.’” Now Saul thought he would make David fall by the hand of the Philistines.
Саул а зис: „Аша сэ ворбиць луй Давид: ‘Ымпэратул ну чере ничо зестре; чи дореште о сутэ де препуцурь де але филистенилор, ка сэ-шь рэзбуне пе врэжмаший луй.’” Саул авя де гынд сэ факэ пе Давид сэ кадэ ын мыниле филистенилор.
26 When his servants told David these words, it pleased David well to be the king’s son-in-law. Before the deadline,
Служиторий луй Саул ау спус ачесте кувинте луй Давид, ши Давид а примит че и се черусе ка сэ фие ӂинереле ымпэратулуй. Ынаинте де время хотэрытэ,
27 David arose and went, he and his men, and killed two hundred men of the Philistines. Then David brought their foreskins, and they gave them in full number to the king, that he might be the king’s son-in-law. Then Saul gave him Michal his daughter as wife.
Давид с-а скулат, а плекат ку оамений луй ши а учис доуэ суте де оамень динтре филистень; ле-а адус препуцуриле ши а дат ымпэратулуй нумэрул ынтрег, ка сэ фие ӂинереле ымпэратулуй. Атунч, Саул й-а дат де невастэ пе фийкэ-са Микал.
28 Saul saw and knew that Yahweh was with David; and Michal, Saul’s daughter, loved him.
Саул а вэзут ши а ынцелес кэ Домнул ера ку Давид; ши фийкэ-са Микал юбя пе Давид.
29 Saul was even more afraid of David; and Saul was David’s enemy continually.
Саул с-а темут дин че ын че май мулт де Давид ши тоатэ вяца й-а фост врэжмаш.
30 Then the princes of the Philistines went out; and as often as they went out, David behaved himself more wisely than all the servants of Saul, so that his name was highly esteemed.
Домниторий филистенилор ешяу ла луптэ ши, орь де кыте орь ешяу, Давид авя май мултэ избындэ декыт тоць служиторий луй Саул ши нумеле луй а ажунс фоарте вестит.
